Big Brother: Just A Quick Friday Update

Hi, everyone!

Here’s a quick Friday update for y’all:

Nicole is the HoH.

Corey won the care package. He has $5,000 that he can use as a bribe. If the bribe is accepted, the other HG has to do what he or she said that he would do or else the money will taken back by production. If Corey does not offer anyone a bribe, the money will be taken back by production.

Victor won the right to reenter the house and oddly enough, he appears to be safe this week. The HoH, Nicole, announced her nominations today and she put Michelle and Paul up on the block. Amazingly, it appears that her target is Michelle!

Don’t get me wrong — I’m not a Michelle fan but she’s not much of a threat. Paul, on the other hand, is a potential winner and he’s someone that a smart player would want to get rid of as quickly as possible. But, for now, it appears that Nicole is hoping to get Michelle out. This seems to be more of a personal move than a strategic one.

If Michelle wins the veto, Nicole and Corey have said that they would put up either James or Natalie. Nicole and Corey appear to want to work with Paul and Victor so, if Michelle comes off the block, it appears that either James or Natalie will become the target.

Meanwhile, James and Natalie have both agreed that they’d rather evict Paul than Michelle. In fact, Natalie is now describing Michelle as being her “best friend” in the house. So, assuming that the veto is not used, we could see a situation where James and Natalie vote to evict Paul while Corey and Victor vote to evict Michelle and Nicole has to break the tie.

So, right now, things seem like they could change at any minute. Right now, Michelle is the target but we’ll have to see what happens at the veto ceremony tomorrow!

I get the “not a threat” thing. But IMO everyone is a threat at final 7. Someone viewed as a non threat now can slide to the end.
Just look at how many “non threats” have won BB

Plus Nicole knows very well that Meech’s #1 target is Nicole. So I really can’t blame her for wanting someone out that wants herself out so badly.

Do Nic & Corey know that Vic and Paul were fake fighting before?
Did Vic / Paul tell them? …or do Nicorey just think Paul & Vic made up since Vic came back in the house?

Do James/Nat/Meech still think there is bad blood between Vi & Paul?

They also do not know how close the Final Four (FF4) are. I really believe this is a true alliance between this four. I have heard V/P discussing in private and they are all in. The same when C/N talk in private. I like this combo. How about you?

They are all up in the HOH getting drunk on Nicole’s and Michelle’s wine. Kinda dumb the day before the veto comp!. Vic asked Michelle for the bottle that she has been saving and she gave it to him with the stipulation that Paul not drink any. lol

I am watching them drink & chat in HOH room.

That final 4 does make sense for Vic & Paul. They know they can beat Nic & Corey in comps. A final 4 with Nat & James isn’t as good… because they have Meech as a 3rd wheel. And even if Meech leaves this week.. everyone knows James’ word is suspect at best. You really can’t trust anyone’s word at this point, but James has a history.

Seriously! What strategy are Nicole and Cory working towards to team up with Victor and Paul. I’m such a James fan, that I won’t be watching any more live feeds. James and Natalie have been loyal to Nicole and Cory. They deserve what they get from Paul and Victor. My blood pressure can’t take any more of Paul and Victor.

Like I’ve said many times, I really like James as a person. And I rooted for him last year
But strictly from a game perspective.. I would not trust his word at all.

From my prospective that’s as far as Nic and Corey will make it unless the mucho bros decide to dump each other which is unlikely. Just SMH at this game play. Can’t stand Paul, James blew it, Vic should win and the others are just ‘the others’. IMHO of course.

Well, it’s 4:10 A.M. and I’m back up. My sleepiing patterns
are getting to be horrible.

There is something I don’t understand. It was Nat and Meech
who wanted Vic to stay and hammered James about it up to
the very end. So why put James up against Meech? I’d put
Nat up as the replacement vote. James came through for C
and no one seems to realize how hard that was for him to go
against the onslaught of wiles Nat pulled on him. I know he
knew that by doing what he did he ran the possibility of the
entire house turning on him, but I think he really trusted Nic
and has from the beginning. (IMO) I think I would love to see
Nat go before Meech. It would leave James free to play the game,
if he didn’t do something even more stupid than getting in-
volved with Nat in the first place….like self-evicting to be with
her in the JH. If he went to the JH with her, she would ignore
him and tell him he’d failed her. She is the jezebel of the hgs
this season.
I think if the tables had been turned and it was C trying to
convince Nic to vote out J instead of Vic….I believe she would
have caved in a heart beat. While she has him convinced she’s
this phenomenal BB player, anyone watching knows she has
played a losing game from the beginning. But she thinks her
little girl voice and antics has him wound around her little
finger….I’m not so sure he won’t dump her as soon as BB is
over. I think he put up with the oddities of her moods and
pranks, because he needed her for his own game. On the
other hand, I am probably giving him more credit than he deserves.

I think I’m in the minority about this, but I would like for
Paul to win. He is as irritating as Poison Ivy, but he is the only
one who’s really been playing the game. Vic would not have
made it as far as he has without Paul’s help. Yes, he won his
way back into the house through his own physical skill, but
was short on strategy. While Vic has become more likable as
the game went on, Paul will lose if he takes him to the end. I’m
not sure he has figured out he’s not that well liked outside the
BB house and has more enemies than he thinks in the JH by playing
the game the only way he knew how. He was on the block (I think)
3 times in the beginning and managed to pull it off. He lost all of
his alliance and manipulated his way into others until they fell apart. He has been able to see the handwriting on the wall several times before anyone else in the house. When it looked like he was
gone, he won the veto and saved himself. When one looks at the
entire game he’s played, he has outplayed them all. But then
Poison Ivy is hard to get rid of.

Poison Ivy is a perfect description. You’re right and I said it before that Paul counselled Vic when he came back on how to behave. I agree he wouldn’t have made it this far because I think Vic has a very mean, mean streak that is very nasty. Paul is just a spoiled mama’s boy who will grow up to abuse his wife if she doesn’t iron his underwear. Just saying. 🙂

You are not alone Sherry. It’s 3am here in Cali and I’m still up. My sleep patterns are all messed up too.

If Paul won I would not be upset. He has played hard and would deserve the win, especially over some others in the house. I’m really disappointed with Nicole’s game play but never really expected much out of her on any level… comps, stategy etc. Can’t believe she got tangled up in another showmance! What are these people thinking? This is not the dating game!!! Who does that? They have a chance to win 1/2 mil and instead throw it out the window to roll around in the fart sack (sorry) all day in front of millions of disappointed “fans.” Where are Janelle and Doc Will when you need some sanity!

may be over. For the past three seasons I’ve felt like we’ve
had to settle for the drivel they’ve given us. I would like for
Janelle or Dr. Will to take over prod./casting and see what
a real season of game play would look like again. This wasn’t suppose to be a spin off of The Bachelor/ Bachelorette. It was suppose to be a game of strategy.

The reason Survivor remains the number one reality show is they have stayed true to the original plans for the game. Yes, they’ve played around a little too much with recasting….I’m not so crazy about returnees. But it is still a game of survial and social creativity with strategy thrown in. It amuses me when BB
cast members talk about wanting to go on to a Survivor show.
Caleb did a great job and if not for the heat which I thought
on Surv’s part was asking too much of them, he might have
gone all the way. But the majority of BB cast members wouldn’t
survive a day on that show. There are no beds for them to
lounge around in, no pool, (no duck floaties) no pool table, no pantry with a surplus of food, no amenities whatsoever.

It seems like every season we get a weaker cast of players. But
this season is the worst ever. I don’t believe there have been very many fans who have been able to really cheer on one hg for
the entire season. Many don’t care at all who wins as they are
disgusted with the lot of them.

I agree the cast gets weaker and weaker with each new season and it is really sad for the fans watching.

I laugh when they talk about wanting to be on Survivor or The Amazing Race. I didn’t like Caleb on BB but loved him on Survivor. I really think he will get a second chance on Survivor. Can you imagine them having to awake for 20 hours with only four hours sleep on an uncomfortable makeshift bed versus them in bed all day except when they get up to eat. Nicorey couldn’t figure out if Hawaii was in the US when she won the trip. Can you imagine them on international travel.

would be a challenge they couldn’t meet and a nightmare
for A.R. I think the IQ level keeps dropping for BB.

Nat thinks she’s smart, but my little dog has more brain cells
and is much less irritating.

Michelle thinks she’s smart, but was too busy eating anything that didn’t out run her to retain any education she might have
gotten along the way.

Nicole thinks she’s smart, but never learns from one mistake
to another, so keeps on making the same bad decisions and
expecting a different outcome. Isn’t that the definition of
insanity???

James thinks he’s smart, but his oxygen has been cut off to his brain by the leash Nat has him on.

Corey doesn’t think period.

Paul overthinks everything!! He would learn a lot more if
his mouth closed occasionally, and he stopped to listen to some
other voice than his own.

Vic thinks he’s brilliant, but has a temper that keeps him
from making smart decisions, thus making him an emotional player rather than a smart, strategic player.

I too hope Caleb gets another chance. He was totally different on survivor than he was on BB. I liked him so much more. I’d like to see James on survivor.

I think James would do well on Survivor…. Vic too I think. Of the girls I actually think Da would be best for Survivor.

Nicor will not pull the trigger on p or v bc they are threatened by them. As long as it was the others doing it they felt safe. They don’t feel as threatened by James or Nat. Nic is afraid meech is still gunning for her and always will be so that’s her biggest concern. Now that James and Nat have fired a round at the bromance we can see the sharks circling the blood right? I do love the concept of showmance vs bromance I have to say. So meech is gone this week odd man out and we’re down to the 3 couples. Interesting.

I have to say this is not my least favorite season. I didn’t like Da’ in the past, but she humoured me this year. Paulie going to the jurt house was awesome! The three women were comical, Paulie was in over his head! for that scene alone, this season was worth watching.

I am nit a fan of Victor, but kudos to him making back in the hiuse a 3rd time. HE should be the target, because in my opinion, he deserves to win. he stayed in the house longer than he should have the first time he came back. I would not want to be sitting final two with him. And, if I were on the jury, he would get my vote.

I also am not a fan of Paul. But, if Victor does not make the final two, Paul is the next one who should win.

Out of Nicole and Cory? Nicole. no explanation needed.

Nat and James? Nat, she actually won HOH, and was able to lead James around HER game.

I don’t agree with you Doris, I love Victor, he and Paul deserves to be in the final 2 and win. They are playing the better game than anyone in the entire house. The rest of the house is eating away the game or sleeping or whinnying their game away. Showmance’s are a bad idea for this game only a few of them kept their head’ s in the game anyway. Jeff and Jordan, Rachel played a better game after Brendan got out. JMHO.

We tucked our mama to rest yesterday, so hard to do, but we all know she is in a much better place than we could all imagined. Thank y’all for, the support. This is the last time I will say good bye to ( swt ) our mom and wife to my Dad on the BBB. Thanks again.

I was actually very surprised that there was no mention by Julie of a double eviction for this week. If they were having one Thursday, she would have said so… right?

We know there is another DE.. so I guess that means it has to be a week from Thursday… and go from 6 to 4 HGs. I really would have bet it would’ve been this week. And no way would they put it off and go from 5 to 3 HGs.. that is just way to big of a jump IMO.

jamesey – i know that alot of your are fans of him and i just dont get
it! he annoys the hell out of me. those shenanigans of his
go too far. if i had to deal with that on the reg, i would self
evict. even 500k isnt worth all that aggrivation.

nat: im prolly the only one that thinks this – i beleive she has
she has seen full seasons of the shows in the past.

nic: other than her whiny voice, she seems nice – no threat

corey: he has no opinion on anything except for nics zits.

paul: annoying as he is, he deserves to go to the f2.

meech: i am so thankful for the ff button to get through her eating.

vic: after all of his comebacks – he deserves to be in the final 2.
im still baffled that cory got the cp over him. fixed much?

Everyone except Natalie playing in veto today

Have not foods – Seaweed & Squid
Ughh. This season they have been giving have not foods that fit with the HOH comp. (ie Hastags.. Hashbrowns). Some weeks have been very good for have nots ..but this week? No thanks.
And the part I think is so dumb about that is they just throw it all away anyway…. so why bother? Seems just a waste to me.

Oh… Corey & Vic are have-nots as first 2 out of HOH comp

Also… this just in as far as a 2nd double eviction and the schedule for taping live shows
Live shows are scheduled to tape the following days
Thurs, Sept. 1st – 6 HGs left
Thurs, Sept. 8th – 5 HGs left
Mon, Sept. 12th – 4 HGs left
Wed, Sept. 14th – 3 HGs left
Wed, Sept. 21st – Finale & winner revealed

So that means we probably wont get a 2nd double eviction after all. Instead we will get a shortened week starting Sept 8th and 2 will be evicted in 6 days.

Last night Natalie was the talking with Vic and Michelle . They were discussing why each of them came on the show. NAtalie said the reason she came on was because she wanted to get away from all of the men that were constantly calling her and wanting to date her! Egotistical much! You should have seen Michelle’s face. It was the most expression I’ve ever seen on her face! Vic said ‘well excuse me’ in a sarcastic tone. Nat said ‘I’m not trying to bragg, that’s just the way it is’.

On AR, Rachel refused to shave her head because of her expensive extensions. I wish Paul had the same dilemma about his beard on BB. Shaving off that beard would have been a scary thing to see. Like watching a train wreck (involving grain or produce, not people). No telling what would fall out of that thing.

All the woo-hooing Nat does, hurts my ears. I’m sure all dogs in the vicinity of the BB backyard start howling up a storm.

How did Corey win CP? I can’t imagine he’s that well liked in RL.

The way she has led James around all season has probably increased her opinion of herself, MP.

I wish BB would put together a tape of Michelle eating, but I don’t think my stomach could take it. When she watches the season, she will probably be embarrassed. Notice she hasn’t been crying lately. Probably because it doesn’t fit her game play now as it did at first. Did I just use Michelle and game play in the same sentence? Oops.

I really hope Vic wins. He should at least get a cash prize for Cleanest HG.

Two…yes she has led him around and not by the nose! I’m so tired of her I would love her to go this week and see if James could play his own game and what that would look like.

Vic certainly deserves that title! Did you see Vic and Paul talking this morning in the safari room? You could see how loyal Vic is because he was taking up for Corey and Nicole while Paul was trying to insinuate that they were sketchy. Vic was having none of it. Paul was wanting to put on this fake thing again about how they are not close and Vic told him to cut it out, that he trusted them. He certainly shut Paul up!

It’s a final 4 of convenience this week. Vic & Paul want to save themselves. Nic & Corey want to get out Meech and hope those other 4 go after each other next week.

Of all of them I think Vic would be most likely to stick to it. But he will have Paul in his ear telling him they can’t do that. Just like when Vic was willing to stick to the Executives alliance… until Paul told him, “we have to get Paulie out now!”

Margie, that Vic! He is using his own smarts now instead of letting Paulie dictate his behavior. As mean as it was to do, during the throwing the beads at the girls during the nom ceremony, he seemed to stumble over his words and not be very comfortable. I wondered at the time if Paulie had engineered that scenario to make Vic a target. Of course he did.

Vic was loyal to Jozea which got him no where. Then Paul and Paulie which got him evicted – twice. I hope his loyalty to Nic and C don’t lead to his third eviction. He ought to win a prize just for Number of Evictions.

As of now, I’d rather watch people eat and sleep in the JH.

That was a real low point for vic in the game. I don’t think it went the way he intended. He thought it would be a good laugh… I believe if he knew Meech would break down on the spot I don’t think he would have done it. And he should have known she would cry.. she cries about everything.

She was crying after the HOH comp. Upset because Nic won and still upset about Paul. Nat held it together and gave Meech a good pep talk. But then after Meech left and James came in, Nat broke down and started crying to James about how unfair it was that other people had money and she had to work so hard all her life. I shit you not.. she even said she had to give up cheerleading and get a real job.. and cheerleading is her love.

Well boo hoo. How many people reading this blog ever even had NFL cheerleader as an option? Certainly not me (I wouldn’t want to be a male cheerleader… but free NFL games on the sideline would be amazeballs!!) I have many things I love doing that don’t pay the bills… so guess what.. I got a real job from the very start.

The one veto result that would have been most interesting to me can’t even happen… drats!
Nat winning it would have been good feeds. She would be hell bent on taking Meech off the block. James would have to remind he could go up as renom…. Nat would say that wont happen. And on and on. It would come down to Nicole having to tell Nat not to use it. The we would see where Nat’s loyalty to James really lies.

James winning could be interesting… but James wouldn’t risk Nat to save Meech. And Nicole would be much quicker to head that off by telling James not to use it.

Best case for Nicole is noms stay the same…. or Vic wins and pulls Paul down leaving only Nat & James as replacements (excluding Corey of course)

Worst case for Nicole is Meech winning…. then she’d have to reveal her cards when she didn’t put up Vic… or.. she would have to break the final 4 thing much sooner than she thought. Also bad for her is if Paul wins… then pretty much same thing.

Speaking of.. On Thursdays show did anyone notice what looked like a big BBQ sauce stain on Meech’s chest?

No.. I’m not a perv looking at their chests.. and certainly nothing about Meech makes me want a peek. But I couldn’t miss it on a big tv. She was in DR I think. I know she didn’t vote so must have been a DR clip.

I wondered if it was actually some skin condition or some sort of breakout? But it looked just like a BBQ sauce stain.

Natalie thinks everyone is hitting on her. Now she is telling James that Paul is hitting on her! James said no he is lusting for her not hitting on her! Michelle said Victor is hitting on her also. James wants to confront Paul about it.

It in no way excuses the horrible behavior of some of the guys in the house… but does point out the exaggeration by Nat and that she uses it as strategy when needed.

When I tuned in of course Paul & Vic were up in HOH with Corey.. Nicole downstairs. Paul left after a while.. Vic still up there.

I think P&V’s best move is to back TF off. Let them breathe! I hope they don’t plan to camp up there until veto ceremony. People that are so overbearing get tiresome real fast… and could turn themselves into targets this week just to get rid of the annoyance.

Or maybe it’s just what would go through my mind if I were HOH.

And honestly, I wouldn’t blame her if she gets so damn sick of those 2 always in her ear that she decides Paul must go.

Unless something crazy happens (and it can this season), Meech’s worst BB nightmare will come true when Nicole has to stand to cast the tie-breaking vote on the live show sending Meech to jury.

Nicole really wants Meech out bad (because Meech wants Nicole out so bad)… so I can’t see Nic changing her mind.. but who knows.

JT …. I just typed a long reply to you and lost it! Here goes again…. The comp was the one where they have to fold or stay. I’m not sure what it is called.

About Paul. He just doesn’t get when he has overstayed his welcome! He was trying to convince Nicole to take him down and put James or Nat up to make them nervous the rest of the week, not because he doesn’t trust them to keep him. lol. Vic told him to stop it because he trusts Nicole and Corey and doesn’t want Paul to screw it up.

Nat just told James that she has lost 1 lb. and could he tell. He said yes her waist looked smaller bit her butt still looked big! lol. 1 pound!!!! She told him that she knew he picked her for her looks. I go much! She can’t wait for him to see her Instagram photos of o se how cute she looks!

Oh no!!! I know some people have more problems with comments vanishing so they copy them before submitting.
But I never copy mine because it is extremely rare that I lose one. I’ve lost just a few in all the years.. but when I do lose one.. it sucks with no copy!

The worst part about what V&P are doing right now is not being so annoying and clingy.
It’s actually putting themselves at risk of being seen by Nic as sketchy.
If someone really trusts you, do they have to watch your every move every minute?
No

Personally, I’d be thinking if they don’t trust me enough to leave me alone for a minute, then they must not believe our final 4 is real and will turn against us first chance they get…. so maybe one of them needs to go? I’d certainly think about it.

Nicole had to pretend to fall asleep in HOH bed with Corey beside her………. and Vic beside Corey! LOL
So those 2 finally got the hint it was time to leave. They did and Nicole immediately sat up giving Corey an exhausted eyeroll. Then got up and went to the other side of the bed.
Then they started talking about how annoying those 2 are being up there all the time….. and Nic even said she hardly gets a chance to breathe!

It hasn’t changed anything yet… but the ice can get thinner by the day.

Now I need Skippy to turn up their Mic volume… they are making plans for next week but I can’t hear a word

LMAO.. Skippy heard me pounding my keyboard and turned them up just now!!

Nic said “I’m keeping noms the same”
And they still plan to send Meech to jury because if they sent Paul out… then Nat, James, & Meech would target Nic/Corey next week.

Nicole is trying to explain to him that accepting a $5,000 bribe (or winning any cash or prize reward) can put a target on you.

Corey says, “No one cares… I wouldn’t care if they got $10,000”

Reality check Corey. If you had even seen this show before you’d know very well people factor in what a person has already won when deciding noms or eviction votes. Everyone always knows exactly who won what… and they file that away until the end.

This was after Nicole had a couple hair-brained ideas how to use it.

So as all of us have been saying since day 1 that care packages were revealed, this last one is almost useless at this point.
This CP either needed to be much earlier than final 7… or needed to be doubled to 10k minimum… and at this point in the game I think 20k would be a workable number.
