Big Brother 24 — Week 9 Veto Results

Hi, everyone!

I’m sorry for the late update.  The veto ran late last night and then, today and this afternoon, I’ve been busy with both family and the bad weather.

Anyway, the important thing is that Michael not only won HoH this week but he also won the power of veto!  So, Michael has all of the power this week and that’s bad news for Terrance.  Terrance is on the block, along with Alyssa.  Terrance knows that he is Michael’s target and he’s been complaining about it ever since he was nominated.  He keeps saying that his situation is hopeless and that he doesn’t have any respect for how the other people in the House played the game.  If Terrance is trying to get people to feel sorry for him, it’s backfiring.  People are getting tired of Terrance whining all the time.

Terrance is specifically being targeted because Michael feels that Terrance is so incompetent that everyone else in the House will automatically want to carry him to the final two because they know he’ll be easy to beat.  By getting rid of Terrance, Michael will be leaving a lot of strong players in the House but he’ll also be getting rid of the player who, in a final three situation, most players would chose to take to the finale with them.

Michael and Brittany have been discussing what to do with the veto.  Even though they’ve been going through scenarios of what would happen if the switched the target over to someone like Monte or Turner, it sounds like they’re still determined to get Terrance out this week.  They’re both concerned that they’ll be targeted next week, unless Brittany wins HoH.  However, what they don’t know is that this Thursday is the double eviction.  Who knows what could happen!

For now, though, Terrance is definitely the target.
