Big Brother 20: Veto Ceremony Results

Hi, everyone!

Since all of the houseguests pretty much knows who is going to be evicted this week, it’s been a pretty lazy day in the Big Brother House.  They did have the veto meeting earlier today but it was mostly a formality.  Both Faysal and Haleigh knew that Kaycee wasn’t going to use the veto and that they would both still be on the block after the meeting.

Faysal has not been campaigning to stay in the house.  Instead, he’s spending most of his time sulking in the Have Not Room.  Realizing that she needs to improve her standing in the House if she’s going to avoid being voted out next week, Haleigh’s been a lot more friendly and social today.  Faysal isn’t particularly happy that Haleigh is talking to the other side of the house while Haleigh isn’t happy that Faysal’s been isolating himself.  They had their daily argument about it earlier today.

Haleigh has been attempting to ingratiate herself with both Brett and Angela.  In fact, Haleigh and Angela just had a long conversation about Sam.  Both Haleigh and Angela agreed that Sam is unpredictable and that her crush on Brett makes her difficult to deal with.  Apparently, Sam made some sort of comment about Angela always following Tyler and Brett around the house and Angela took it personally.  Haleigh, meanwhile, is still mad about what Sam said in her nomination speech, way back in week 3 of the game.

It’s kind of obvious that Haleigh is hoping to shift the target off of her and onto Sam.  At the same time, I think that Angela is hoping that, if Haleigh does win HoH, Haleigh will also target Sam.

Finally, the backyard is now closed.  The houseguests have been told that it will be closed until Thursday.  They all now know that something is going to happen on Thursday’s show.  Faysal told Haleigh that he thinks it’s going to be a battleback but I don’t know if the rest of the house has figured that out yet.  If they do, would that cause them to rethink evicting a challenge threat like Faysal?
