Big Brother 20: Get Ready For The Second Best Week Ever!

Hi y’all!

So, I know that a lot of people were upset yesterday when Haleigh won the hacker comp and promptly took Scottie off the block and nominated Tyler in his place.

Tyler was especially upset. In fact, I don’t think I’ve seen him more upset than he was last night. It was obvious that he knew that, if he was sitting on the block on Thursday, he would go home.

Well, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. They played the veto comp earlier today and…

ANGELA WON THE VETO!

Angela has already told her alliance that she’s going to use the veto to take Tyler off the block and replace him with Bayleigh. Even with Haleigh having the power to nullify one person’s vote on Thursday, it doesn’t matter. Level 6 has the votes necessary to get Bayleigh out of the house.

As for the veto comp, it was one of those comps where, whenever anyone dropped out of the comp, that person would get a prize and then the next person who dropped out could either get a new prize or steal someone else’s prize. The prizes went as follows (thank you to Judy Carr for posting these in the Big Brother Blog FB group):

Scottie — $5,000

Tyler — Trip to Hawaii

Kaycee — Has to wear a costume

Brett — Has to wear a costume

Angela — Veto

Rockstar — ????

Apparently, at one point, Tyler could have taken the veto from Scottie but instead, he chose to take a trip to Hawaii away from Brett. That left Angela in the position where she had to give up $5,000 and take the veto away from Scottie. Needless to say, Brett wasn’t happy about this but Tyler told Brett that he had to do that so that no one would suspect that the two of them are working together!

(I’m not sure how angry Brett really is. Before the veto comp, Brett told the members of the Level 6 that he was going to pretend to be upset if any of them won the veto, just to keep people wondering if maybe he an Rockstar really are a team.)

Scottie apparently knows that the power in the house has shifted because, after the veto comp, he told Angela all about how Bayleigh’s been targeting the other side of the house. Angela is already convinced that Bayleigh was the hacker. (Actually, though it won’t be officially confirmed until the show airs on Sunday, it appears that Haleigh’s the hacker.) Angela now seems to be pretty determined to take down Tyler and put up Bayleigh, which means the feeds are going to be crazy this week.

In other words — IT’S GOING TO BE THE SECOND BEST WEEK EVER!

P.S. As hacker, Haleigh has the power to pick on veto player. The smart thing would have been to pick Faysal, since he’s the only Hive member who is good at challenges. Instead, it appears that she picked Kaycee. I imagine Haleigh didn’t want anyone to know that she had the power but, by picking Kaycee, she basically created a situation where Rockstar had to win the veto. (Scottie had already said that he would take Tyler down if he won.) Of course, Rockstar sucks at comps so she was the first one out.

Lisa …. Brett is not upset AT ALL! lol. He is pretending to angry because now Tyler has blown his cover and The Hive knows for sure that Tyler is not with them. He’s trying to take over that role.

The only people in the house that know Brett is pretending to be upset is Angela, Kaycee, Tyler and Brett.

Betty….Hayleigh is just using Fez because she knows she can lead him around by the nose. They really have nothing in common. I take that back…..both she and Fez think she is the most beautiful girl in the house!!! lol She will continue to tease him as long as they are on the show. She’s one of those type girls that has to have a man fawning over them.

I 🙏 Tyler will be safe! 💕. I am really looking forward to seeing the POV ceremony, just to see Queen Bay’s face! I’m trying to find a way to be sorry for her, but her actions last week sealed her doom!

Tyler took a chance not taking the veto from Scottie, but it turned out okay with Angela winning. The Hive will certainly be buzzing about this! Hopefully they might think Scottie switched sides! LOL

I’ve been totally out of touch since last night watching Haleigh go over-the-top trying to cover her Hacker tracks (if she is the Hacker).
She was WAY too concerned about it IMO to be innocent. And she ran around to everyone putting theories in their head. If she wasn’t the hacker, she wouldn’t have cared. Make NO MISTAKE, Haleigh wants Tyler out ASAP! And this being anonymous gave her a perfect chance to take a shot.

It made sense for her to take down Scottie. Way more cover theories to use that way. Almost no one would take down Rockstar.. so that would point a lot of arrows right at Haleigh.

Haleigh even tossed out the idea that maybe this was Angela’s doing.. trying to backdoor Tyler (I know.. they have no clue what backdooring actually entails)

And picking Kaycee did make some sense in this way, it would cover Haleigh’s tracks more, and support her theory that it was Angela.

JT….I totally agree with you. Did you hear her talking to Rocksalt and Bay about 30 minutes ago pledging them to honesty in the future to know who gets these powers!!! It was laughable. Then the three of them came up with the idea that they need to approach Angela and Kaycee about the girls alliance again. They said that would be a good way to keep Fezzes fat ass of the block (Hayleigh words). They have been exercising with Angela trying to get her alone. Lol. I can’t wait to see what she says to them. She should tell them that she would agree to this alliance but first she needs to put Fez on the block and see their reaction.

Rockstar’s “Jessie Fitness & Food” punishment costume. Umm… aren’t costumes supposed to make you look worse? I’ve never seen RS look better. I think the reason she looks better ya that god awful purple hair is covered up!! Lol. And she’s a bit overweight but to hide it she always wears layers of flowy clothes. Now she’s in something firm fitting and it looks nice in her. She’s just curvy.
And she loves being in the limelight so i think being the center of attention makes her happy. Perfect hg to get this. Lol

Thanks Margie and JT! When Angela was talking with Bayporker and Hayho last night on BBAD, I began to worry. Angela should win an Oscar for her performance. The only thing that puzzled me is when Angela approached Sam and said she might have to put her up as a replacement!! Did she do this because she was afraid Bayporker might be saved by the 3rd power app or think Bayporker still had the power to change the veto replacement. Why Sam and not Hayho or Faysal? I know Angela doesn’t want to get more blood on her hands, but getting rid of Faysal would completely destroy the bee hive and probably ensure Scottie’s continued alliance.

Anyone with an answer, please reply!

This has been a heartstopping few days! For those who follow the feeds (I don’t) or who follow the blogs who follow the feeds and report on it (I do -LOL) we have been white knuckled with fear over losing Tyler! What a great BB20! The last several seasons have been so predictable, so scripted, and so boring… that I almost didn’t watch again – and I am old enough to have watched since Season 1… So glad I gave it one more shot. Can’t wait for every live episode to see first hand what I have been reading about in the blogs. THANKS LISA and JEFF for keeping us informed! Great job! ~JuJu

I agree. I also started with season 1 and have watched every episode of every season (some seasons more than once LOL). I really hadn’t been into BB that much the last couple years… wasn’t even here much at all. But part of that is I didn’t have as much time to watch feeds.
This big scare with Tyler made me realize just how important he is on the show for me. He doesn’t HAVE TO win.. but no way could I lose him this early!!
My heart will start again once Angela does actually use the veto and puts up Bay!! LOL. Only one thing throwing a wrench in that right now is Angela & L6 don’t know if Bay told them all the info on her power… they are worried she can maybe replace noms a veto ceremony.. and just didn’t tell them that part

My understanding now is Angela was actually the 2nd one out in POV comp. RS 1st out. Then I think Kaycee was 3rd out. Brett 4th out. Then Tyler & Scottie were final 2 with Tyler winning. But since it was a prize comp… all of them let Angela keep the veto. Think it was similar to the one where they roll the ball back & forth over the ramp and catch it on the other side. Each leg the loser got eliminated. 1st leg was 25 times, 2nd leg 35 times, 3rd leg 40 times, 4th leg 50 times…. and final leg between final 2 was 100 times. Not sure about comp… but they did talk about having to run back and forth a lot and asking who dropped any (I think if you dropped it you had to restart at zero)

I just went back and listened again to Hay and Fez in the hammock last night! It’s still just as funny. Fez is truly dumb!!!!! I loved that comment he made when he said to Hay ‘I’m smart huh’!! lol

They plan to double team Angela today, running with her, eating with her, etc. That shows just how much they understand Angela. That will irritate the crap out of her. Go ahead Hay and Fez! I just wish there was some way both Bay and Hay could go on the Block together! That would be a blood bath over Fez! lol

I didn’t like him week 1… but the little guy is growing on me.
I was ROTF when he was dancing in the background while RS was banging the pots and pans

RS is having to do pancakes for everyone in the house as well as do jumping jacks while she’s cooking. They are really giving it to her!!! She just said there will definitely be no more cigarettes. lol. She is the perfect person for this punishment!!

YES… stop thinking about it and just do it. This sticking point has been driving me to old age (older age). They were very concerned Bay could change noms at POV… but now seems they don’t really care and it’s full steamroll ahead.

Wow! You guys have been at it all day!! Lol I think I’m caught up now. Why is Brett getting a punishment?? What did he get in The POV to win that?? I have to give it to rockstar. She’s being a really good sport. I hate the whiners. And it sounds like she may even be getting something out of this whole thing. It would be awesome if she quit smoking.

I gave a lot of credit to RS. Never bitched at all about any of her punishments… and she’s had 5 or 6 now (not sure)
Brett finished 3rd in comp… and got this Granny thing where someone comes into the house… they cut feeds for that… only 24 hrs though I think.

Tyler actually won veto comp… Scottie was 2nd, Brett 3rd, KC was 4th, Angela was 5th, RS was last

But everyone let Angela keep the veto since RS was first out

It was the POV where they have prizes and punishments… each one chooses as eliminated
Sounds like it was similar to that comp where they roll a ball over a ramp / hill and then run to the other side to catch it
Each leg of comp the loser was eliminated… if they dropped the ball (or whatever it was) …I think they had to restart at zero then.

1st leg was 25 times. 2nd 35, 3rd 40, 4th 50… and final leg with only Tyler & Scottie left was 100 times.

OMG. Angela talking to Bay and saying how bad she feels for RS since it’s her turn to be a havenot. Angela says I feel bad because I nominated her… took away the POV.. made her compete in POV by nominating her… she got a punishment… and just barely edged her out for HOH

Angela was CLEARLY hinting at Bay to step up for her friend and take the have not. Could not have been any clearer to me from 2000 miles away on my couch!!

BUT NOPE!!! Bay didn’t even think for a second about taking one for her ally.
She just said “Yep. she’s had a tough week”

SERIOUSLY!! the selfishness knows NO BOUNDS
Well, Bay is about to have the toughest days we have seen in many years on BB

I have to wonder if Bay will even stay in the house to be evicted.

I think her main focus was to get Scottie back on next to Tyler. Then went that fell flat she is trying to get anyone not in her alliance on.

Bay wants to keep throwing out the all girl thing to cover her & Haleigh’s ass… and hope that Angela either leaves noms the same.. or puts up another guy (Scottie.. JC.. anyone but Fessy)

Bay thinks Angela and Kaycee are together and ALONE and that they will jump at this chance to have others on their side. They would dump them as soon as possible.

Betty… That was all one HUGE misunderstanding on Sam’s part
Angela was trying to give Sam a heads up that she was going to make a big move with the veto.
But Angela didn’t want to say exactly what she was going to do so she was cryptic. She told Sam that “the other girls” had approached her and Kaycee about restarting something that didn’t work the first time (all girls)
But that she saw right through it all.

Angela made the mistake of thinking Sam would pick up what she was putting down…. but with Sam, you have to spell everything out down to every detail with gametalk… otherwise it goes right over her head

So while Sam was listening to it all, Sam thought Angela was trying to let Sam down easy and hint that she would put up Sam

But that was not the case at all!! They did clear that up a bit… but then were interrupted by people coming inside when RS got called for her 2nd punishment (the cupcakes)

Thanks for asking… glad I watched that.. I only caught the very tail end of it last night because I was watching conversations in the backyard while that was going on.

ZERO chance Sam goes on the block.

Thanks for explaining this to me. Ken goes to bed early, so I watch BBAD in the family room and it is so hard for me to hear what they are saying because I won’t turn the sound up to high for fear of waking him, but once in awhile I will, only to have the camera go to another room where everyone is yelling or laughing and I quickly have to mute the sound! LOL

But she never got to the part she wanted to confirm.. that Bay can not replace noms at POV ceremony. She wants to find out if Bay was holding any info back.
Rockstars punishment interrupted the chance to talk more… so she’ll do some more digging today / tonight

But I do agree.. Angela has enough info to make the move… and will even if she can’t get more info.
