Big Brother 21 — If You’re Confused About What’s Going To Happen Tomorrow, so am I.

What’s going to happen at tomorrow’s veto meeting?

Honestly, I’m not sure. So many different things have been said in the House since last night that I’m having a hard time keeping track of it all. No matte what else you might be able to say about Cliff, he’s good at not being easily read.

Jackson, of course, has the veto so he’ll be coming off the block no matter what. The only question is whether or not Christie is going to use her Diamond Power of Veto to put Bella up as a replacement. Jack and Jackson both want Christie to use the power and have been pressuring her about it ever since Jackson won the veto. Christie does not want to use the power. She’d rather save it so she can use it to potentially save herself as opposed to just wasting it to keep Jack and Jackson safe.

(Of course, Christie could have avoided all of this if she had just kept quiet about having the power but, of course, Christie can never keep a secret.)

Christie’s brilliant idea is to just get Cliff to agree to nominate Bella himself and then she can keep her power and the Alliance of Six (or whatever they’re calling themselves this week) can vote out Bella. She suggested all of this to Cliff, with the idea being that, if Cliff nominates Bella, he’ll then be a part of the big alliance and no one will target him in the upcoming weeks.

Cliff led Christie to believe that was what he was open to nominating Bella and he assured her that, if she didn’t use the veto, he wouldn’t backdoor her or another member of the Six. However, Cliff then told Nicole that he wasn’t sure if he really wanted to honor that agreement because Cliff really wants to get Jack out of the House. Cliff even said that he was thinking of maybe putting up someone like Tommy because everyone likes Tommy and there’s no way they’d vote to evict him.

However, it now appears that Cliff is going to keep his promise to Christie because he doesn’t believe in breaking his word and he swore on his wife. So, now, Cliff probably is going to put up Bella and Christie’s going to get to keep her diamond power of veto for another week.

That said, Christie is a mess so you can never be too sure about what’s going to happen. Remember how paranoid she got last week? I could see her once again having another freakout and using her power to nominate Bella. For the record, Christie has told Tommy that she’s not going to make up her mind until tomorrow morning.

(For the record, Christie has to use the veto before the veto meeting. She can’t use it once the veto meeting has started. So, if Cliff did go back on his promise, she wouldn’t be able to jump up and announce that she was using her power.)

So, is Bella going to be nominated tomorrow? It looks like it but I’m not totally sure. Personally, I’m hoping that Cliff decides to make a huge move. Let’s put it like this: Dan Gheesling would have made the same deal that Cliff made but there’s no way Dan would actually honor it. Sometimes, you have to be ruthless to win this game.
