Big Brother 19: How Weird

Hi, everyone!

So things are getting weird in the Big Brother House and, unfortunately, a lot of it happened before the feeds went live. I guess on Saturday we’ll get to see what happened but we’ll be watching the edited CBS version so, chances are, we will never know the complete story.

Here’s what I’ve been able to gather:

Josh’s bad behavior has continued inside the house, to the extent that literally everyone is sick of him. Josh is paranoid, angry, and convinced that everyone is out to get him. Of course, everyone is out to get him, but it’s largely because of his own behavior. Josh is safe this week but he has got a huge target on his back. Apparently, he came close to self-evicting but was talked out of it by the diary room.
Megan told Paul that Jessica called Alex “a panda,” so Paul decided to casually ask Jessica about it. Jessica got upset about being accused of being a racist so she confronted Megan and maybe Alex about it. Jessica denied having ever said it. Alex went into the Diary Room to talk to production about whether or not Jessica had said what Megan claimed that she said. Alex wanted to see any footage that they had of Jessica calling her a panda. The Diary Room informed her that it’s against the rules for any houseguests to see any footage while inside the house. HOWEVER, they also apparently said something that convinced Alex that Megan was lying.
Despite not believing that Jessica used a racial slur, Alex does believe that Jessica has been talking badly about her. Alex made the mistake of telling Cody about her suspicions, apparently not realizing that Cody wants to work with Jessica.
As we all know, Megan is no longer in the house. Last night, the word in the house was that she had self-evicted after spending three hours in the diary room. However, today, Megan was asked, on snapchat, why she self-evicted. Megan responded: “I did not.”
After Megan left, Cody had to nominate a replacement. Cody nominated Alex, largely because of what Alex said about Jessica. It sounds like Jessica is the one who really pushed for Alex to be nominated.
Alex just won the veto!
At first, Cody and the Insiders were talking about nominating Jillian as Alex’s replacement but now, the plan seems to be to nominate … JASON!

Wait, what? As some of you have already asked in the comments, what happened to Paul? Wasn’t Cody talking about how he wanted to backdoor Paul? Suddenly, Cody doesn’t seem to be that concerned about Paul. In fact, no one seems to be concerned about Paul. I’m as confused as anyone about how this came to be but right now, it really does seem that Cody has decided not to backdoor Paul.

Hopefully, things we’ll become clearer as the night goes on!

We’ll see what happens,

Cody is mean the HOH has gone to his head. I hope Josh goes next, he is a mental case, I wonder how he got invited to the BB house. then Cody it’s to soon to be vicious to each other. I like Paul he should have won last year, but the girls were all about girl power, so Nichole laid low and won.
BTW I signed for the live feeds and the all access, we have
Wi-Fi and very fast internet, on all our computers, laptop, crombook, PC computer ~~~~~nothing just buffering so I am going to depend on y’all for spoilers and comp wins. So thanks in advance ( hugs )

Thank you Lisa! Now I understand more of what is going on. I am very disappointed in Cody. I was really rooting for him at first. I haven’t really picked favorites yet, because just when I think I like someone, they change my mind! 😕. I thought Jason would be one of my picks, but after watching him on BBAD, I kinda changed my mind. What’s with the head gear? 😊 😊. I am glad Alex won the POV because of the way she was nominated.

Hold on — I spoke to soon. Paul has the three weeks safety but the I don’t think that Cody and his alliance know that he has it. So, again, I don’t know why they’ve abandoned backdooring Paul.

Thanks Janna that’s sweet! I just texted my son who is an IT tech and helps people solve problems with their computers all day and he said he would look at my laptop on Tuesday when we have a BBQ. He said its probably some setting on my privacy settings that needs changing. I had the same laptop last year so I didn’t change it but he said “don’t worry Mama I can fix it”………….so I am putting it in his hands before I leave!!

Lisa, thank you for spelling out everything. I heard something about Paul getting the pendant and being safe for 3 weeks. I know most of you want Paul out but I really grew to like him at the end of last season.

Janice I typed out a long explanation of what I think and then just as I was about to post Allie, my cat, jumped in my lap and erased everything so I will repost something I posted earlier for Susan re Paul and Cody.

I’ve been watching all day and late last night and what I have figured out about Cody and Paul is Paul is doing just like he did last season….going from one group to the other and somehow he has all of them liking him now. He has been kissing up to Cody in that special way he has that even Cody isn’t aware he is being played. Cody has done a complete about face and is even listening to advise from Paul. Paul has been pushing very hard for Remses to be the replacement when Alex takes herself off the block but he’s losing that contest. Paul likes ‘Cowboy’ and doesn’t want him on the block. Cody plans on putting up Jason ‘Cowboy’ which I think IMHO is a complete waste.

I think Cody very much still plans to go after Paul. He thinks he knows what is best and is not going to let anyone know ahead of time because he thinks none of them have the guts or focus to carry it out. That is why he let Alex win veto.

Thanks Lisa Marie for not caring about my political comment. In my real life I am super involved so occasionally I let something slip. Margie and Lisa Marie thanks for explaining the Cody/Paul thing. I do not like anyone who speaks about themselves in the third person or has a huge ego. Based on that, out goes Cody, Paul (ego and third person), Matt, Jessica, and Josh. I know Raven’s butt is hanging out of her shorts, but (no pun intended) that is the style. I think I like Alex. Also, Paul’s tattoo is super ugly he needs to put a shirt on, pretty please!

I agree about Paul’s tattoos! They are really ugly! I’m not a Paul fan. The two men I like the best are Matthew and Mark! (Bible names … hummm!). I am still just getting to know them a little better. I really like Dominique! I hope she stays for a while. She seems to be a “people person!” I like Alex so far. Kevin, no, Christmas, no, Jessica absolutely no!!! Raven plays to the cameras too much! I just noticed that on BBAD tonight. I don’t know how Josh got there in the first place, unless they wanted some drama! Cowboy needs to go back on the ranch! Elena seems sweet, but I haven’t been able to have an opinion on her yet! Well, that’s how I see things on the BB house as of now! As we all know, that can all change in a skinny minute!
I just want to say I hope any misunderstandings on my part are resolved! Like Susan said, I too am deeply involved, but will keep my comments to myself. I just want this to be a great experience for all of us! Last year was such a blessing to me! So many friendships were formed that still exist today! I love you all! Goodnight! Jolee…. you must not have been watching the feeds! lol Elena is one of the most crude people I have ever seen on BB!!! She is constantly saying very crude things as well as asking all the guys how big their ‘stuff’ is, etc. she is NOT your kind of girl! Or mine! I am by far not a prude but she takes things to a whole different level! She constantly talks about sex.

So sorry my BB viewing pleasure is being hampered by these strange creatures called “millennials.” Can’t figure out if it’s me or them or a little of both…probably the latter. I was so excited after the premiere thinking it was going to be an awesome season but after watching a couple of nights of bbad I want to puke.

First of all there’s too much hooking up and focus on showmances. Princess Leia is playing to the camera with her every move, following Matt around like a puppy dog totally unaware she’s even playing a game. I think she’s there to get famous. Mark and Elena are openly enjoying what almost equates to soft p*** while on the living room couch. Paul is doing what he wants when he wants, screw the BB rules, he’ll sleep wherever he wants. And Jessica OMG I can’t even… such immature behavior out of most of them I just can’t relate. I know it’s early but I want to hear game talk, strategizing, you know the stuff one does when playing BB. Is that too much to ask?

I like Father Kevin, Christmas, cowboy, Dominique, not quite sure yet about Cody and some of the others. I hope they realize that watching the cuddle bunnies makes for boring TV.

The Insiders couldn’t use Jillian as a replacement as she is next to Alex on the block. They were considering Jason to mess with Alex’ head before next JoB or Ramses. Check feeds right after they came up from PoV, about 330-ish PM Big Brother Time.

would you ever ask a guy if he’s a shower or a grower? Cmas and boobs to her waist “matt teaser” and Jess were really talking about men’s c**ks right in front of them and asking them how big they were. what if one of tey guys asked them something about their privates? they’d prob not care. but honestly i laughed when Paul said his was just the size of an acorn. I laughed because he was seeming to get off the subject just a bit. then they started playing with each other’s hair……elana or whatever her name is, not worth looking it up……teased matthew by showing her nipples through her tissue thin dress and how one is pierced and she kept flipping her hair back and looking at herself in the mirror and bending over in front of him. he was so horny…i wish i could have thrown cold water on him and told him he’s too good for her…on top of that she talked to him like he was crap to her….she refused to share a bed with him and slept with paul and cmas……matt slept alone……………tonight she layed on the sofa with matt and let him use her left boob as a pillow and he was rubbing her thighs and then he asked if they could share a bed and she said ‘I’d have to pray about it”…WHAT?………….someone vote her out please? i’ve never watched a show on bb where the female grossed me out this much. she even slept in full make up and false eyelashes….i’m gagging.

I watched BBAD hoping to learn more about the players. Boy did I learn. I can’t ever remember a group like this one. So far my favorites are, Mark, Dominique and I guess Matthew. It’s sure changed since watching BBAD. I had to take a shower. Yuk. This group needs to learn the English language, every other word is the F bomb. To the point of being ridiculous. So very disappointed in this season’s players. Hopefully it will get better. Maybe production will step in when they see the reviews. I watched Jeff’s interviews and thought we had a pretty good group. As others have pointed out, some older players would help round it out. Hope still reigns subprime. Not giving up on my Summer obsession yet. I love the bloggers this year. Stay sweet.

Well, every year ( because I do remember ) there has been swearing, sex, sex talk, etc…..horrible bullying, back-stabbing, racist remarks…more sex and faux porn…fights, physical altercations..this is BB. It has always been this way..always. It is targeted to a young audience, not 50 and up..although we sure do watch also! Just funny to me to hear every year how terrible the houseguests are, etc. Really? this is how it’s always been. Check out past seasons..go all the way back to season 2..when it really started. Our summer obsession has always been rted R or X..sometimes XX LOL

Hi Astra! I also have been watching BB since the first show in 1998, I believe. I honestly do not remember it being anything like it is today! My daughter was only 15 years old and I would never let her watch it if it was that bad. I never had All Access, which may be one reason. I have only had BBAD for the past two years. I always DVR it, so I can fast forward the parts that get too much for me! 😨 lol
I am so very disappointed in this season. I really loved the first two hour premier. I liked almost all of the houseguests, until they started being “themselves!”
I remember how different the houseguests played the game! It was exciting! You never really knew who was going to be voted out until the votes were taken! Now, it’s just so manipulative (getting to be like Survivor, but that’s another story! 😉) I will probably stay away from BBAD and just watch the scheduled shows and get the inside information here. This blog is one of the reasons I am sticking with the show, plus the fact that when you have watched it for 18, going on 19 year, it’s like giving up on an old friend. I am so dedicated to this blog and the friends I have made, I don’t intend to leave! I will probably be here less because Jeanne and I have really gotten into painting, which we both love. I am not giving up on Big Brother yet! I will probably skip BBAD. I’m sure you all will keep me informed. I really cherish the friendships I have developed here, and there is no way I will leave this blog. Well, that said, I hope you all have a great weekend! Back to my painting! 😊

tendr July 1, 2017 at 2:37 pm: I had windows 7 also Janice…. hubby googled ‘free windows 10’ and it took a couple of hours and you have to pay attention to it cuz it Will ask questions but tho it loads slowly, it’s working. But I had to keep chrome google , anything else froze up. I’ll get the link as soon as he gets back in.

Maybe someone can help me out with BBAD. Last night Elena
was lying on the couch with Mark and playing cat and mouse (cleaning it up) games with him. I was embarrassed for Mark, as he
acts like her slave. He doesn’t have to demean himself like that.
Then they got to asking Ramses how he would rate their showmance. What? It was all geared around wanting to know how
the audience would see them in popularity terms. What? Did they
not know they were being filmed? Or are they just that dumb about the cameras? Maybe there was a point to what they were doing and
they were fully aware of them being televised, but I just didn’t get it.

Sherry, that rate our showmance part was hysterical. They’ve known each other for three seconds and it’s a big showmance? I don’t know about these people, but it seems to me if you wanted to date BB isn’t the right place for you. Go to church, a club, eharmony if you’re looking for a relationship. BB is for those looking to win 500,000. These people are hooking up super quickly – big mistake – what happens if once you get to know them, you know, for more than an hour, you really don’t like them? You just screwed your game. Super stupid! Alliances are interesting showmances are usually very boring.

Sherry…they were fully aware they were being watched! As Elena said she wanted to do outrageous things so she could use screen caps for advertising her radio show. Mark is pathetic how he lets her talk to him. She thinks it’s cute but IMHO it just makes her look bad. She liked having an audience like Remses according to her.

Cody is up to something in regards to the replacement nominee but he is not sharing what it is with any of his alliance members. I think he will probably rue the day that he didn’t share with anyone and just did it his way. The rest of his team is starting to distrust him because of his secrecy. I can’t believe he has watched BB before or he would realize no man is an island in this game. He might be planning again to target Paul but if he does he’s in for a surprise when Paul tell that he has safety for three weeks. That could be fun to see. He said he wants to make everything tough for himself because he doesn’t want to win easy!!!! He said he would rather fight to the end than just coast along to the win.

Kevin has made a huge mistake IMHO. He confided to Paul that he won the $25,000! Why do they always feel like they have to confide things like that? That will come back to bite him, I’m afraid.

Right now Paul is sitting pretty because everyone seems to have forgotten about him

Well, I have the LF and hardly watch them. I did however, see the convo between Jess and Cody – she wants him to turn on Alex and he isnt having any part of it – he is seeing how she is trying to manipulate him using her looks and catty ways. Im sure she is use to getting guys to do whatever she wants. Not the Cod-meister!

Paul won America’s vote for the first temptation. I see a lot of places where people are calling it rigged by production. Just like in previous years a veteran player has built up a fan base. So not fair in my opinion. Not only is Paul back for a second try but he has 3 more safe weeks.

Then I decided to just go try the Live Feeds again before I contacted CBS; GUESS WHAT??
It works tonight!! I am so happy!

Last year, when we were complaining about the actions in the house, I went on YouTube and watched the first two seasons. They were mild compared to the recent ones. I remember the houseguests introducing themselves and right then they chose the HOH. The HOH room was on the first floor, and after everyone checked the room out, they left. The HOH room was not used for a hangout for everyone like it is today. It was used for private conversations with the HOH. Maybe, because the houseguests didn’t have any previous shows to compare with, they were more careful?? I just know that the first shows were nothing like the blatant behavior of some of the houseguests the last few seasons. I think the season Frankie was on, is when I started watching BBAD and was able to see how they acted “behind the scenes!” I am still hopeful that this season will turn out to be a great one! I am a “half full” person! 😊 I think we all just want a good season that keeps us interested and blogging our views! I am thankful for all of my BBBuddies! 😉

Whoa…I forgot to watch BBAD!?! I didn’t order the feed this year because I really had trouble with my computer last year and there were a bit too many fish. I have Windows 10 (hate it) but had to have my computer rebooted by ATT Techs and watching the feed.
The majority of you filled me in rather quickly so maybe I’ll just read what you all got out of it…sounds a bit risqué but I wonder if that’s what Production pushes them to do?
Elena wasn’t one I was interested in from the beginning (faux red lips and all).
Cody has turned out to be a disappointment! Jessica seems like a Ho…js
It is on my MSN News feed why Rainbow Bright left the show I’m going to check it out now.

Ok…it seems Rainbow Bright suffers from PTSD from a sexual assault in Virginia while in the Navy. When Josh went off on her and she said other men in the house were yelling at her she became ill with vomiting and constant diarrhea. She went to Production and the decision was made that she should withdraw from the show.

Am I the only one who thinks Cody is a dick? At this point the only person I want to win is Paul and I couldn’t stand him last season.
All the women are slutty little bitches who need to get their hormones in check. The guys aren’t much better. It is way too early for showmances anyway.
Uggh! I hope the season improves and people start playing the game.
