BB 19 — For The First Time This Season, The Diary Room Is Now Open!

Hi y’all!

Y’know, it seems like, with everything that has been happening in the house, that this season of Big Brother has been going on forever! We’ve lost two houseguests. A new houseguest has come in and already gotten a ludicrous amount of power. I’ve lost track of how many showmances we’ve got going on.

And yet, we’re only a week into this season!

Well, after tonight’s show, we now now know a little bit more about what’s going on in the house. We now know that Ramses’s curse was a direct result of Paul accepting the temptation. We also know that, as a result of the curse, Ramses must go on the block sometime over the next three weeks.

Tomorrow is the first “official” eviction of the season. (Cameron left because he was being replaced by Paul. Megan left voluntarily.) That means that it is now time for the Big Brother Blog to … OPEN UP THE DIARY ROOM!

I’m probably going to get a lot of flack for this but after tonight’s show I don’t think what Cody did was that terrible. I can’t stand Paul and he is a vet who almost won last season. It kind of makes me nauseous the way everyone is star struck by him and hangs on his every word. I know I’m in the minority here but I felt bad for Cody having to get so much blood on his hands. Please don’t send hate for my opinion 😏

Tracey and Junksies I’m with both of you. Everything going for Paul seems a set up by production. I didn’t like him last year and it’s worse this season
Cody is a strange sort but he’s had the most I’ve ever seen thrown at the first HOH.
He’s not trotting along behind Paul like a puppy.

That is my opinion too there was no reason to let Paul in the house because the other player did not have a chance to play. Cody just playing a game and the first week it does not matter who he put up Paul gest 3 weeks safe what is that all about. His picture is not even on the website lol he does not belong in the house.

I vote to evict Christmas as I think her being injured and being
allowed to stay is unfair to her and to everyone else in the game,
but I believe she will stay and Jillian will go. Jillian just doesn’t
have the votes to stay.
As to Cody…love him, hate him, or toally indifferent to him…he
is the only one in the house except maybe Alex who sees Paul
for what he is and knows the game he is playing. The rest will
hand the game over to Paul because they trusted him to the end.

Tracey..you said exactly what I feel! I can’t understand why they were all in shock and all over Paul. It WAS nauseating!

Can I agree with part of Tracey’s comments and part of sherry’s??? Cody is his own person, which I like, he is a jerk, which I don’t like! BUT ….. he is playing the game like they used to play on BB! He is keeping his decisions pretty much to himself. That I like! He is obviously using Jessica as a boy toy and will dump her at his convenience! He made a face I noticed tonight after talking to Jessica that made me think that. We shall see! You can tell Cody admires Alex for her gameplay. Enjoyed tonight’s show, Learned some things I didn’t know, and very little bad language which I’m sure some of us enjoyed!

I voted to evict Christmas JUST because she is hurt. But if she would not be hurt, by all means she’s tuff and I know she can kick ass. That’s the reason I like Alex she’s tuff too.
I think Cowboy hat guy needs to do something with his hair, but that hat needs to go. I do think a short CLEAN buzz would look better.
I still HATE Cody !!! Ugggggg he is a total jerk.

Hi everyone. I may not be to popular with my opinion. But, this past week hasn’t been perdictable at all. We didn’t know who he was putting up or what was going to happen next. And they are counting votes over and over because they can’t figure out who will go home. I’ve been on the edge of my seat all week to see how it will all pan out. I’m loving it.

I vote to evict Jillian. She’s nice but brings nothing to the game. I like Christmas. I’m concerned that Alex is falling for Cody blowing the veto comp. He couldn’t beat Alex. Cody might have fooled Alex (I sure hope she sees the light with him) but Jessica is not happy with him. I still like Paul. He is much lower key than last year and I think he is a good person. I hope he sticks around for several weeks after his safety is over. Some of these people need to take notes from him. I can’t stand Cody’s blank looks and I was shocked to see how tall Jason was when he walked out of the HOH room with Cody. He towered over Cody. Maybe Jason can sit on Cody.

I vote to evict Jillian. Not just because she is boring. Because in that case most of the HGS should go with her too! 😏 And not just just because of that nasty red lipstick that always looks smeared. 💋 But because she has zero gameplay except to kiss ass!!! Suddenly she is a spy for the guy who nominated her. Rudely I might add. Who does that??? She is darting around doing that sides dirty work and loving it when Cody Pat’s her on the head. She is worse than Andy was!! Everyone eventually knew he was a rat but he pulled it off and was smart enough to win! Jillian going to the dark side to save herself is just pathetic. She kind of reminds me of Ramses. Neither one seems to fit anywhere or have any self confidence and like dogs, will go with who ever pets them behind the ear and gives them a treat ! Where do they find these people?? Josh is afraid of being away from his Mama and Cowboy needs someone telling him what to do all the time. It seems like the Christmas Island of Misfit Toys!!! Lol

Speaking of Christmas, I do get sending her packing because if her foot. I fail to de how she is going to keep competing. But maybe BB have her the option and she is strong and determined enough to stay and slug it out. I’d much rather watch that than the lame game Jillian is throwing at us. IMHO…. H for HARSH. Lol🤗

And Paul said if he didn’t understand that then he was just done with him!! And then he tried to cover and pretend like he gets it but as soon as Paul leaves he looks at Alex for an explanation. Dont they have any kind of basic intelligence tests for the HGS to take before they actually select them??

I’ve been simmering all day and now that I’m seeing Christmas the Cripple still in the house on bbad my blood is boiling. Why is she still there? The doctors get this the doctors are going to determine whether she can compete in a particular competition. How is it that a doctor is going to have an effect on this year’s BB winner. I’m telling you this really sucks and everybody should be protesting to CBS that she should go home. In fact if she had any integrity she would be the second one to self evict. I too see a b**** side to her but that’s not the reason why I want her out.

I think that Cody is smart for keeping his cards close to the vest. Why should anybody hold that against him? He’s been given a raw deal as well. I mean think about it… He had to nominate a third of the dang house!!! I loved the look on Paul’s face when he was nominated. Even though he is safe and he knows he was safe for 3 weeks I think he was still shocked that Cody actually nominated him. And poor Cody… I think the blood actually drained from his face when he realized what was happening. I felt bad for the guy. So shoot me!! In the battle between Paul and Cody I guess you can tell I’m unapologetically on Cody’s side. I’ve yet to see the aggressive arsehole misogynist as he’s been described.

Anyhow… I vote to evict Christmas!!!

Junksie….you are certainly allowed your position about Cody. If you watched as much of the live feeds as I do (I have no life) I think you would see a totally different side of him. He definitely has a loose screw. I absolutely agree with you Tendr. Lets just say, he would not be welcome at my Thanksgiving table. lol

They did not show on the episode tonight how he behaved after Paul was taken off the block. I would like for everyone to see that.

Christmas will have to leave when there’s a comp if she’s chosen and can’t do it. she has a cracked foot and i think with her being in such good shape she’ll heal quickly. she probably will leave eventually. i just don’t want her to leave before cody. also i don’t think she’s a bitch. how could anyone NOT be aggressive in that house at times?

Tendr… nope, no live feeds for me. I’m ICC, “internet connectivity challenged” because I live in the country. I tried the feeds a couple of years ago and all it did was buffer buffer buffer eating up all of my data in like one evening. Cha Ching $$$ down the drain. Each year I marvel with envy at all of you who have the ways and means for the feeds. Boohoo. LOL!!

I changed from Internet Explorer to Chrome and it worked! I had that problem even though I live right in the middle of the city! I would be lost without them.

Just caught up on the comments! I enjoyed them all! I really have little to add. I do have a question. Why did Paul tell Cody he had immunity for three weeks? He could have revealed his second and third if he was put up again. That would have been a lot more interesting. Unless he had to reveal the entire advantage. Does anyone know? I am eagerly waiting to see who gets HOH next. Do you think the comp will be an all nighter? Who do you want to win? My choices are:
1. Alex (the feisty one,) or
2. Christmas so she can last another week!

I don’t want Alex or Jessica to win. Other than that I don’t care. Although if Cowboy wins it will actually be a HOH for Alex because she will make all the decisions.

I vote to evict Christmas. I see her as a connection to Paul and I don’t want him to win. I don’t agree that the challenges should be altered for her convenience. She should either play them all or be sent home. People are blaming Jason but they were both playing together. Accidents happen.
I haven’t liked Jessica since her pre-show interview with Jeff.
Cody I like because he has the strength of his convictions. He has made the show very interesting so far. I don’t agree with all he is and does but he’s human. Jessica is his biggest mistake. He seems to think BB wants showmances. I’m not so sure BB didn’t tell him that they wanted as many as possible. Who knows with BB production.
Jillian is milquetoast but a good person to have around as a pawn.
I haven’t been watching the feeds because Paul campaigning is repulsive. I do wish people would watch that very long conversation with the camera after he won his pendant. Paul is not a nice person and if the puppies watch it after the show they may realize it.

I’m torn. I don’t really care which one goes tonight. I would love to see Jessica go soon, though. She is soooo annoying. And I’d really love to see Alex and Cody partner up. Not a showmance, but work together and go to the end. They both are playing the game well. And I love how Cody just stands there when Paul, or anyone, is trying to talk to him. It’s great.

Marla… I would love to see that duo team up as well and battle to the end. The other night Cody was brushing his teeth and Paul was yakking a mile a minute hoping for a response. Paul was at least quick to realize that there wasn’t going to be much of one. It was funny.

I vote to evict Christmas. She is injured, egotistical, and somehow feels entitled. I also want her to go because Paul needs to feel some pain in this show.

As for Jillian, she may be boring, but she isn’t a skank, mean or self righteous. I’ll that over many of the other players.

I don’t like Cody and Jessica, , but hopefully they will be knocked off their high horse come the next HOH.

Kind of torn. Christmas should be gone due to injury. That said, keeping her in the game would be smart by the other HGs. Jillian is a perpetual pawn…..boring. Neither are a threat IMO.

I guess Jillian, but it makes no difference to me.

I vote to evict Jillian for the simple reason that she has no impact on the show. Next can be cowboy or Ramses (coin toss). I have to agree with Wisteria that I don’t remember any HOH having to nominate 4 especially in 1st week. Not that I’m a fan of Cody but he has us all talking as does Paul so keep them around to keep things interesting. I’ll worry about who I want to win the game after seeing some gameplay. Maybe Cody or Paul will grow on me…maybe not, probably not! And thanks Star cause the theme from “Misfit Toys” is running thru my head…”when Christmas Day is near, the most wonderful day of the year” 😜

I have watched this show since the first season and it never cease’s to amaze me what some houseguest say and what they dream up in there heads. Jessica sounded like she wanted to save over half the house. I mean it happens again and again, they all say they want to vote out the players that don’t do well in comps or don’t socialize a lot. But what happens when you have to start getting rid of each other. Jessica is riding Cody’s wave because I doubt she can do it on her own. If your smart you will remember what you are there for. “the money”. Alex had it right if you want a showmance then you belong on the bachelor. And could it be anymore in your face that Paul has come back and CBS it making it very easy for him to cruise thru the show. How do we know America actually voted for him to get that exact temptation and for him to get mad at Cody, he should know better then anyone that’s how you play the game. Will we ever see a Big Brother where no one comes back from previous shows to compete. If CBS wants that then bring back everyone that won and do the season. By the way I vote to evict Christmas because she sides with Paul.

I’m in the minority…I think Cody played it smart by trying to “back-door” Paul. I don’t think it’s fair that Christmas is being allowed to stay in the game – especially since she won’t be able to really compete. However, if she weren’t hurt, I would still vote to evict Christmas – she’d be a threat. Jillian is boring, but better to get a threat out than someone you can beat in a competition. I’m still hoping Josh is up on the block next. I can’t stand him, and still can’t believe he took the golden apple as quickly as he did – eliminating his entire team from the competition. Talk about selfish.

Maybe I wasn’t paying attention last night but I don’t think Christmas was on crutches during the broadcast show. How is CBS going to explain her on crutches all of a sudden? I haven’t watched much of BBAD but she has been on crutches for several days now. I have a feeling tonight’s vote will be canceled due to Megan taking herself out of the game and Christmas being injured so they really don’t need to get rid of anyone at this time.

Way too much power for Paul this early in the game. It’s not really fair because he’s too strong on the pilot fire to have this much power. I love the way that Cody’s play of the game. Hey is obviously there to compete and he’s going for the strong players. He could have played it safe and put put in a weaker player on the opposite side of the house but he put up a weaker player and he put up Christmas because she’s a strong player. Love the fact that he’s not letting his showmance so I him at all.

I vote to evict Jillian. Not because I dont like her but I just dont think she is adding much to the game. I dont care for Christmas but at lest she is interesting.
I still dont like Cody I am a pretty good judge of character and I can tell that he is probably a dick in real life. He is the type of man that I would avoid at all cost. I also dont find his “character” to be very interesting he seems dull.
Paul on the other hand is interesting although I dont really care for him. His “your boy” thing drove me nuts last year and I was so tired of hearing “friendship” all the time. At least he’s not dull. some of the other house guest seem dull.
Ok thats my rant for now.

I don’t know what I think right now. I agree with all y’all now after reading all the comments.
Christmas is hurt and can’t get so physical with the challenges. Maybe BB should make her a deal to come back next summer.
It is what it is, it sucks all the way around. With that being said, I loved seeing Cody’s face when the necklace appeared on screen and then explained. I HATE Cody.
BB could make this a surprise double eviction, expect the unexpected right. Just saying, we will find out tonight.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like Christmas, and I would like her to stay. I would like Josh to go he is a wuss.
Next HoH ummm Alex IMO.
But I get everyone’s point, they are all valuable.

I had to love the deal Cody was making with Jason – I won’t put you up if you promise if you win HOH not to put up any of the couples, Dominique, anyone else in my alliance, my mom, my best friend from kindergarten, and I need you to make my bed all summer while you’re at it. I have some waterfront property for Cody. Cowboy would have to put up his own alliance. Maybe Cody should worry about Cody, and not seven other people who will turn on him in a New York minute. I can’t stand the guy, but I might feel a little bit bad when he gets sold out. Does he really think all of these people have his back? BB ain’t the corp!

Hi everyone! Well, I finally watched a BBAD that I mostly enjoyed! 😊
During a conversation in the kitchen, some of the HG’s were discussing that they were told the viewer’s didn’t like all of the “f-bombs” that everyone was using! So, I really noticed there were less last night. I enjoyed the entertainment they gave us. They used to do this type of thing on previous shows, and I hope they keep doing it
Does anyone besides me, get annoyed at Elana’s whispering? It’s like fingernails on a chalkboard! I am so looking forward to tonight’s show and the HOH comp !

Jolee, Elena just talking is irritating to me. She uses a
monotone to begin with then pauses so much and thinks
people are taking that to mean she’s creating excitement for
her next pronouncement. She loves to hear heself talk, it’s
a shame she can’t think and talk at the same time. I don’t get
the strange stares she gives Mark, either. What’s with that?

Jolie… That’s really good to know that BB said we viewers are not happy with the f-bombs.

So what’s up with this Banner that I heard about in bits and pieces? Do tell… Margie? Apparently BB woke some of the guests up to make an announcement about a banner. The banner supposedly said something about Mark and Dominique?

And why do they keep referring to this as 15 days in the BB house? Yeah, they’ve been there longer than a week but they have not been playing for 15 days. Will somebody clarify that for me?

The storytime segments are kind of corny but entertaining as well. Jillian showed some spunk and a sense of humor when she was mimicking her mother. Some in the house seemed surprised that they’d never seen this side of her.

One would think that in today’s world of technological wonders that BB would be able to keep the volume level consistent on all guests microphones no matter if they’re speaking normally or in a whisper. It’s so annoying to strain to hear what they are saying and then miss a comment because of technical audio ineptitude.

Finally, it seems as though the house may have enough votes to evict Christmas. Does anybody agree with that? Help me out here…

She just stared at him and made no comment. Early on I could tell that she is annoyed with him. The two are definitely incompatible.

Junksies: are you telepathic? It seems like you continue to read
my mind! I hate the first few weeks of BB when everyone is
talking at the same time and you can’t understand hardly a word
said by anyone. I continually wonder why they can’t fix that. I believe they stay in hotels for a couple of weeks before entering
the BB house. Why, I don’t know, but have heard several of them
from past seasons admit that was when they watched videos of
past seasons to get an idea of what BB was all about. I don’t know
for sure how much time they gave to them getting adjusted before
starting to count their days in the house.
I, too, am confused about the validity of the banner. Some say that
a smoke banner was passed over the house mentioned a deal between Mark and Dom. Paul has told them it was all made up by
Cody and Jessica. Now the majority believe it never happened.
At least that’s the impression I’ve gotten from BBAD and the regular
viewing times. I don’t have the feeds yet. Will probably get them
shortly. Too much going on in my life right now to be worth the
expense and not being able to watch as often as I would like.

Cody is acting stranger than usual this afternoon making all kinds of threats about what he plans to do if the votes don’t go his way. He plans to make this epic speech on live tv. He has no idea that he will not allowed to make a speech tonight. He is really hating on Christmas and against Mark if he doesn’t vote the way he wants. He’s already trying out the have not beds. He’s tuff he can handle the beds!!! I’m telling you folks, he has a mental and control problem! It’s his way or the highway!

I wish I had a favorite this year but I really don’t have any special person I’m pulling for. I have a lot that don’t care for and wouldn’t be unhappy is they left.

I do believe those jugs are real and she is proud of them based on how she dresses. Margie… Thanks for your input about the vote. I agree with you on some names and not so much on others. I guess we’ll see tonight. I do think that Josh will vote for Christmas to go. The Outsiders are beginning to realize they’ve got to stick together in order to pick off the Insiders. On two different occasions I saw Josh realizing this and telling everybody that they have to stick together… Or is he just blowing smoke? And I Jessica voting Julian out.

On after dark last night Julian said she was woken up by the announcement by BB of the banner. So it being an official announcement by Bebe I thought the banner was in fact true so now I’m confused. But thanks for the input.

I think there’s a flirtmance between Mark and Dominique and yes Jugs has picked up on it and she’s a little jealous but not because she cares so much for him it’s more of a territorial thing. She’s just using him for sex. She’s going to eat him up and spit him out. She thinks she’s a goddess and she has to be worshipped by her man. Mark is very manly looking physically obviously, but he is not strong enough two be worthy of her total affection. Jug’s is just after his body. Imho.

No….He let slip the other night that he is passionately in love with some girl, he didn’t give her name. I thought he might have a girlfriend before he said that because every time he spoke directly to his family on camera he always told them to let ‘X’ know how much he loved them and blew a kiss.

Junksies July 6, 2017 at 7:30 pm: Not only being in love with his girl at home, Paul is too smart to get involved in a showmance. He’s there to win the money and that’s all. And if he has any respect for himself and his girl at home he should tell Raven and Jugs to stop rubbing on him.

My final analysis of the vote is that I believe Cody is going to have to break a tie and when he does it’ll break in favor of Jillian.

In addition to Jugs being an exhibitionist she is a narcissistic nymphomaniac, cold, calculating Black Widow, a very intelligent shock jock willing to do anything in her climb for fame.

Paul does have a girlfriend and, even if he didn’t, he’s pretty focused on winning. I don’t think Paul would let a romance get in the way.

As for the other showmances, the men are mostly dopes. Elena knows that a showmance usually means more screentime and, at the very least, a profile segment on the live show.

Elena (and Jessica) has made comments about trying to be in as many episodes as possible, no matter how she is characterized, just to get her name out there for future employment. She and Cody were talking about all of the appearances and money they are going to make after the show. That’s one of the few times I have seen Cody excited except when he is hanging on Jessica talking about making public appearances and signing autographs! lol

Nothing but kitties. I betthey aren’t going to air this. Just a feeling. Plus it’s not the typical endurance and they may be just saving it for Sunday’s show. Wow I have never heard Production talking to them after the game and telling everyone that they would not be allowed to get in each others faces. They can yell at each other but do not get in their face. We have fishes but we can hear production talking to them.

No one can say that the game was fixed for Paul to win! Anyone could have won that game.

I was surprised to see Kevin vote to keep Christmas even though he told Paul and Christmas that he was going to. He was also telling Alex and Cowboy that he was voting with them and he seemed sincere. He’s harder to read than I originally thought!

thanks i was getting the feeds, I have a chrome book and wifi, but i also live in the country and we have a lot of trees, we live on a hill ~ but our tower is so so high. Fast internet but no great live tv buffering.
I never knew BoBo was sick ~ i hope he is ok. He might join us later.

Hello everyone! When I first read that Paul won HOH I was upset …… then I realized that because of Cody putting him on the block, he will probably go after Cody! The best way would be to backdoor him. This could be very interesting! I hope we don’t have to wait until Wednesday to find out! I want to make a comment why is Paul head of household? He already go the pendant of protection that is not fair to the other people in the house they should have rules/guidelines when receiving pendant of protection like they cannot get the head of household and Christmas why is she still in the house maybe production needs to send her home she cannot compete in any competition she is useless she just runs her mouth and Paul talks bad about everyone calling everyone stupid for keeping him in the game I hope these people wake up and get rid of paul he clearly does not need the money he is rich also I hope they do not have the balls back that was boring keep the game fair so that everyone has a chance to compete and not do much stress
