Big Brother 21 — About Tonight

Hi y’all!

Was that weird or what?

So, Tommy basically had talked Cliff and Nicole into voting out Holly but, within the course of eventually a few hours, that plan totally fell apart. After Jackson overheard Cliff, Nicole, and Tommy talking, he spoke to Cliff and told a big lie. He claimed that Tommy had told him that he was planning to lie to Nicole and Cliff about throwing the HoH. Now, Tommy may have very well been lying about that but he certainly never told Jackson about it.

So, as a result, Nicole and Cliff decided that they couldn’t trust Tommy. Holly also said that she would throw the HoH comp if they kept her over Tommy. Apparently, during the show itself, the houseguests were still arguing with each other and having a house meeting. Since the feeds were down, we won’t get to see that until Sunday but, from the clips that they showed during tonight’s show, it would appear that things got very heated and emotional.

Anyway, the end result is that Cliff and Nicole both voted to evict Tommy so the final four are now: Cliff, Nicole, Jackson, and Holly. The HoH comp was an endurance comp where they had to hold onto a rope while being spun around in circles. Holly kept her promise and, after Cliff was down, she throw the comp to Nicole.

So, Nicole is now HoH!

This probably means that Jackson and Holly will be going on the block but, with only four people in the house, it depends on who wins the veto. Basically, if Nicole and Cliff win the veto then the nominations remain the same and Cliff will pick who leaves. If Jackson or Holly wins the veto then Cliff will go up as the replacement and will probably leave the House.

That’s where we stand right now. Nicole’s nominations will be tomorrow!

Thank you Lisa! A VERY frustrating night! I would love to see Nicole’s face when he finds out she was played! Jackson has proven himself to be the jerk I always knew he was! Well, that’s the way BB is played! But I don’t have to like it! I have a stomach ache! 😨

I disagree Jolee. Jackson wanted to save Holy and both their games and he did. I think that’s called smart. I think both he and Nicole took a page out of Dan’s playbook. Dan pulled off some pretty big lies the second time he played. And the first time he laid low all game. Threw comps, stayed out of the limelight. Then when he needed to he turned it up and started to win comps! That’s Nicole. And we all
Love Dan and think he’s a great player!
I didn’t hate anyone this year. The closest I came to that was Jack. But I think everyone has just been doing what they had to to get to the end. I really think when it’s over they will stay good friends. I don’t think that’s true every year. But that’s just IMHO.

Dan didn’t personally destroy another person to get what he wanted with his lies. Jackson did. Most people lie on BB, it’s part of the game. To set out to destroy the integrity of another person with complete fabrications, just to get yourself closer to $500k? I don’t remember ever seeing anything even close to what we witnessed in that clip last night. That was way beyond the tenor of this game. It made me feel sick.

There is NO excuse for how he tore into Tommy! I think Tommy handled the abuse better than Jackson would have if it were the other way around! No question about it, he’s evil personified!!! And then the act he put on for the cameras I’m sure made his mommy proud! She probably cried for her poor little boy! YUCK!! Sick! 😭 Well, you should all know how Jolee feels! 😁😁😁 I realize I am in the minority, but at my age, I’ve seen it all! This will go down in BB history as one of the most frustrating, heart wrenching and at times boring seasons ever! But, I will still be a Big Brother fan and look forward to the next one! 😍

Michy wasn’t smart. He’s made more enemies. He could’ve lied through his whole game and stopped talking about how good of a person he was and just played the game where lying is ok….instead of last minute ripping Tommy’s head off and stuffing it down his body cavity. Jackson is an ass. He faked cried…..I just know it.

I know it’s game but I never really liked Jackson. I would have loved to see how it played out if they kept Tommy. Watching Holly continuously wrapped around Jackson just isn’t fun.

After selling his soul to the Devil and then praying to the camera, Jackson will surely be in high demand as a used car salesman in East Tennessee or possibly cast as Beavis in a live version of Beavis and Butt-Head on Youtube regardless the outcome of BB21.

I felt really bad for Tommy last night. Being lied about and having to try redeem yourself from the lie… impossible! Jackson is horrible! It seems like a lot of the players this year are pretty desperate to win the cash! Maybe I’m wrong.

Jackson just proved he had no problem personally destroying another person to get what he wanted. That’s a special kind of evil, and not a person I would want anywhere near me or mine. Yes, I said evil, and that’s what I felt watching that little clip. Disgusting.

Jackson was not the first HG to make up lies and throw someone under the bus. It is all part of the game. Remember Evel Dick and Dan Gheesling? You don’t like Jackson, which is fine, I don’t like him much either, but I do give him credit for a brilliant move.

Marcella September 13, 2019 at 10:03 am: Evel Dick was evil all season, and he didn’t lie so much as he aggressively called out others for their own lies and manipulation. Yes, he lied, but his most aggressive moves were truths.

Dan, got desperate, but he didn’t falsely attack someone else with his lies. I didn’t like Dan when he played this way, even though I loved him in his first season.

Every player that has ever played has lied to some extent. I don’t like Jackson, but that’s not why I condemn his “play”. I found it deplorable. Maybe I expect too much personal integrity.

Marcella….I agree with you. As of this minute on the feeds (3:00 pm Friday) he and Holly are continuing to stress to Nicole that Tommy was lying and continually dogging him. All this even after the forced tears last night after he came back from DR saying how sorry he was he did that to Tommy. Unbelievable!

Thank goodness Tommy is gone! Jackson’s fight with Tommy was brilliant and reminded me of something Dan Gheesling would do. (Remember the funeral?) Can’t wait to see it play out on Sunday!! All’s fair in Love, War and Big Brother!! Tommy did go out gracefully and even told Julie he respected Jackson’s gameplay! Jackson’s back was against the wall and he knew he had a better chance of winning against Holly.

I can’t help feeling Jackson will win the veto and Cliff will be going to jury on Thursday and Holly will win the last endurance comp, with Jackson and Holly being the F2. I don’t have the memory of most of you, but does anyone know if a showmance couple ever made it to the final two?

Last night went just the way i hoped it would. So long Tommy. I just never believed his, i love everybody routine and in the end it didnt work. Jackson has pretty much been very protective of all 3 of the others every since he made the deal with Cliff and Nicole several weeks ago. If Jack hadnt turned in him like a rabid dog he would have had his back too. Remember Christie was the 1st 1 to start the destruction of thr big alliance. Jackson had to adapt to stay in the game and he did at every turn. Holly not so much. By throwing the HoH to Nicole she deserves to go home. All it takes is for Jackson or Holly to win power of veto and Cliff is going to jury. If Nicole streak holds up Jackson will ptobably be gone. Either way i see it as Cliff or Jackson leaving but i wish it was Holly.
In another note…..who believes Tommy would have won this comp? I believe he just might would have.

What Jackson pulled off he deserves to win , Holly I am not so concerned with as she would have went if Jackson had not done that .

Catmama…I believe the only reason Jackson has been loyal to Nicole and Cliff is because he thinks he can beat them in the final 4/3. He thinks he can get the votes over them as well as beat them in the comps. It has nothing to do with being loyal…it’s all about who he thinks he can beat. That applies to Holly also. He knows he can beat her in F2. This is JMHO.

Jackson not the first to have lied as Dan Gheesling turned on the girl he had been mentoring and I can’t think of her name but he had her in hysteria crying , Jackson deserves this as that is what this game is about. Holly not so much as she was going home if Jackson had not saved her and he also knew he would be next . I don’t like Jackson but he is loyal if he is with you until you cross him..

Last night was just embarrassing, a new high in lows. Tommy’s hysteria, long-winded eviction speeches, Jackson and Holly’s venal and duplicitous game play, but Cliff and Nicole’s pathetic willingness to be brow-beaten and manipulated by the remnant of Six Shooter took the cake.

It was the cherry on top of another lackluster season. After the last night’s vote, my wife said with conviction that she’s finally done after 21 seasons of watching almost every episode. I’ll know by Sunday evening if she got “pulled back in.”

We live in a decensitived and cynical world. I still have a lot of Pollyanna in me. Jackson is abusive and mean spirited. The way he did that to Tommy was inexcusable. Then to top it off, he cryed and prayed while holding his Mothers picture. I think Tommy was the real deal. 💞 IMHO

I know my SISSY and me look at things in a different way than most bloggers! I have never liked the mean spirited conduct of some BB players! Every one keeps saying it’s just a game! Well, so is football! The mean spirited conduct will never be okay with me! We come here to vent, and I appreciate everybody’s comments even when I disagree! I try to think of BB as a movie, good against evil, but these are not actors (although some act like they are the stars!) They are real people put in a very emotional environment. Some do better than others! I have been a fan of Big Brother since Season 1. I think my dislike of Jackson is based on how he started playing from the very beginning! Production has NEVER treated a player like they treat Jackson! Just the supply of watermelon alone! And, for the first time in BB history, has a player gotten away with cheating when on Have Not’s! Sneaking food into the shower!! Why did they drop having Have Not’s?? Hummmm!!! I think the straw that broke the camel’s back was when Jackson was telling Holly he was so upset that Cliff and Nicole were not honoring their promises, and in the next sentence he said he would stab them in the back if he had to! It made me wonder what he would do if there were no camera’s! (Take them in the HOH shower?)
Okay, I’m through Venting! Only a couple more weeks!

Jolee 99.5% of the time I’m in total agreement with you and in this instance I’m 100% in agreement! LOL. For some obscure (not) reason Jackson has been given his way all season. I have never seen production bow to anyone’s wishes like they have to him.

At this very moment Jackson/Holly are still continuing to bash Tommy and saying that he was lying to C/N. They need to shut up and give it a rest. Nicole is completely believing it also.

Jackson wins that award big time! And, I just realized that Jackson didn’t start crying until he came back from the DR! Then up in Nicole’s HOH room it was all laughter, hugs and kisses! I’m still curious about his mother calling CBS!!???!!!

I am 86 years old, I have 6 children, 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. I am a blessed woman. What kind of a Mother and grandma would I be if I told them Jackson’s behavior was okay. Not on my watch. 💞 I love this blog family. 💞 P.S. It goes without saying that they don’t watch the show. Lol.

Big Brother is not real and nobody was crushed by lies! It is a game very much like Survivior, outwit, outplay and outlast by any means you have. Tommy had the opportunity of doing the same thing to Jackson. If Christie were in the house, I think Tommy would have pulled out all the stops to save her. Jolee, I don’t like the fact you are so upset, please try and relax, it is just a game. Wish I could fix you a hot cup of tea. Have a great day.

Big question should be did Jackson save his damsel in distress with his lies at the eleventh hour or did the sly fox with her eye on the prize save herself by promising to throw the endurance HOH to Nicole thus assuring her knight in shining armor would be nominated for eviction and out the door unless he wins the final POV to save himself.

Jackson insisted that Holly throw the HOH that’s why she did that. He, for some reason, knows that he will win Veto and that is all that matters. When he wins that Holly, Nicole and Jackson will go to F3.

I remember being absolutely shocked when Dan did this, but after the show I could not hold it against him because he he pulled it off, which unfortunately I think most HGs would do for 500K.

I like Nicole, but now seeing the other side of her is disappointing. She is playing the game, which I like, but it is hard to see her turn on both Cliff and Jackson after they protected her for so long. It is Big Brother and I will never hold it against her after the show or anyone else for that matter (alright, maybe not so much with Christie. LOL)
