Hi, eveyone!
Well, give up on any hope of their being any sort of surprise on Thursday. As of right now, it appears that the only person who is going to be surprised if Jeff. Jeff apparently thinks that he might have enough votes to stay in the house. However, as of right now, it appears that Jeff will only get two votes: one from Jackie and one from John.
Why is John voting for Jeff? John told Steve that he was voting to evict James because Jeff has never been rude to him. If that’s truly the case, then John is a unique case. Jeff has managed to offend almost everyone in the house, from the women to the guys. Apparently, he even told Steve to shut up at one point.
In fact, looking over Jeff’s behavior in the house, I have to ask myself the same question that I asked while watching Jace. Is Jeff just stupid? More than any other reality show, Big Brother is a social game. You can get through the entire Amazing Race without ever talking to any of the other racers. If you’re good around camp and can keep the fire burning, you can get away with being a jerk on Survivor. But on Big Brother, you have to be able to get along with others.
(Even the obvious production favorites, like Amanda and Frankie Grande, were eventually taken down by their inability to play nice.)
Of course, Jeff didn’t actually apply to be on Big Brother. Instead, both he and Jackie were specifically recruited for the show and, as a result, they both entered the house with a certain attitude of entitlement.
That attitude certainly isn’t working out for them now.
Speaking of entitlement, Austin seems to think that, because he likes her, Liz is now his property. Liz has shown absolutely no interest in him (and neither has Julia). In fact, earlier today, Liz specifically told Austin that she would not have a showmance in the house. Vanessa also told Austin that Steve likes Liz (despite the fact that Steve said nothing like that — Vanessa is stirring up trouble) and Austin replied that “nobody gets between me and my twins.”
BLEH!
Once we get rid of Jeff, can Austin (and Judis) follow?
Anyway, the eviction is tomorrow! Enjoy watching John Mc win his 2nd veto tonight!

Thank you Lisa. Surprisingly, I am for John all the way. He’s the only HG that shows an ounce of intelligence! I am a dreamer, so I am still hoping for a real shake-up in the next few weeks! I want Jeff gone tomorrow, but would really like to see a double eviction soon. Later! 🙂

Despite not liking the sound of John Mc’s voice, he’s growing on me. His odd ball ways are working with the people in the house. He also is proving to be a good game player winning the POV twice.

The more I watch the show, the more I like John. He has a great sense of humor that makes me laugh out loud! I agree with Tuna. His DR comments are hilarious! Does anyone but me think the “party” events were ridiculous? By the time they got to the “bunny hop” and the hot tub party, they looked like a bunch of zombies! I wouldn’t call any of that partying! Really silly, to say the least! I also thought the “reward” game was really weird! What kind of a challenge was that? 🙂 Well, maybe tomorrow night will be a little more exciting ….. Especially if we can see Jeff walk out the door. I would love for John to get HOH. I am off to bed! Nite all! <3

when you think about it they have all these high priced people to come up with these games some of the sets take hours to build and then they come up with a rewared game.that was not worthy of the Big Brother legacy.

Where have all the bloggers gone. Let’s at least try and keep this alive. This is the best part of BB this season. That’s a sad commentary. As we all know the players don’t know how to get us viewers interested. Boring. Hopefully tomorrow will bring a little excitement, as Jeff walks out the door. Feeds are a snoooooze – but Austin went up to the hoh room a prepared the table for he and liz to have a romantic dinner. He had strawberries and cheesecake. She made steak and baked potatoes. She wore a dress and he put on his contacts.

well I see I’m not the only one who has come to find Johnny Mac entertaining and somewhat endearing despite his voice! which just adds to his humor. Would love to see him pull this off!

Since I don’t get the live feeds or BBAD, I have to rely on all of you to keep me in the loop on what we don’t see on the live shows. Consequently I have vacillated on who I like one episode to the next. I would love to love John Mc, but with a hearing disorder (hyperacusis),

Geez Vanessa let it go! On BBAD tonight she goes on and on about Clay saying he is at 90% to vote out Jeff and is like a dog on a bone demanding the reason he is not at 100%. She is really something…she lies and is a hypocrite but demands complete and utter loyalty from her alliance. Don’t say one word out of line or she will berate you to near death. In many ways I really like her game play but sometimes she is just soooo overbearing. I can’t wait to see how she will react when she is put on the block!!!
Jeanne – in a previous post someone wrote “I’ll see you in the fun spot.” …or words to that affect. I suspect that several people vacated this blog for other blogs where they can cuss and swear to their little hearts content and not be chastised for it as they felt they were here. I prefer it clean.
I like(d?) Austin but he is delusional over Liz. It ain’t gonna happen dude. He is jealous and wanted Jeff out for that reason. Last night on BBAD Liz and Jeff were in bed just talking and Austin went nearly ballistic in a jealous fit. Well, that may be too strong…just say he was seething in an accusatory way asking “what are they doing in bed together?” It is very clear that Liz doesn’t feel the same. Austin is also paranoid and prone to act on emotion. It will be his downfall.

i thought austin judus (what a stupid name to call yourself) had a serious gf on the outside…i know he said so in his interview. i don’t mind looking at him when he wears a shirt…but i think Steve is the sweetest guy and for anyone to say shut up…well best not say it to me cuz them fightin’ words. bb is so boring. i’m trying really…i’m trying. Lisa you’re more entertaining in fb than bb show on my big tv. Jeff can go home though and that’s a good thing. Maybe John doesn’t know when someone’s being rude to him??? He is someone i didn’t think i’d like on the show but compared to the other’s at least he makes me laugh.

The reward comp was childish and insults our intelligence…come on production. I think Alison Grodner and the rest of production is bored with this show..hence, we are bored!! GET A NEW production team!! Is Alison Grodner Les Moonves’s secret mistress?? WHY HASNT SHE BEEN REPLACED?? Vanessa is an overbearing pain in the ass, I wonder is she that way to her girlfriend? Looking forward to seeing her sweat someday on the block. Just because your HOH, doesnt mean everyone must do your bidding in the voting room. Ugh!!

As much as I want Jeff gone as well, when are these HGs going to realize they need to break up Clay and Shelli! I liked Shelli at the beginning but now both her and Clay have a sense of entitlement that they are running the house! I love Johnny Mac!! Someone needs to partner up with Steve and some others to get Clay, Shelli, Vanessa, Austin out of the house!! I am rooting for Johnny Mac all the way, at least he makes things a little interesting with his DR comments!!

BB needs to start something to get the show going. This last “Twist” was really bad. I miss the HN part where we get to pick what else they eat besides slop. the show has gotten very very stagnant almost boredom…I agree the production staff needs to be changed up…and Julie Chenbot needs to be replaced by not Jeff of Jeff and Jordan but by the bad boy Dick Donato…next yrs show needs to be an ALL STAR cast…folks who have played the game and know how to back door and make it interesting…with out it this maybe the last season…it’s been a snooooozer…I have seen more activity on the weather channel and food network…

Junksies, I remember when Jeanne and I were invited to this blog three years ago, it was quite a ‘”culture shock.” As two grandmothers, we were verbal in our opinion! 🙂 The second year, we learned to just pass on by the comments that were uncomfortable for us. We made so many friends here last year that have turned into Facebook friends, I was really eager to be a part of this blog again. I feel very bad that we caused hard feelings between some of the veterans. I hope they will give this blog another chance. We both have learned the “rules of blogging” and try to keep our opinions to ourselves when we disagree. We both really love this blog and the people who blog here. I hope we have contributed something worthwhile! I have wanted to say this for a long time. Forgive me for going OT for a few minutes! 🙂 I look forward to being a part of the BBBloggers for a long time. Well, I think I will leave it at that. I hope you all have a great day.
