Hi, y’all.
Here’s the latest rumor about Big Brother 16. I got this from the Nilsen Report and they got it from a BB newsgroup and there’s no telling where the newsgroup got it from. In other words, take it with a grain of salt!
Basically, the rumor is that the producers are planning on using the same format that they used for Big Brother 14 — i.e., four teams of houseguests with four former winners returning as “coaches.”
Now, I’m not sure how this would work. The big twist with Big Brother 14 was that the coaches were eventually given a chance to reenter the game. Would these new coaches be given the same opportunity in Big Brother 16 and, even more importantly, wouldn’t all of the houseguests suspect that their coaches would eventually be given that opportunity?
The rumor goes on to state that two previous winners have shown an interest in returning as a coach. And while we’re not being given their names, we are being given some clues as to who they might be. (Isn’t that always the way with wild rumors?) One of them, it is said, might have a scheduling conflict with his college. Could that be a reference to Ian perhaps? The other potential coach was recently on the Amazing Race. Now, only two winners of Big Brother have ever been on the Amazing Race: Jordan and Rachel.
And, judging from her last appearance on the Race, Rachel certainly does seem to think that she needs both the money and the attention.
This could be true or it could just be another crazy rumor. Personally, I hope that Big Brother 16 will be all new houseguests without a single familiar face anywhere to be seen.
Seriously, I don’t even want to see Zingbot wandering around the Big Brother house…

I’ve read the rumors too. I really hope it’s not another coaches season. That seemed so unfair for them to get a month free pass while others were being evicted.
I hope it’s all new players too, but if not, I certainly pray Rachel doesn’t return. Even the Brenchel Army have to be saying, “ENOUGH ALREADY”. She already won $5ook… and had a shot at another. Brendon also had 2 shots at $5ook. Plus they had 2 shots together at a million. ENOUGH!

Hi, JT! It’s good to see you again and, regardless of what “twists” the producers come up with, I’m looking forward to watching Big Brother with y’all again. 🙂
I’ve spoken with four subscribers who were not sent an e-mail notifying them of these latest posts. I’m not sure if the e-mail alert system is down or not but hopefully, it will all be fixed by the time the show starts again at the end of June.
