Big Brother 15 — BLEH!

Hello everyone.

I’m using my serious tone here because, quite frankly, these houseguests are starting to seriously tick me off.

Yesterday, several of the Housguests talked about maybe — just maybe — making a big move and doing something other than sheepishly agreeing to whatever Amanda demands.

However, once anyone was actually confronted about actually playing the game, they immediately gave up and went back to the original plan of just going along with the majority and voting out Howard.

I hate her and I think she’s a bully and I’m sick of listening to her talk about how much America loves her but, as of right now, Amanda probably does deserve to win. She’s not really playing the game but she’s getting what she wants. Since Big Brother 15 has pretty much been defined by bullying in the house, it seems somewhat appropriate that the biggest bully should end up winning.

That said, I do hope that someone in the house will finally grow a pair and take out Amanda. I’m sick of her attitude and I’m sick of McCrae following her around like a dog in need of neutering.

Yesterday’s arguments started with Amanda and Spencer getting into an argument in the backyard about whether or not Spencer is trying to keep Howard in the house. That’s right — the most loathsome guy and the most loathsome girl got into a fight and the end results were pretty loathsome. Amanda came across looking like an entitled brat but the fight probably worked to her advantage. Since everyone is terrified of being called out for going against “the majority,” Amanda and Spencer’s argument pretty much scared them away from voting for Amanda this week.

As for McCrae, he spent the whole argument sitting quietly in a corner. Way to stand up for the woman you love, you pizza-delivering loser.

Anyway, all this led to Amanda whining that Spencer was bullying her and … seriously, shut up, Amanda.

Candice, hearing that Spencer said that she was his target this week, then had to have a house meeting where she attacked Spencer for campaigning against her. And then Howard gave a speech where he said that he would rather go home then see Candice voted out. And that’s nice of Howard and all but seriously, instead of playing the martyr, why isn’t he out there trying to get people to vote out Amanda?

In other words, WHY AREN’T THESE PEOPLE PLAYING THE FREAKING GAME THAT THEY SIGNED UP FOR!? I could maybe sympathize if this was an act of civil disobedience. If they were all making a united decision not to play the game in an effort to protest geed or whatever, I could at least understand why they’re all acting like this. However, when you listen to these people, it becomes apparent that they really do think that they’re playing the game.

BLEH!

Anyway, eventually, I had a brief glimmer of hope when Aaryn, Gina Marie, and Jessie all ended up in the HoH room and started trying to figure out a way to tie up the votes so that Aaryn could then vote to evict Candice. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t want to see Candice leave and I certainly don’t want to see Aaryn suddenly turn into a power player. The fact that they had to use M&Ms to keep track of the votes just reminded me of everything I dislike about this current crop of houseguests.

Still, it was at least a sign of life. In the Big Brother house this season, two racists and a doormat using M&Ms to count votes is about as close as you can get to gameplay.

However, Candice again figured out that they were thinking of voting her out and, as usual, the houseguests abandoned their plans as soon as they realized that those plans were no longer secret.

BLEH!

Anyway, I’m sorry that I can’t be more positive today. I’m just frustrated. At least I can look forward to watching Amanda have a nervous breakdown on the CBS show tonight.

I think they’ve only watched the season where the fat bald guy that loves Torri Spelling and Evel Dick sat back and did nothing but made it to the final 3. He’s their role model for this season.

Lisa Marie – I’m with you…. I can’t stand Amanda! Hearing her on Live Feeds always makes me switch to another camera. I can’t believe these idiots can’t see she is in control. I think some can and figure all they have to do is ride under her all the way. I am losing my mind with this group and hope the end is near….

We (Carolyn my Wife & I) really have enjoyed all the BB shows in the past. This year we just cannot believe the Producers would allow this to continue. There has to be more than one alliance, all we have at this point is one alliance, with no competition, this is uncharacteristic of past great shows. If something does not happen soon with a second alliance to provide the BB game play we expected it is going to very difficult to watch. Producers – Please prod the Guests and explain the viewers are not enjoying the current House.

I’ve been trying so hard to watch the Live Feeds this year, normally I DVR’d it on Showtime and watched the next morning to keep up with all the goings on. However this year I can’t DVR it because I never know what time TVGN is going to show it (plus the onscreen guide is NEVER right). That and the fact that it is SOOOOOOO BORING because of the lack of gameplay by the HG’s. I’m sure it takes lots of editing by the crew to come up with an hour of exciting (?) TV 3 times a week. I am so tired of all the HG’s going along with the “majority” voting, since when is BB a team sport? Only one of them can win and they better figure out that pretty quick or McManda will be in the finals before they know it.

This is starting to remind me of a boxing match where the champ wants to go out a winner so the boxing commission finds a chump to pay off and take a dive in round 5.
Each time the chump starts talking about not going down they offer him more money and he says OK!
If I was in the house I would call Amanda in front of everyone and tell them that if you lets this bully tell you how to play the game she will knock you off one at a time!

@Marsha…the times of BBAD on TVGN are actually consistent..if you are interested. It is on at 12:00AM EST everynite except Thurs, when they are on at 1:00AM because the TV show starts an hour later at 9:00.(They did this on Showtime too.) On Sat nites, I think, but maybe be Fri, they show all the BB TV shows before they show BBAD…which is still at midnight. Hope that helps.

With Spencer getting called out twice yesterday, altho I agree this was a first…you don’t call someone out just because they have an alliance against you…..I hope the HGs start to see him as a threat and the snake that he is and get him out!!! He is probably the closest I have come to loathing an HG this yer!!

I still don’t hate Amanda!! Sorry. I’m not going with our *House* on this! I think she is playing the game , even tho she has to drag around extra weight in the appendage of McCrae! I hope HE goes out before she does!! He would love that as then he wouldn;t have to worry about DOING anything anymore and could sit on his butt in those awful PJ pants of his(Have they ever been washed since he got there??) and enjoy collecting his stipend and counting the $5000 that he won!! He is the laziest, most slovenly HG I can ever remember!! I actually can’t stand Candace! She is SO WHINEY!!! She has done nothing but sleep and cry most of the game..when she isn’t clinging to Howie….which is about as pathetic as GM and Nick!!! He actually offered to SELF-EVICT because he couldn’t take beng pulled all the time.

As for Aaryn planning with M&M’s..look who she was planning WITH! GM and Jessie!! ‘Nuff said…lol

Not that excited about tonight’s show because it’s all reruns to us and makes it seem like everything we laready know happend SO long ago!!! I think the move in TV times is bad too as the HGS go from Sun to Thurs with really nothing to motivate them. Which means nothing to motivate US. Which kind of sums up this whole season..lol

I personally think Maggie l is just jealous of us! We all love each other (almost!), except for that Harry situation but that’s another story. She just wants to be one of the cool kids and doesn’t know how to play nice. She is seeking our attention by being nasty and troll-like as that is how children act. It’s okay to be nice Maggie l, did you ever hear the expression, you catch more flies with honey? No? I figured as much! I am staying supple LM!

Latest from the BB house:

Apparently, Amanda is saying that Howard sexually harassed her yesterday. There is video from the live feeds of Howard whispering something in Amanda’s ear. Amanda says that what Howard whispered that she was hot and then said that he would “f*ck the sh*t” out of her once they were outside of the house.

Amanda went to the DR and said that Howard was harassing her and making her feel uncomfortable but the DR apparently said there wasn’t anything they could do because it’s Amanda’s word against Howard’s.

So far, McCrae hasn’t reacted to all of this in one way or the other.

OMG Amanda. Maybe she is just afraid he won’t get voted out so she’s going to make sure he leaves one way or another. Why don’t I believe what she is saying?

And it’s kind of funny since she said she has been warned 3 times about referring to causing bodily harm to others. Her game is just getting worse.

As far as Maggie L, consider the source. We don’t always agree and we might have some disagreements from time to time but we aren’t rude and ignorant to each other. Sorry for her.

I haven’t posted much, as I know I am in the minority and I don’t want to cause waves. I am still an Amanda fan and was happy to read that a few others on this blog like her too! She is the only one playing the game and I think she is using Evil Dick’s tactics (using them very well for that matter!) I would rather watch her than Spencer the PIG, Elissa the mental case or Helen who thinks she can win this game by being nice!! Keep voting for Amanda to be America’s nomination and subsequently evicted, then you will see how really boring the show will become. Just my opinion. 😆

I am not surprised Howie would say that! He and Spencer are pervs AND he did say he was trying to self-evict! I’ve never seen Amanda flirt with him or anything so if she says he said that, I believe it. What I CAN’T believe is that the DR/BB is letting it slide!! They have come down on HGs for alot less!!! This whole year is crazy, tacky and has NO rules!!! They jsut make up new ones as they go along!!!!

Betty and BBMO — I do have to agree that if Amanda was voted out, the house would probably be a lot more boring. So, I’m torn. I don’t like Amanda and I would like to see her go but, as a Big Brother fan and as a blogger who always wants to have something to write about, I’m glad that Amanda’s around. Lol.

Oh my God, can you imagine how boring the house is going to be if the final three turn out to be Jessie, Helen, and Andy?

Star — Part of the problem appears to be that, whenever Howard whispered what he whispered to her, Amanda had her microphone turned off. So, there’s no clear audio of what he did or didn’t say.

On twitter, people seem to be pretty evenly divided about whether they believe Amanda or Howard. Personally, I think that Howard did say it. A lot of people think Amanda’s making this up because she didn’t complain immediately and she may have said “thank you” after Howard said whatever it is that he said. However, I’ve had similar things happen to me and, based on my previous experience and how I initially felt and later reacted, I think Amanda is telling the truth about what was said and about how uncomfortable it made her feel.

I’m not a fan of Amanda’s but I don’t think she’s a liar.

@LM…I agree that like her or not, I don’t think Amanda lied! And sometimes you are taken aback and embarrassed when a man says something like that to you. If she did say Thank You it was prolly to brush it off with humor. But later, she found her balls…since her BF doesn’t have any…and TOLD on him!!

@SF….I try to report but there hasn;t been much to report ON and so my enthusiam has gone down accordingly..lol Plus they make it so ALL the events happen on the weekends…HN comp, POV, Veto ceremony, and I am usually busy then. Oh well…as someone ONCE(?) said….*It is what it is*!!lol

Not much to add yet today, although apparently while everyone’s been sleeping Helen is playing “clean up fairy”.. LOL, I tell my daughter the cleanup fairy came while she was at school when I break down and clean her room for her!! At least someone in the house picks up, drives me nuts to see the place such a mess when all they do all day is lay around… and I’m a horrible housekeeper! 🙂

Amanda and McCrae are not the only hard to believe they are together couple. Below is the link to a real “odd” couple, Bobby and Hallie Liebling. He is now 60 and she is 25. He actually looked similar to McRae back when he was 20 in 1973 when I produced his first recording at a studio in DC. She is a fashion designer and they are for real, have one child now and are truly in love. Different strokes for different folks no doubt.

@Star – Thanks – I really fine Amanda entertaining and I found her very amusing when she was in the diary room with that clown. She sure has some cahoonas and that is why I like her so much. What is the difference from her and Helen? Helen has whispered and connived with just about everyone in the house, while with Amanda she has boldly gone where no one else in the house will go! The only difference between these two is Amanda is more verbal. I would rather see McCrae go first!

Most of us agree this has been one of the stranger BB seasons. But I’m still confused, how did the nasty racist Aaryn go from being the nasty racist Aaryn to the misunderstood college girl? Helen is now thinking she’s been mistaken all along? Wait til Sister Mary Sunshine gets out of the house and hears/sees the racist remarks directed at herself. And the hideous things said about Candice and Howard. I know, I know. She will forgive them. But maybe it will alert her to her own lack of judgment regarding people in general. Nah. There’s not enough Windex to see through that glass door!

Amanda is tough and strong willed. She definitely has more brass than any other HG. Yes, she runs her game through intimidation. And it’s working. Why change what works? It probably works for her professionally. I’m sure she’s one hell of a closer! As for McCrae, he’s a vote for whomever she wants out. He’s already learned that going against Amanda is futile for him. The future of any progeny they may have leaves me in terror.

As far as Howard, I cannot picture him saying that in any way. Not even for shock value. It doesn’t compute. On the other hand delaying the reporting of such an incident makes complete sense to me. It takes a while for your mind to function again after a verbal (or physical) assault. However, apparently only Amanda and Howard know the truth. That is until CBS uncovers the lost recording from Howard’s mic. Can you imagine the media storm then? The much-maligned Howard, victim of racial slurs, makes inappropriate sexual comments to (white) female HG. About that time someone at CBS would just pull the plug on this season’s BB life support.

Maybe it’s simply best if he does get voted out this week – although I’d feel much better if it were Spencer who is simply a pig in man’s clothing.

Thank you Lisa Marie, I agree with you most of the time.I do not write much but felt compelled to put my 2cents in. Howard may have said the disgusting remarks BUT the other day/night forget which I turned off my feed because Amanda was talking in the by with most all the guys and her sexual comments about various sexual acts and what some men liked were just as horrible and demeaning to women as one could imagine.I was shocked (and I am not a young woman nor am I sheltered in any way)and sickened by what she was saying and turned it off.This is a horrible charge if true and low down criminal if not. Mcrae said (on facebk I believe) that bb thought her lying and he seemed to think so too.Just another Amanda paranoid game play.Nothing surprises me this yr what with the racist homophob women hating comments ,what is a little sexual remark? Howard probably thought Amanda would like the compliment(?). I am beginning to question why I am watching at all!!

If Amanda were gone, the house might be boring. OTOH, some of the other people there just might find their nitch and become more entertaining without Amanda’s overbearing presence. We’ve seen it happen in past seasons.

I don’t know what you guys have against Amanda… she is playing the game. Everyone complains there is no game play… there you are… Amanda and Helen. That’s who I’m rooting for. I’m sure my dear friends Betty and Double M will come to their senses and start rooting for them.

1—I want to know, for sure, if Howard said that filth, OR NOT. If he did he is the worst of All of them..,and I mean all of them.

2—If he didn’t say that, or anything close to that filth, Amanda should be gone..,like NOW.

3—CBS , I’m sure, has the technology to amp up the sound and find out EXACTLY what was said. Maybe Howard said something, and Amanda embellished it to HER BEHALF.

4–One of the bloggers here suggested whether Howard said it or she’s making it up, that Its Part Of The Game. Hey..,have we all sunk that low????

The reason why we didnt hear what Howard said was that the camera was outside then switched quickly to the kitchen but kept the audio from outside so all we heard was Helen’s loud voice while this was going on… . 🙂

@Hoh8 thanks for the link. The comments are pretty interesting. Makes one wonder if there isn’t something like a delay of sorts. Maybe it isn’t live exactly; maybe there’s a 5 minute delay so they can mess with us just so we don’t hear something. I guess it’s possible but who knows. If they can mess with the game, they’ll mess with anything.

It just seems really unusual to me.

I hate Amanda. She has to go. I have never seen such a bully for all the years that I have been watching BB. I don’t even watch BBAD. Too much whispering and cussing.

Another Miss bully is Helen. I have liked her from the beginning but after tonight she has to go too. She literally couldn’t talk to Candice when confronted about Howard. The man has not done a thing. Amanda may have a secret crush on this dude and McCray is a creep. He has no backbone and for those two to be together is so laughable.

AMANDA HAS TO GO. GO AWAY AMANDA YOU CREEP. YOU ARE WORST THAN JEREMY.

I can’t DVR it because I would have to set it every day because there is a different program scheduled (according to the useless guide) at 11pm (I’m central time zone) every night. I dislike this season, there seems to be a focus on Amanda, to get her acting career started! It’s an awful season with racial remarks, bulling and lots of acting to the camera! I am not going to watch any more of this season!

@HoH8…you sound like you are MAD at me!!! 🙁 1st of all..I am NOT in LOVE with Amanda. She could be on my SH*T list sooner than later. I have said all along this season that I really didn’t love or hate anyone. I still don’t. And maybe I bought into CBS’s edit. However,none of the HGS really bring out much passion in me at all!
And I KNOW it’s not YOUR link. It was just easier than saying*the link you posted for us to go to*….. And saying I’d bet money is just that … a saying . But looking at the pics, if actions speak louder than words, it did appear that something cozy was happening there. One-sided or not, hard to tell. I was basically just gut responding to what I saw. I don’t know the *truth* anymore than anyone else does. Don’t want to start anything here. I was justagiving my opinion…as I have been doing on here for years.

Cathy, I’ve actually seen things in that house that were more gruesome to me than anything I saw in Hunger Games 😆 Amanda & McCrae all over each other all the time…. And bathroom BJs.. way to keep it classy! 😮

HoH8 I agree.. HOH comp has to be endurance tonight. They have been locked inside for 24 hrs now. That means they are building much more than a simple “knock out” type comp.

Also agree that it will probably favor a female or small guy. I say the next HOH will be one of the following 4: McCrae, Helen, Andy, or Elissa. I wouldn’t have said McCrae because he just lays around and he smokes… but he did hang on to the popsicle for over 4 hrs.

If one of those 4 are next HOH, it could be real bad news for Judd. All 4 want him out. They wont put him on the block straight up yet, but look for a backdoor plan if possible.

Voting Update
Howard will be leaving tonight barring some epiphany by other HGs that it’s not the best thing for their game. Very unlikely at this point. Everyone is now so afraid of even thinking about doing anything other than what Amanda wants.

Only question to me is will the vote be 8-0?……. or will Spencer stick to his guns and vote against Candice to make it 7-1? Amanda will get zero votes… BECAUSE SHE SAID SO! 😯

I still think Amanda has to go and I was shocked at Helen’s actions towards Candace. I know Candace is aggressive and can drive us crazy with her moods but for Helen to run out of the room, straight up to HOH and say so many lies is really horrible. I guess I just didn’t expect that from her. Is anyone else sick and tired of the HG’s constantly telling each other “I have never lied to anyone in this house” and “I have never talked about anyone in the house”??????? Every single one of them did – it’s the game dummies so STOP repeating that lie over and over!

I think she said something that was dirty enough for him to put his hand on her ass and him thinking it would keep him in the game said something back sexual. I wrote to cbs and told them exactly what I think of demanda being the chosen winner even before show aired, I reminded them of post made by an ex employee and also reminded them there are thousands of bb fans who have had it up to the hilt with this years hgs. Told them I see, read and hear a lot between blog, face book, twitter, tv, utube etc
well u guys know what I mean and I am sure they (the powers that be) could give a rats ass, however the proof will be when the numbers start to fall and fall they will

Judd will get a nice amount if he auctions off the actual shirt. As for the Harlem Shuffle, that was funny but did you notice in version 1 how Spencer was opening and closing his coat. Flasher much??? He probably does that while on the train to all the neighborhoods he passes. What a pit he is.

@JT – BECAUSE SHE SAID SO, is perfect for Amanda and that’s her attitude for sure. Even tho she is funny at times. I too can’t wait to see an endurance comp. Don’t they usually have more by now? They both will be in for a big surprise.

@Jane, I too believe there was an exchange of sexual words between the two. And if you look again, he had his hand on her thigh. I doubt Howard just came up to her with those words because that doesn’t seem to be his nature. There had to be some a lot more to it than what Ms Amanda says. One of the first questions directed at Moonves during his ballroom Q&A session was about “Big Brother,” on which some cast members have been captured on screen making casual homophobic, misogynist and racist remarks, sparking an online firestorm and prompting the network to air a warning to viewers before episodes.

“I find some of the behavior absolutely appalling, personally,” Moonves said. “What you see there, I think, unfortunately is reflective of how certain people feel in America. It’s what our show is. I think we’ve handled it properly. Obviously, a lot of it makes us uncomfortable. I’ve watched every episode of the show. Obviously, my wife would kill me if I didn’t.”

Later Monday, Chen – host of both “Big Brother” and “The Talk” – described her preparations for the inevitable exit interview for one of the offending “Big Brother” boorishness perpetrators, Aaryn Gries of San Angelo, Texas.

“The key thing is not to eviscerate Aaryn,” Chen said. “You’ve got to make her comfortable enough where she can give you honest answers. It’s not going to be a crucifixion. I have to be fair. It wouldn’t be appropriate. She’s a young girl; she’s only 22. I’m sure her brain and her self-esteem are still developing. I think a lot of her ugly comments come from a place of insecurity and immaturity. The hope is not to completely strip her of any self-esteem but to open her mind to why it was so wrong and so bad, what she did, without browbeating her.

“I will have a guideline in my head as to how I hope it will go, but on live television you have to go with your gut. If it’s going quickly south, you want to keep her talking. You don’t want to beat her over the head with something that will just get one-word answers. No one benefits from that.”

Candice Stewart, a former Saintsation and Miss Louisiana USA, has been the unfortunate target of some of the ill will bouncing around the fake “Big Brother” house. I asked Chen to score her game so far. In a pre-premiere episode, Stewart had said she’s a student of “Big Brother” strategy, and that she intended to keep a low profile for as long as possible.

“I think Candice’s problem is that she was put in a situation she’s never had to deal with,” Chen said. “Here’s a woman who is very beautiful. She’s smart, she’s competitive, having been on the pageant circuit. It was difficult for her to not be the most popular person, probably for the first time in her life. She’s probably been the popular girl, the prettiest girl, the girl that gets the most attention, and suddenly she was a little bit of an outcast.

“I imagine when she exits the house, she’s probably going to say, ‘Wow, what an eye-opening experience, and what a learning experience that was for me.’ I imagine it’s very humbling and a little humiliating to be treated that way by younger people, (who) are coming across really bratty and really sheltered and very ignorant.”

Given those setbacks, could Stewart still win?

“The savvy she has shown in the house is she’s a thinker,” Chen said. “She has figured things out. She’s been more of an observer than a player. If she continues to observe and figure out who’s in what crew and what’s going on behind closed doors, that will take her far. But sooner or later, she’s going to have to be able to win in a competition that is either very physical or memory-based, and you have to think quickly on your feet. It remains to be seen if she can do that.”

It is difficult to watch BBAD because of all the silence bleeps, but I still watch it for I don’t have the LF’s. Last night was the Mother Teresa Show! Helen was so absurdly gushy to Jesse and Judd, which took up over half the show. The minute she learned that Candice was talking against her, she raced upstairs to her alliance to back peddle. She is not verbal, like Amanda, but I think she is a MANIPULATING BULLY’. I would like to see Candice win HOH and put Helen and Elissa on the block and see one of them walk out the door (preferably Helen)! I just can’t stand to watch her anymore.
