Big Brother 18: Frank May Be In Trouble

Hi, y’all!

So, this is going to be a short update.  I apologize for that but the news I’m about to share is kind of big, as far as the game is concerned.

Now, it still appears that, on Thursday, Victor will be evicted from the house.  Frank and Tiffany still can’t stand each other and Frank has occasionally mentioned that he wants her out of the house but it doesn’t look like he’s planning on making his move this week or next.  As of right now, Frank believes that they are going to take out Victor on Thursday and then Paul next week and then maybe Tiffany after that.

However, other houseguests have different plans.

From the day the game began, Frank and Da’Vonne have had a difficult relationship.  They’re allies because they’re both veterans but otherwise, they don’t really seem to like each other.  I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that Frank and Da’Vonne both want to be in charge.  Unlike James and Nicole, both Frank and Da’Vonne are obviously still bitter over what happened on their previous seasons.  As a result, they’re both determined to win this season and each sees the other as a threat.

Well, it looks like Da’Vonne may be plotting to take Frank out a lot earlier than anyone originally suspected.  In fact, it looks like Da’Vonne may be plotting to target Frank next week.  Along with Zakiyah, she came up with a plan.  Essentially, her plan was for Corey to win HoH and nominated two pawns.  And then, through either the roadkill or the veto comp, Frank would be nominated and voted out.

Da’Vonne spent a lot of time today talking to Corey and Nicole, trying to get them onboard the plan to get rid of Frank sooner than later.  She also talked to Tiffany, who already hates Frank anyway.  While Tiffany is on board with getting rid of Frank, Corey and Nicole aren’t sure if they can trust Da’Vonne.

Personally, I think Da’Vonne may be making the same mistake that she made last season.  She’s making her big move too early.  If I was her, I would take advantage of the fact that there’s currently two all-girl alliances.  I would stick with the plan to get rid of Victor and then Paul.  Once Paul and Victor are gone, it’ll be easier to convince Bronte and Bridgette to join with the Fatal Five.  (Because of her relationship with James, Nicole might be harder to recruit.)  Now having the numbers, the new Fatal Seven would be able to take out all the remaining men in the house.

Instead, by making her move this early, Da’Vonne is running the risk of having it blow up in her face.  It doesn’t help that she’s been telling everyone that Frank is plotting against them and then telling Frank that everyone else is plotting against him.  If everyone ever gets together and seriously compares the different stories that Da’Vonne has told them, it could be bad news for her.

However, Da’Vonne does have one big thing on her side.  Frank is insanely overconfident.  He suspects that something is going on but, much as happened the last time he played the game, Frank is way too sure of himself.

We’ll see what happens but right now, it looks like their could be a major shakeup in the house after Thursday’s show!
