Well, I just spent an hour watching The Talk because Julie Chen said she was going to reveal “the twist” at the end of the show. The Talk hostesses went into the Big Brother house and played a mock game similar to what the media did a week or two ago. Can you say…boring? Anyway at the very end, I’m waiting and waiting and Julie announces that there will be 12 new HG’s and 4 returning HG’s. She also announces that the four returning HG’s will be playing a separate game. THIS is news???

Could have told you The Talk wouldn’t talk about the twist. It was nice to see a glimpse of the Big Brother house for this season. Now any guesses on whether a newbie or a previe (previous) houseguest will win HOH? I’m saying it all depends on the twist, but I’ll take a leap and say it will be a previe.

Seems maybe one HG has already been evicted. Won’t spoil it here although the name is out in the public domain. Weird BB UK has been on like 37 days and may have almost the same number of HGs as BB14 later tonight.
Best things about BB are maybe the Live Feeds ad barrage will quell a bit, the rumors will all come to an end and hopefully that stupid commercial with that “No Kontrol” song will end. A girl can dream, eh?
Enjoy all. Watched The Talk and was thoroughly disappointed. CBS is so homogenized in much of what they do. Let the games begin.

well, what Julie “revealed” was news to those who don’t read the blogs. And to those who actually do watch The Talk. I’ve never had the pleasure of viewing that show, as I’m only 2 hours into my work day when it comes on here.
Am I wrong in hoping for a good season rather than the snooze fests the last few have been. Ever since evil dick was on, I’ve been able to recognize the ultimate winner within a few weeks, even though I prayed I was wrong each year. I hate that!!

What a show!! I am not sure if I liked the coaches picking teams for now there are four alliances right from the start. The new house-guests won’t have a chance to form their own alliances and what is going to happen if they don’t like one of their teammates? The coaches won’t like them voting out one of their own! Oh well, it is interesting and I think the show is off to a good start.
I was glad to see Mike, Brittney and Dan back. No Rachel or Jesse – 🙂

Willie Hantz sure blew it! When he was told that he was a dead ringer for Russell Hantz, he should have said that he gets that a lot, even to the point where people on the streets and in some bars want to pick a fight with him. Then say something like “I am just sick and tired of people thinking that I am related to this Russell guy.” It would have gone over a lot better than pretending he had never heard of Russell. – Funny that he is the first HOH
