BB19 — So, I think this is the plan with the veto…

Hi, y’all!

I have to admit that it’s proving to be a bit of a struggle to keep up with what Paul is planning to do. That’s because everyone in the house is convinced that Paul has their back and Paul’s going out of his way tell everyone what they want to hear.

Here’s what I can tell you

Paul won the veto. Apparently, Alex threw the comp because Paul swore to her that he would take her off the block. Apparently, Paul managed to convinced Alex (and maybe Jason) that if they didn’t allow him to win the veto than Christmas would attempt to backdoor him. So, as usual, they said, “Sure, Paul, here’s the veto!”

Originally, the plan was for Paul to use the veto on Alex. Christmas would nominate Kevin in Alex’s place. Alex and Jason would be led to believe that Kevin was the target. Then, Paul and Alex would vote for Kevin, while Josh and Raven voted for Jason. This would lead to a tie vote and Christmas would break it by sending Jason out of the house.

For some reason, Christmas agreed to this, despite the fact that it would lead to her, Josh, and Raven being responsible for voting out Jason while Paul would be totally left off the hook. Josh, quite rightly, pointed out to her that Paul’s plan only benefited Paul. Christmas literally snapped at Josh for saying that he didn’t trust Paul. Josh wasn’t totally convinced but he’s going to do whatever Chirstmas says because he’s a mamma’s boy and Christmas is his surrogate mother.

(Christmas has been even more smug than usual, bragging about how she has won HoH twice in a row with a broken foot. Of course, in both cases, the HoH was thrown to her by Paul and, in both cases, she’s pretty much done whatever Paul told her to do.)

But then, last night, Paul suddenly started to talk about how there might be a double eviction coming up. He said that, if there is a double eviction, the HoH challenge will probably a mental comp and Jason isn’t as good at mental comps as Alex. So maybe it would make more sense to not use the veto and then get Jason out with the second eviction.

However, I don’t think Paul’s going to change his plan. He’s too paranoid about losing jury votes to go back on his word with Alex and risk getting blood on his hands. So, I expect Paul will use the veto on Monday and Kevin will go up as the replacement.

The only question is whether Josh is going to hold up his end of the plan. Josh realizes that Paul’s setting him up to look like the bad guy when Jason is blindsided. If Josh wants to avoid that, it might make better sense for him to go ahead and vote for Kevin, regardless of what Paul says. That way, Kevin is evicted 3-1 and Christmas doesn’t have to break a tie. That would be better for both Josh and Christmas and Josh has sworn that Christmas is his closest ally in the house.

But would Josh be willing to risk the wrath of Paul by thinking for himself? I doubt it. And I doubt Christmas is going to have the courage to tell Josh to go against Paul’s plan. Christmas is too convinced that she’s a better player than she is to admit that Paul is basically playing her.

We’ll see what happens on Monday but for now, I think Alex is coming down and Kevin is going up.

Lisa I’m sure you are correct about Alex coming off the block. I’m curious…. have you heard Paul say who he wants out next in the double eviction? He is talking crap big time about Raven but I wouldn’t be surprised if he wants to take her to the end because he knows Raven would only get Matt’s vote.

Margie..I think you are right bout Raven. In fact, I think Paul will be getting rid of everyone but Josh and Raven and will take them to the end. Altho if he was really smart, he would take Kevin as he has done nothing at all in the game…much like Raven.
Josh seems to be catching on tho. I wish he was more independent and would maybe hook up with Jason to see what damage they could do. Both realize now what Paul has been up to. But I suppose it’s too little too late. Oh well. If they all let Paul dupe them he deserves to win!!

Margie September 3, 2017 at 5:38 pm: Star ….. It might be a mistake for Paul to take Kevin. All three of the already evicted HG like Kevin and if Paul screws over these still in the house he has made promises to I believe they would vote Kevin also!

On another note, is there anything more boring than watching someone playing chess!!!! I wish they would give them something to do to make it entertaining for the viewers.

I agree Jeanne and Star that it is so difficult to see the way they treat Kevin. Not sue that he will earn any more money than he currently has so he may be better off in Jury where he would be treated better – and he might influence the jury.

Jeanne I had high hopes for Christmas but that is fading for me! Others on the internet agree with me that her letter from a friend had codes in it – but apparently Christmas didn’t get the code book to interpret it – or she thinks she is playing a brilliant game without help. She can’t win on any merits – she has had everything given to her and she has ignored all the clues!

Star September 3, 2017 at 6:42 pm: JuJu….yes….Kevin did win the $25000 and judging by the other HGS reactions to WHO took it, he was smart to cover it up! But he has that and he has had an experience he never wants again I’m sure!! lol So it would be the most humane thing to do to evict him and end his misery. If he stays and Jason goes, he will be back to total isolation anyway!! If i were him, I wold be begging them to BD me!!
My favorites on Day 1 were Raven ,Alex and Christmas! Well, they are all still there but I’m not rooting for any of them to win. In fact, I gave up a long time ago on actually wanting any of these people to win! I am assuming it will be Paul. It not, then that will be our first big surprise of the season!! lol At this point, I’m just waiting for it to be OVER!!!! 😉

I swear this season’s HG’s, in terms of their IQ’s is like shaking the dice during a Yahtzee game. The best you can do is 50.
I have stopped watching the show live, sometimes watch online at CBS, but normally just read the updates, like this one. And I have to say this is the best informative blog there is.
In the seasons past, one looks for a person they like. This season, one looks for a person they least dislike. The good/nice players are long gone. Now, all we have left are the dredges. BUT…they don’t even know it!!! They think they are the best players ever. I just wish I could be around for each of them as they read what people have thought about them this season. Just a bunch of …..well, crap comes to mind.

I agree Bruce, this is the best blog out there and best comments.
I have stopped watching the shows on TV, I just DVR them and then fast forward to see if there is anything worth watching. How can ALL the houseguests think Paul has their back? And they keep talking about being loyal and a good team player. There is NO team prize at the end. Who would have thought that Josh would be the one trying to talk sense to Christmas. If I were on Jury I would vote for the HG that wasn’t Paul.

Hahah Margie… I couldn’t agree more. I deal with 120 teen boys studying physics… it takes a great deal of patience. By super powers I mean.. if I was a HG this season, I’d tie him up and cram him in a closet… it takes super powers to deal with Josh! He acts like a 12-year old…!

Who besides Jeff have really made any impact on their future by being on BB. Yes, some HGs are remembered but I can’t think of any that have had success due to BB besides Jeff.

Jeff is the only one who has done anything and even that was BB related. I remember Paul telling a story about a fan spotting him and the fan fainted. Hopefully the fan fainted because he realized what a douche Paul was.

Margie, when standing at my bathroom sink too long I have to put my leg , knee, up on the counter and when in the car my foot is on the dash board if it’s too long a ride but I have scoliosis though not horribly bad but enough that it hurts. Not Quasimodo.

So I just read that Jason and Cmas have gotten into it this afternoon. She asked him why he was quiet. She said he just doesn’t understand why Paul has to use the veto. Cmas said because Paul has to use the veto so Alex will throw the next HOH to Paul. jason said OK and walked off and Cmas was furious. She followed him to to the Rose Rm and tells him
“don’t you EVER pull a %$# move like that on me again, walking away in the middle of our conversation!! I’m not one of your club whores, I’m a grown ass woman and don’t appreciate you leaving in the middle of our conversation like that! Don’t you ever do that to me again, you got it?” Raven walks in and asked what Josh did wrong. Christmas snaps ‘he knows what he did’ and rolled out of the room on her scooter. Josh just sat there quiet and Raven asked him again what he did, but no response from Josh. ”
Josh had to apologize and try to explain his reasoning but Cmas is not having it. Whoa….

JuJu…you beat me to the scoop of the day (so far). I was just going to paste that info from Joker’s. What a bitch Xmas is and it was only a matter of time where she would show herself as she really is. I think I’ll paste it anyway because of the what she said in the first sentence. “Fboy move”… I think that deep down she hates all men because she was cheated on.

3:36 PM Christmas mad that Josh walked off during their conversation. Xmas is annoyed that Josh doesn’t want to go along with Paul’s plan.

In other news: Raven is hypothyroid, but when asked what that means she describes hyperthyroid. I think that brings her ailment count total to 52. AND…her mother has Epilepsy.

Junksies ….. I died laughing when Raven said she is hypothyroid!!! and then starting talking about her mother driving her to dance class, stops to vomit, gets back in and goes on to class. And then told about the Epilepsy! I wonder how many diseases that family has. I used to work with a girl that was like Raven. She absolutely loved being sick but she loved when her kids were sick also. We were always worried that she was making them sick on purpose (munchausen syndrome) because there wasn’t a week that went by that she didn’t have to rush one of them to the hospital! She was the healthiest looking person you would ever see! Scary.

Josh is not happy with the way things are going and he keeps trying to tell Christmas that Paul is feathering his own cap at their expense and she will not listen! She was just now chastising him for his behavior (he had the nerve to walk away from a conversation they were having) and for him not trusting Paul! She is going to be kicking her own butt all the way home but will probably never concede that Josh was right.

I’m watching these delusional houseguests throw the competition. They are horrible actors and every single one was so obvious. I just don’t understand how they can’t figure out what Paul is doing. They all have complete faith in Paul. It is almost like they think Paul is there to help them and not win the game for himself. Since Christmas won’t listen to Josh hopefully he will talk to Jason and compare notes. Does BB really want Paul to win so bad that they are willing to continue to turn fans off. Maybe everyone should cancel their live feeds and everyone skip Wednesday’s show so the ratings are awful.

Sunday I just watched the HOH show, and I have to say it was so obvious, that everyone threw the comp. The word GO never showed at all. How come the HGS are not playing the physical aspect of BB and win any and every comp they can win ?
Paul has changed the whole concept of a physical game into a full mental game. It Sucks, they are throwing everyone of these comps. Paul has it down to the last dot.
I used to be excited to watch this game, but now it’s really a mental and not fun. I will finish the season. The last show is the 20th, I think. Nothing about this game is fun anymore. If it’s gonna be like this next year. What a shame, it used to be fun, nobody is working for the money. They might as well hand to check out right now. I used to love the comps played out, not thrown.
PS…. I think I saw Matt in the bed with Raven when Paul went in and told her to throw the HOH.

I saw Matt in bed with Raven when Paul came in too. I think it was an editing error and from the previous week. I can’t believe how eager Alex was to be a pawn. I wish the DR would encourage Jason to talk to Josh or Josh to talk to Jason. Once the compare notes, they will see Paul is working all of them. I don’t think there is a way to save this season though.

Just before several scenes they showed that the conversations took places several days before the competition (starting with 4 days before) so Matt was there the whole time. He went out the door just before the competition shown.

That was a flashback showing how Paul was setting up the dominoes for everyone to throw the HOH competition. He’s 5 moves ahead of everyone. He was cooking this up even before Matt was out the door. Love to be there when all these idots watch how Paul made assholes out of everyone of them. This season has been the worst ever. There is no mystery between the players, You know what’s going to happen before it does. They need to stop bringing past season guests in the house so it’s more exciting. These idots this year saw what Paul was like last year and should have sent him packing day 1. None of them except Cody plated their own game.

My live feeds wouldn’t come thru tonight except for the chat and they were saying that Alex was bating Raven, and again she was going on and on about all the diseases her and her mother have. unless they were talking about something that happened previously Hated missing it because it’s the only entertaining aspect of the show at this point. (the ridiculousness of Raven’s claims ! lol) that girl is a real piece of work.

People I just googled ‘rough knee syndrome’ and believe it or not there really is such a thing! It is a condition of pain in the front of the knee. … by wearing down, roughening, or softening of the cartilage under the kneecap. The symptoms are a painful knee cap, swelling and discomfort on walking or running. Now whether Raven has it or is a whole different thing and debatable. If so she would be having pain when she walks or dances. I haven’t noticed anything like that, have you?

I googled it, too! Wonder how many hundreds did as well… LOL. I have had a grinding knee for 25 years so I assumed that was what she meant. But I am doing fine and don’t usually ever even mention it! But her medical resume is ridiculously long and totally unbelievable! When she over-inflates what she has… she diminishes her real medical problems and no one has sympathy any more.

Margie: Everything you’ve mentioned is what people go to
an orthopedic for to end up having a knee replacement. It
is usually bone working against bone that causes the pain
and swelling, and inhibits a person from walking without
pain. I have never heard an orthopedic call it rough
kneecap syndrome, though. I learned something tonight.

She was born vomiting – 4 pounds – Grandma needs knee surgery… etc… etc… Going to move to LA and bring Mom – give up the dance studio etc… etc… She’s not a freeloader, etc… etc…

tendr Cody fan September 4, 2017 at 1:43 pm: I was four lb. something when born because my mom had an inflamed appendix (though the drs didn’t know that was the problem) and bled so much during the pregnancy so had to stay in bed then when I guess it became infected she went into labor, had me then I went home without her and she had to stay and have surgery. She said I looked like a little mouse. Now days that weight can be handled well but in the fifties they just sent me home in a shoe box.

It’s painful to watch the show so I skipped last night. It’s now a chore to check twitter and FB. It’s all about Paul. I wonder if Paul and Xmas has an agreement with BB production on the parts they’d play in the game.
I really thought I read all of these years that production checked for health and mental problems in advance. Also someone that couldn’t play the physical game long term would be sent home.
It seems that all the rules are meaningless and this season is a joke. People throwing comps all season. Paul decides in advance who wins HOH and veto. If they don’t conform they are one of the next nominees. Truly a comedy at the fans expense.
I love this blog. Lisa can find interesting things to report every day and you all make this blog fun and informative. Thank you all.

Wisteria I SO agree. Cody in there right now would make paul pee his pants. If production hadn’t made it the paul show and Cody had gotten him out we know it’d be a much more interesting game. Ppl say Cody would have acted like paul…..I don’t agree. WE do not know how the game would have been but I do know it would not have been the snooze fest it is now.

did anyone see where Paul was imitating Raven? Have to admit it was pretty funny. He IS the most animated & entertaining one for sure. And at this point .. as idiotic as they’ve all been as far as he’s concerned, they deserve to then have to sit back and watch him take the prize .. Even though he’s probably the last one that needs it. His family is pretty wealthy. Guess he’s trying to catch up. He truly has had everyone of them backed into a corner with no way out. As soon as anyone is smart enough to point out to someone else that’s he’s controlling the game.. the other idiot runs and tells Paul .. or like Jason .. calling out Mark in front of ALL of them . and apparently it didn’t occur to a single one of them (except Josh) that maybe they should give that some thought. Guessing Jason is really kicking himself at this point since now it’s come back to bite him in the butt. because he’s lined up to be the next one to go. “who should we get rid of next Paul? Just tell us what to do and we’re on board!” and yes, I’m sure at the end they all will discuss it as a group and agree that Paul played the smartest game – even though he screwed over each and every one of them due to their own stupidity. and he’ll take it home this time. But who else that’s left in that house deserves it? I just know the runner up who gets the $50K or whatever it is .. will be someone who least deserves any prize AT ALL.

Jeanne4488… Yes, I did see that. I’ll admit it was funny. Did you see how it all started? Josh was the first to imitate Paul and the look on Paul’s face was, at first anger, he got in Josh’s face, then he switched it up taking the spotlight off Josh. Paul cannot STAND being upstaged. Like a few days ago…Jason and Josh were in the pool on the floaties have a play fight with Kevin calling the plays from the sidelines and who comes along…?…from inside the house…?…Paul, who jumped in the pool which immediately stopped the gameplay. What a buzzkill. Jerk!!

there was not even a competition last night in my opinion. no one raced, they all made it so obvious they threw it. and Raven with her illnesses. did i hear her say a pacemaker?? hope she does not use the microwave .cannot understand why anyone would want to say they are that sick. wait till she gets older and really gets some health issues. but it does not seem like most of them care how they are coming off as to all watching.

Wisterua77, thank you for sharing the link above. It’s always good to read different opinions. It is highly possible Paul will win. That doesn’t make me happy because:

1) Paul has played this game before and lost. He brings with him experience, and knowledge of the rules and he knows when to expect double evictions, so he knows how to prepare for whose to go when the others don’t have any idea because they haven’t had the opportunity to have played this game.

2) He played a ruthless game in his previous season and when it came to the end, his former team players were ruthless with him; they gave it to Nichol which has haunted him.

Paul has been tormented by that, but you have to REMEMBER he has been given UNBELIEVABLE advantages; including the friendship bracelets in the beginning which sealed his alliance when those omitted were wondering how they were to survive not being part of the click, but possibly needed the money as well.

The HOH played last night looked as if production was working with Paul through out the whole game. I have never seen anything like that before. Paul was running the complete game with help on and off the camera.

Paul has taken so much pride in manipulating this new crew, but let’s not forget he has had all the help and many advantages throughout to ensure he wins and looks worthy.

I would love to see him get to the end with whomever he takes with him; because it will be someone he KNOWS he can beat (tag alone), and have last season repeat itself and have him walk away with second place. He has been given TO much help to be called a winner. He has been master manipulator (whose had a lot of help).

He came in feeling entitled. Many others that are out of the game because a child-like personality felt it was his time to win, so he has deemed if they did’nt want to play his game, but dared to play their own game and think for themselves, they had to be tortured, bullied, starved and they had to go. He will not allow them to remain in the houe in peace. They were deemed insignificant. You have to do and think Paul’s way. Let’s not forget; this is the Paul’s show. Big Brother is no longer home.

What was witnessed last night in the HOH comp was beyond words. I guess production must be paying the remaining houseguest pretty well and the script writers should have made it alittle less obvious everyone was throwing the comp. Too see that many people throw a comp is beyond ridiculous, they know someone with a bum foot isn’t going to win this so everyone has to look like idiots. I am really loss for words. I hate thinking anyone is stupid but either its money or they are really stupid to allow Paul to just use them all. As one person they really need to have s how where they show whats being said in the DR and watch the reactions but they would still throw it too Paul. It will be another final show where these people give the excuse that Paul played the best game. No one but no one will get him out because there are no votes to get him out. Unless they all and I mean ALL say they want him out he will be there in the end because CBS and Paul say he should have won last year he will win.

I just have to say that I think Christmas should bow her head in shame to gloat on winning 2 HOH comps! In both of the comps she won it was so obvious even Cody commented on it when they were shown the tape! How embarrassing, yet she was in the DR bragging about winning. She was so horrible to Josh yesterday that it was hard to watch. She has a way about her that is so harsh that her words cut like a knife. She even did it again to Kevin last night. She would be no friend of mine! In fact, none of them would be a friend of mine! lol

Christmas is such a disappointment! Not badass like she thinks – just RUDE when she gets spun up! Josh may lose it if he keeps getting talked to like that from both Cmas and Paul!

Josh has figured Paul out but is making the mistake of thinking that Paul cares about anyone other than himself… Other than Paul… they are all so STUPID! Paul is NOT likeable… but definitely not stupid since he is 3 steps ahead of whatever is going on!

Jason is saying how distraught he would be if he got out of the house and found out people hated him! He also said he could not believe the things some of the people have said on the show because he didn’t think he personally had ever crossed the line. Josh told him he had come close to the line but he didn’t think he had crossed it! Jason is going to be suicidal! He told Josh that he doesn’t have a TV at his house. That his wife will have to go to the neighbors house to watch. Can you believe that?

tendr and junksies…….that drives me nuts too!!! Kevin is 30 years older than Paul. Where is his indignation or at least his Dad instincts?? And where are Paul’s manners???Well…never mind that one…lol You don’t speak like that to your elders! And if Kevin is such a tough guy, he should be telling Paul to BACK the EFF off and he’s talk to whoever he wants! if he wants to be careful, he will, but to have Paul always telling him to sit and read the Bible and do not talk to anyone is like he is talking to a 3 year old!!!! I just want to slap the punk outta him!!!lol Lots of this season is really hard to watch!!! I’m ready for Fall and Survivor!!! I’m SOOooo over BB!!!

I’m still feeling like I wasted my time watching BBAD. We watched most of it today.
Scene One: Josh in HOH room, strategizing the entire situation! Goes to kitchen, gets Cheerios! Camera is fixed on his bowl as he eats cereal and dribbles milk, which he keeps mopping up with his napkin! Finished eating, drank some of the milk and went to the sink where her poured the rest of the milk in the sink along with the bowl. No rinsing or washing HIS dirty dish!💘
Scene Two: Raven enters kitchen, after studying the Memory Wall. I noticed she didn’t even look at Matt’s side of the wall (??) She proceeds into the kitchen. Goes to get milk for her Fruit Loops. No milk! Goes to pantry and gets milk. Opens cereal container, grabs cereal with her hands (that same hand that picks her nose!) 😕 She eats her cereal while staring at the Memory Wall, makes a few faces at the camera, gets more cereal and after eating it, takes her bowl to the sink, rinses it out (no soap!) 😕 Puts it in the dish rack, looks in the sink, no way is she washing anyone else’s dirty dishes! Shuffles down the hall …..

Jolee… Good play by play, so very accurate! If you haven’t yet deleted it, go to approx 9:52 where Kevin and Jason are talking about writing letters to girls…I describe it up above but it’s much funnier if you watch it…especially the look on Kevin’s face. It had me ROTFLMAO!! Another good part was Josh talking to the camera in HOH at approx 11:30. For me, those two parts made it worth while…

LOL @Jolee…….Seems like all the HGS this year have a ton of hard-to-watch ticks and habits….the most disgusting of which is the nose mashing/picking!! lol Worst offenders are Josh, raven and Alex but they all do it to some extent. And I too have mentioned aloud…EWW!! they’re eating and didn’t wash their booger smeared hands???? UGH!!! 😛 (Altho I have heard that Kevin doesn;t wash his hands after using the LOO…..EW!!! )

The best part of that whole scene with Josh in the HOH was his needing to get out what had been eating him and tht NO one was listening to seriously!! He has major doubts about Paul…especially WHY he is doing the eviction the way he is..splitting the votes and making Christmas not only put ANOTHER HG OTB…Kevin….but also break the tie! He went up there right after the whole cereal eating episode. He is no dummy!! I am sure he has been playing the not so bright Cuban with Spanish as his first language. But in reality he sees exactly what Paul is and has been doing!! But trying to extract himself and Christmas from it is another issue!! It was interesting to hear him talk as he sounded so much more intelligent and he apparently hasn’t missed a thing all season! And sees Paul for who he is….out for himself only! But….it is a little late to try to do anything about it now. If only he had stepped up earlier!! these HGS have no balls and most less brains!!! lol
I wish Jason had gotten the chance to take an apple from the tree. At least he has guts!! I am going to miss him a lot! And so is Kevin!! Poor guy will be al alone when he leaves. I WISH Jason had won Veto!!! Or Kevin!!! He wanted to! Why is everyone hypnotized by Swami Paul??? SMH

Ticks and habits, yup we all have them but some of us know it’s best not to expose ’em while on TV to millions! Josh’s sly father has given wise advice…never let anybody see how smart you are.

I will miss the camaraderie between Kevin and Jason. For me, it’s the second to the last thing to enjoy this season… the last will be when Kevin goes. I love his stories and simply that Boston accent.

I think the saddest couple in the house is Kevin and Jason. I think they are both going to be crushed to discover what was said in the house and that they probably can not remain friends after this is over! I think they genuinely like each other and probably would have gone crazy in the house without their morning walks. The guys might be able to patch up their relationship but I don’t think the wives will let that happen! I’m not absolving Jason of his sins but I don’t think he would normally be such a mean person towards another like that. What a shame…
