Big Brother 27 — Here Is Where Things Stand

Big Brother 27 — Here Is Where Things Stand

Hi, everyone,

As we wait for the feeds to (finally) go live, here’s a quick summary of where we stand after tonight’s show.

Vince is the HoH.

We learned tonight that Amy is the accomplice.  The HGs do not know this.  The majority of them voted for Riley.  Because they guessed incorrectly, we will have 17 houseguests this season.  The Mastermind promised that he would return later in the season, probably whenever it looks like Rachel might be at risk of going home.

It was announced that, because Rachel joined late, she has to spend the first week in the Have-Not room.  However, as a Have-Not, she gets immunity for the first week.  Big shock there.  There’s no way production was going to risk losing Rachel this early in the season.  Joining Rachel (and also getting immunity): Zach, Will, and Ava.

In the diary room, Zach was told that he can use his $10,000 to buy immunity, up until the the start of jury.  So, if Zach feels that he’s in danger, he can give up his $10,000 for immunity.  (The $10,000 would go to the HoH.)

Jimmie, Morgan, and Mickey formed an alliance.  Jimmie seems to be the only person in the house who wants to target Rachel.

Amy formed a mom’s alliance with Rachel.

Kelley made a final two deal with Vince and volunteered to go up on the block.  Anyone who volunteers to go on the block is to dumb for this game so I don’t think Kelley will be around for long.

Ashley managed to get on Vince’s bad side by taking what Katharine claims was a two-hour shower in the HoH room.  Ashley then made things worse by being pushy about trying get into the HoH room to talk to Vince even though Vince was talking to other people.  Meanwhile, Amy tried to defend Ashley to Vince and that also earned her a spot on Vince’s bad side.

In the end, the three nominees are: Ashley, Amy, and Zae.  Ashley is the target.  Zae was nominated because he’s a strong competitor.  Amy is apparently just a pawn.

I really wish we had been allowed to watch all of #Showergate on the live feeds.   It’s very frustrating because apparently, it was the biggest thing that happened in the House this week and, for now at least, we’re just having to take everyone else’s word as to what actually happened.

Live feeds will go up tonight, after the west showing of the episode.  We’ll see what happens!
