Well, they had the veto ceremony today. Morgan, who won the veto on Monday, used it and took herself off the block. Kryssie replaced her with Whitney. Meanwhile, Neeley has been nominated by America!

So, with all that in mind, it’s time to open up the diary room!

Lisa, I couldn’t agree more. Kryssie has gotten the big head over

Is anyone listening to the DR sessions? Danielle was ridiculous. She spent her time saying she didn’t know why the girls on the other side of the house don’t seem to like her. That it brings back memories of school where she was bullied. She also said she tries to talk to the girls and they just ignore her. She’s just a poor single mother just trying to earn money for her son! Puke!

Kryssie is traumatized because she hurt her hands so badly she couldn’t complete the competition. Poor baby! She will be further traumatized if Neely leaves this week on her HOH. She will only be friends with Neely, Jason and Justin in the outside world and maybe Dani. But she will not be friends with anyone else. Probably because they won’t want to. She just said that Alex did not perform her tasks very well this week as her Safety Servant that she just pretty much phoned it in. Wonder how she would like to have to get on her hands and knees and let someone put their feet on her back for 15 minutes! She continues to complain about her hands.

I still can’t get over how fake people are in the DR. EVETYONE SEEMS NICER and more intelligent in the DR than on the LFS. I almost like Krys and Neely based solely on DR sessions. And Justin was so Layed back and cool and then I listened I to him talking to Jason and he was bitching about the girls not found their dishes. Really?? Pot meet kettle. Lol

Anyway total dif in personalities when they are more aware of the cam pointed at them. I was surprised to see them reading questions. I Thot there would be someone interviewing them

Margie: Just got through watching Shelby in the DR. She was
funny all right. It’s a shame people in the house don’t understand
her dry wit. They take her seriously when she’s joking. I can
hardly wait for the day that Krys, Dan, Jason, and Neeley learn
Shelby is a lawyer. They have talked and talked about how dumb she is. How I will enjoy Shelby finding out how awful Jason talked about her when her back was turned. He does’t know it yet, but Shelby is more than capable of calling him out on his slanderous comments. I just can’t seem to get past his temper
tantrum and hateful, demaning, and false accusations. There is
never a time when those kind of accusations or improper con-
duct toward an individual is okay with me. He is totally classless.

These young people don’t seem to get it. They shoot their
mouths off, do crazy things for selfies, and expose themselves
on film and continuously forget it doesn’t go away, but will
be out there for eternity. It could affect future jobs, wanting
to join a community group, getting an apartment in a high
ranking area of town, or even future relationships.

My generation was lucky that any crazy things we might have done weren’t put on film or the internet. But at the same time the morality was more black and white and had boundary lines
drawn that everyone understood. Lord help us if we crossed
those boundary lines!!! We didn’t need the internet. Our
parents watched our every move, and there were consequences
for bad decisions we made. I used to think there was an under-
ground network of parental spies who passed onto all parents
their child’s conduct. How else did they always find out????

The thing I noticed was that she seemed non-plussed about people in the house hating her. Of course, considering the source…. Lol. But she thinks Am hates her too most likely and I just wondered if she was kind of a loner in RL and didn’t expect to be liked or if it’s just the game. I hope it’s the former because I hate to think of her living like that.

And Sherry those days are over! Lol. Times change nothing anyone can do about it. Mores the pity. My parents didn’t really have anything to worry about when I was a kid. Those morals were built into me between home and Catholiy school! But I
Never wanted to act out. I actually liked school. And my parents!!! Shocker!! Lol. By the time I was doing things I didn’t want them
To Know I was in college. And almost legal. But I wasn’t stupid. I NEVER would have taken pics of anything! Even with my instamatic. lol

What you say about technology today making everything that happens permanently out there, is so true. But what I wouldn’t give to have had a calculator back then. people (several on this blog, including yourself) who help me
keep faith that humanity and generosity of spirit is alive and
thriving.

True, I have never seen a time in my life when there has ever been so much division and anger. (Believe it or not I was not around for the Civil War.) I blame a lot of it on PC and the coddling of young people who aren’t taught to survive by their own ingenuity and creativity rather than spending every waking hour blaming someone else for their own bad decisions in life.

But it’s not just the youth. Adults are angry about the direction
our country is going in and are sick and tired of being lied to about every aspect of government policy by the hierarchy.

I worry about the world I am leaving my grandchildren. I look
at BBOTT’s hgs and think it might be too late. The dye is cast. My optimism is revived, however, when I read someone’s post that makes me laugh or am around a group of my friends laughing until we cry. All the ugliness of society is only
temporarily disheartening. Laughter can change so much. As
I watch Jason and his moronic crew, I have to keep reminding
myself of this.

Star! Year of the vote…haha So true. At least on OTT we have real actual, if nasty, people to vote for as opposed to RL when there’s no decent choice. Have to forgive me…I’m from Arkansas.

I also cast multiple votes for Neely. I’d love to know how old she really is. I keep hoping Jason will turn himself around. Until then I want Kryssie out with all my being…and votes.

It’s still in the 80s here. Where’s fall???? I hope it shows up in time for Halloween, my favorite holiday.

Sherry! We need people like you to keep reminding us all of the goodness that is out there. But you are so right. There does seem to be more division that ever before. Maybe we are now fighting the Be Civil War. Sometimes no matter how hard you try you can’t break through a person’s hard shell. They are right and that’s just it. No compromise.

I love reading your posts – on OTT or OT. Kids today learn so much more and have so much more available for them to learn, but it seems they aren’t given a chance to form that all-important foundation that they will draw on the rest of their lives.

Ok. My soapbox makes a lousy pillow so off I go, but I’m glad I checked back and read your post, Sherry.

I wish you were watching Jolee, I always enjoyed your input and there are so many parts of this season changes that I absolutely love. However, America may have too much power this year and might be why the live feed chat rooms have become mean spirited. They are as divided as the house IMO.

Macy! I am also terrible at FB. At some insistence from some friends, I signed up. The next day my inbox was full of stuff from people I wasn’t done being tired of yet. Some after 50, 40, 30 years. So I did what I normally do when confronted by something unpleasant, hide out. No responses to anyone. Two people tracked me down and I was able to messenger them privately. Then I couldn’t figure out how to do it again. Even when I asked my niece she gave me instructions how to find messenger again, but I couldn’t figure it out. So now I have to let 2 people think I’m too snooty to message them again. I’ve become comfortable with being thought to be the bad guy. I just gave up. I wasn’t all that motivated anyway as I’m mostly anti-social. Stay to myself. Content to be a quasi-hermit. So be it.

I wish the houseguests and us were given the number of votes America cast and for whom. I’d love for Kryssie of the Bleeding Hands to announce that with a total of 3 million votes from America, Neely, you are evicted.

two: Love that idea! Kyrssie has been so clam all day, because
she feels like she’s got everything going her way. I so hope she’s
wrong. They’re calling everyone who played veto into the DR
to check on their blisters. Either they will have a mental comp
for HOH or are trying to figure out how badly they are injured
to play a semi-endurance comp. Of course Jason thinks it
should be physical since some of them have no blisters.

I have to ask a question I’ve been meaning to ask for some time.
I’ve never had the LF before. The lips never match the words and
their voices keep cutting out, making it hard to understand what
they are saying. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Star October 26, 2016 at 6:57 pm: sherry…..it’s not normal. But when watching things OL sometimes your computer *buffers* . Not so much anymore but what windows are you using??? the newer he better. Or are you on a phone or Ipad? the buffering is all I can think of and usually the older your device or the more junk that is on it, the harder for a good connection.
All last week during the comps, mine and Margies kept cuttng out. That just means they are busy usually. Lots of people on at once tyrying to watch the weekly comps. then it’s the server and nothing you can do about it. But I’ve never ahd the lip syncing problem.

macy…here is what I found…
Shelby said he was eventually coming for the girls.

Jason called down on the pay phone and no one answered. He as POed and said they were racist?? Justin said it was because they hated everyone on THEIR side!

And Alex said she never realized how angry and sad Jason was until she lived with him.

Not sure if all or any of the above is it, but that’s all I could see that involved Jason.

If anyone else knows, i’d be happy to hear it to!!

Macy ….. I don’t think we would be successful with Jason. I would love to see him gone because he is the biggest snake in the house. Kryssie and DNi are just as bad. I personally would rather see Kryssie go before dani. Kryssie stirs up so much crap and exaggerates every story.

It was ok for Neely to trash talk Scott that way but it was not ok for him to defend himself. Jason and Justin jumped on him after the eviction about how bad he is. Scott can’t hold a candle to the other side of the house in the ‘bad’ category !!! Jason and Kryssie has a lot of nerve. Kryssie was also confronting Alex and Alex handled herself admirably! She told Kryssie exactly what she thought with no apologies. Go Alex!

Why do all of you want to try to get out. Do you think we could get Jason out now. The most important thing this week, even more important than HOH is the care package! We have to make sure Shelby, Whitney or Morgan get that package. Probably the best one for that is Whitney.

OMG I can’t with Kryssie and Danielle. They are both crying because Scott is ‘bullying’ a poor single mother who works her fingers to the bone for her son!!! She has never done anything to anybody. What universe does that witch live in! Why oh why would Alex and girls want to get rid of sweet Neely over Scott! Numbers baby numbers!!

Kryssie says to her group…’Alex says it’s just a game’. Dani said well it is just a game but we are real people and should not be treated that way! Kryssie told Alex she didn’t know how Alex expected K to trust her now after she lied to her. Kryssie ever even talked to Alex the entire week. How could she lie to her.

MP…she supposedly lied to Krys last week over keeping her safe. And now Morgan lied to her too and voted Neely, so even tho I can’t stand her, she has a point.

I can’t believe how people are ganging up on Scott!!!!! Altho I have to say, his saying to America OUT LOUD that he would do anything to get Dani next week….did he use the word terrorize??…whatever…it was stupid to say with everyone around!!! He is not equipped socially to handle all of this negative attention being thrown at him. I hope he doesn’t break!!! but again I have to admit, he did make a dumb move and they sort of hae the right. BUT..after accusing him of wanting TV time, what do they think they are doing??

I wonder if BB stepped in to break it up or if they are just getting ready for the comp. Long break here.

Remember when Alex was HOH and all six of them came up and confronted Alex and completely lied to her about their intentions. That was before Alex lied to Kryssie last week. Alex knew they were lying. They had no intention of doing what they had promised her and even laughed about it behind her back saying she would be stupid if she believed them. Kryssie did not even speak game with Alex this week for her to lie to her. The BYC have been giggling and laughing behind all the girls backs this week for keeping Neely (they thought) and voting out a number of their own.

Mindy..I kind of said above……I think Jason and Dani reacted so hotly because they hae both been either bullied or abused. SO it hit home a bit. Are they taking it too ar tho for TV?? I’d say so. All pretty traumatic for Scott tho I’d wager!!!! He may never get over……or get OUT of …this mess!!!!

Most people have experienced being bullied at one time or
another. It usually makes you more empathetic to someone
else’s hurts and kinder to people in general. The BYC have been
the worst of bullies since day one. They have lied so much I’m
not sure I believe any story they come up with. But it doesn’t
matter whether or not they were physically abused, mentally
abused, verbally abused, have divorced parents, or are poor.
At some point in their lives they need to quit playing the victim,
blaming everything that goes wrong in their lives on someone
else, and start to grow up.

You can continue to keep yourself chained to the role of victim, while stumbling through life with a heavy, burdensome chip on your shoulder….always seeing darkness while standing in the sunlight….always crying over how unfair life and people have been to you….constantly finding doors shut that you can’t open..
..and dwell in a constant state of jealousy and unhappiness.

Or you can free yourself from those chains, remove that chip, and start to make the most out of the cards you were dealt in life.
Some of the most successful people in life had a very hard
beginning, suffered immense pain and misfortune, and were
told they would amount to nothing. But they learned to find
the silver lining behind every cloud, the rainbows that come
after every storm, the true value of hard work, how to turn failures into learning experiences, and the belief that dreams can be turned into realities if you try. They found that happiness is a state of mind. The road map to happiness is charted by whether you use the philosophy of a glass half full or a glass half empty.

It’s going to be a hard week. I can only hope that one of the
girls gets the CP. Scott and Alex will probably be OTB. Even if
America nominates another of their group, if one can receive
that CP….hopefully they will live to see another day. I hope that tonight’s character assassination will keep America voting for the good guys who are playing the game, not those playing to hurt others for the way it makes them feel superior.

two October 27, 2016 at 3:32 pm: Sherry! I’m still catching up, but I’m so impressed with your post, I had to tell you. This shows amazing insight and is worthy of taping to my bathroom mirror.

One of my favorite quotes is by Abraham Lincoln -Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be. The BYC seem to have made up their minds to be miserable and to try to make everyone else miserable too.

Scott, like most nerds, was probably bullied too, and he probably gets enough bad mouthing daily through his job. Maybe the bullying toughened him up enough that he can hold his own when hiding behind a telephone receiver. Although he is doing very well shaking off what the houseguests throw at him.

Again, thanks for the insight, and you should be in a profession where what you think is public – more public than the BBOTT blog!

That was 100% Kryssie and Jason just attacking Scott. I bet Dani didn’t even think about Scott “terrorizing” her until Jason and Kryssie told her he was. They took all of it too far. Scott does not have the social skills to know when to shut up but he didn’t deserve any of that. I am worried though that all of Jason’s fans will back up Dani now. I don’t think we will be able to get her out. We just have to pray that one of the girls gets HOH and Whitney gets the Care Package. I think that’s our only hope.

After 18 seasons how can the BB production be so bad at producing a freaking show? It’s like they have a brand new production staff every day. It’s really annoying. If you are going to have an online show, make people pay to watch it, and have all live feeds you may want to make sure you know what the hell you’re doing! They should never have this much down time. They know that after the eviction they have to do an HOH. Did they not realize that until Neely left and then thought all of a sudden “oh crap! We have to do an HOH comp!”!?! So freaking ridiculous!

Margie what are the other care packages? I am a little bit worried about Whitney getting the three vote void because she could very well be swayed/bullied by the other side. Maybe Morgan or Shelby?

Kimberly…Whitney is a lot stronger that you think. She will NEVER turn on the girls! She is friendly with everyone in the house but she knows what’s going on in the house and does not trust the other side.

What is going to be great is if Whitney does get the CP she will be able to void ALL of the other sides votes! She would have a big hissy fit.

Kimberly the next CP after this is Co HOH and I can’t remember the rest of them. Co HOH won’t be so bad. I’ll see if I can find the rest of them but I’m on my iPad so I’m not sure I can.

Some computers can have upgrades done. maybe you could get Win7 put on yours at least. or 8. You’d have to take it to a puter place but it would run so much faster for you!!! I have Win 10 only because my computer DLed with my windows updates. I was kind of POed. Not alot changed altho I have had a few kinks. My puter is 3 years old and lagging and freezing up so I think I am going to take it in this week and get it cleaned up anyway. You get a lot of crap on it that doesn’t show up on your AV protection.
Anyway..I actually noticed what you ere talking about tonight on mine. And it said CBS wasn’t connecting. but it refreshed and was all good. Anyway, just do whatever you are comfortable with. I always say, if it aint broke, don’t fix it!!lol

I found the Care Package descriptions…
This week it’s the Eliminate Three Eviction Votes (we already knew that)
Next week: Co-HOH
Week 6: Double Eviction Veto – During this week’s double eviction, the Houseguests will not compete in a veto competition. Instead, the winner of this care package will be awarded with the power of veto.
Week 7: The winner of this care package will receive the opportunity to automatically advance to the final four. In order to earn safety this week and claim their spot in the final four, they will have to complete a challenge given by Big Brother.

So who all on the good side is still eligible for the CP?
Morgan, Whitney & Shelby only, right?
