Ian Finally Gets His Turn in the BB14 HOH Room

Last night’s Big Brother show did provide some insight into what’s going on in the BB house. It seems that Ian realizes (and accepts) that the only way Dan could save himself was to throw Britney and Ian under the bus. I think because Ian is such a die-hard BB fan, he realizes that this was an epic move, even though it hurt his personal game. So, it seems that Ian has no hard feelings when it comes to Dan. In fact, Ian wants the Quack Pack back in full force. That means Dan, Danielle, Shane and Ian are in an alliance. Of course, Dan is still in an alliance with Frank and Jenn. He’s making sure he has all his bases covered.

I’ll summarize the HOH competition again really quickly. Joe fell off at 2 minutes (LOL) and Jenn at 5 minutes (double LOL). Danielle was really dizzy from spinning personally in circles as well as around in a big circle. She had to jump off and frankly, I understand. I wouldn’t have made it very long either. Dan was next to succumb, leaving Shane and Ian the last two men standing. Shane was hurting and so he asked all the HG’s to go inside so he could talk to Ian in private. After insuring that he and Danielle were save, he jumped off. Ian became the new HOH.

Ian’s intelligence is fun to watch. He is so matter of fact about all he knows, he doesn’t realize that others are looking at him with dropped jaws! Will any of us ever forget that the element Bismuth is an ingredient in Pepto Bismol? Wouldn’t you love to have Ian with you at a Trivia contest?

Now don’t shudder, I have to talk about Pandora’s Box. When Ian opened the box, the room was set up like Christmas. There was a Christmas tree with lots of presents. Ian was told that if he opened Pandora’s box, he would receive all the gifts. Ian opened Pandora’s Box. He received a lot of cool “Ian-type” gifts including a telescope, Legos, a blow-up alligator, etc. When he saw all his nice gifts, he knew that the other HG’s probably were not having any fun downstairs! In the meanwhile, downstairs, when what to my wondering eyes should appear, but Jesse in a Speedo, Santa hat and vest (no cheers!). The man is overly buff–you know, like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. Jesse also has a Christmas bag of presents, however, these were all healthy snacks. After Jesse gives out his gifts, he proceeds to remove ALL the junk food from the house. As you could imagine, our noshing HG’s were not happy. However, I was. The Big Brother house is becoming more and more like a vacation house. Let the players suffer a bit!

At one point, Ian had almost convinced himself to put up Joe and Jenn instead of Frank. He was thinking like I was…that Frank can’t become HOH this week so there is no rush to get him out. Dan was concerned about this and said that they may need two tries to get Frank out. Ian ends up putting Frank and Jenn on the block. Is there a chance that Frank can save himself once again from eviction? I didn’t think Dan could save himself last week, so, yeah, I guess there is.

I’m sad for Frank. I just like him. Maybe because he’s been the underdog, I don’t know. It won’t be the same without him there. If I recall right from previous posts, Dan won the POV and saved Jenn so it looks like Frank’s game has ended. Boo! Ian better watch out now because Dan is running the show. They’ll probably evict Joe and Jenn after Frank and then Dan will go after Ian then Shane. It’s all a matter of time. Unless BB comes up with a good twist, the writing is on the wall.

Did y’all see the looks on Danielle’s face when Jenn was telling her Shane referred to her as his “girlfriend”??? I had to rewind about 5 times to take it all in. I’m sorry but that girl is sooooo strange. I seriously have my doubts
that Shane wants anything to do with her. Early on in the show, Danielle told Shane she wants to spend time with him. His response was, “that’s not gonna happen”. Is he sending mixed signals or was Jenn just telling Danielle what she wanted to hear???

Hope Dan goes, all the other coaches was voted off. The house guest must see Dan will throw anyone under the bus. Frank is busting his butt in this game, I agree Jenn did do one thing in the house and game she won a vito and used it on Dan big woop. Danielle is dumb, it’s scary she’s a nurse. I would like to see Ian and Frank in the F2, the others are dead weight. But if they do not vote Dan and he is that good, he could win this again. Jesse is creepy, why oh why does he always come back, he’s in love with himself. Ian was cute opening all his Christmas present’s, I like him, but he’s so smart and has no common since, like everyone who has a photogenic memory, we have 4 and they are really annoying because they have none not a drop of common since. No, I am not one of them. I had to study for my grades ( lol ).

@ kev loved the 2 flies and oh so true, there is an old saying i heard while growing up whenever there was a fly in the house my grandmother used to say “someone wants to hear from us” now i would tell her if she was still alive “for sure terminix and or my fly swatter”
they alwasys seem to show up when we are eating or trying to sleep, buzz buzz buzz, they truly r smart and as soon as the swatter comes out they seem to pull a jenn and disappear.
In re to jesse i think bb does it to torment us fans, why else would they do it, he is truly gross and in a speedo i have lost count is the the 3rd year he has made an appearance??? seems more then that and each time he gets more disgusting. ciao till later, hope all r having a great labor day

To bad that Ian can’t put Dan up in his place… is it double eviction this week?? Maybe could get rid of Jen and Dan or Dan and Frank.. This was just one more time that the couches ruled decisions of who went up on the block.. Wish that when the reset was pushed that newbies would have taken out the couches and then played THEIR game..

However, my daddy always told me to watch out for the quiet ones. Shane definitely qualifies. Maybe there’s a dangerous side he won’t show because he knows better. Nah, prolly not. @MM…..Dan took Jenn down as planned and Ian put Joe up. the plan right now is for 2 to vote for Frank and 2 to vote for Joe,making Ian make the decision and feel like a tough guy about sending Frank home! This way Jenn is grateful to Dan and Dan can honestly say he voted to keep Frank and he makes no enemies in the jury house ! I can’t believe that no one sees they are doing his dirty work for him!!! Well, actually I CAN cuz Dan apparently is just that good!!!!

OMG….Dani is telling Shane thats she’s not Just a nurse, but a Charge Nurse. She is in charge of other nurses and does trauma cases. Shane asked her what one of the worst things she has seen is and she said a woman came in with a potato in her private area, and it had begun to sprout!!!!!!!!! OMG-REALLY???
I don’t think I could make this stuff up if I tried. The more she talks, the more apparent it is she is whacked. Good gawd….Can you believe this girl??? LMAO

I feel bad to see Frank to go. He has had to fight the whole way and he is the closest to honest of anyone in there. He has been an underdog and I think with Boogie gone he is really a nice guy. Wish they would vote Joe out. I’m so sick of everything about him. I respect Ian’s intelligence but I can’t stand the arrogant little twit. I want to puke every time he starts patting himself on the back. Just my personal opinion folks. Don’t hate me for it.

I agree hpr. I don’t really mind Ian and he did back-stab Frank
and Boogie beautifully (and eloquently in his ” see-ya” speech to
Boogie), but he just kinda rubs me the wrong way. At first I thought it
was his rocking and squeaking but now he seems to believe he is
entitled.
Frank should win. He has been the underdog since Boogie picked
him first(I think) and has fought his way through a lot of obstacles
to even still be playing. An earlier commenter said it best that
Frank should to go Ian and tell him everything that Dan told Frank.
Frank could definitely prove what he was saying was true because
only Dan would know the details. (If that makes any sense).
Perhaps Ian wouldn’t care but it’s Frank’s only shot.

watch BB so it’s very enjoyable to read a good, clean blog

hi everyone, i’vr missed alot the last few days, been back in the hospital after my car accident. this head injury has caused major headaches anda couple
of seizures and the doctors can’t seem to find anything wrong.

i wish frank could stay but you all seem to think he’s leaving thursdaythis makes me sad

Hey Star I just read your comment about 2 votes for Frank and 2 votes for Joe so Ian will be the one taking Frank out. Jenn has not done anything much in the house, but she is NOT stupid and when she hears that the vote is 2 – 2 she will realize that either Dan or Danielle did not vote to keep Frank. I wonder if Dan will tell her that it was Danielle that went against their so called alliance.

I was going to make a snarkey comment about Danielle’s panties but then you went and said this was a clean blog so I can’t. : ) I agree Frank’s only chance is to rat out dan to Ian, but I don’t know if Frank has the common sense to do that…or even have it occur to do something like that. then again, he may be so Boogiefied he just won’t work with Ian, the boogie ouster, to maintain his loyalty to Boogie. Really? Loyalty to someone who is evicted? How does that help your game?

MORE GRAPEVINE UPDATES

Frank and Jenn are talking on the couch. Joe comes out and heads to the pool. Joe yells over to them and says that it’s the first time in history the same two people have been put up together. (Seems lots of firsts came our way this year too bad jesse was not one of them),
Frank talks about how he doesn’t want history to repeat itself. He says that Dan and Danielle were lying to him and if it wasn’t for the reset button I would have gone out that door. (for sure for sure)
Frank tells Jenn how he talked to Ian and Ian told him that Frank’s best chance of staying just came off the block. (now here is where i am a bit confused is this good news for frank or not?)
Frank says that he asked Ian, you don’t think I can beat Joe on the block. Frank says that he told Ian that if it comes down to a tie vote and Ian votes in my favor he would have Jenn and him (Frank) working for him. (to be honest it is getting harder and harder to keep track of who said what to whom)
Jenn says that she really doesn’t understand why Joe has beef with her.(frank is fighting for his life and jenn is only worried about why joe is out to get her)
Frank says that Dan told him that once he is off the block he needs to start winning s**t. They talk about how untrustworthy Joe is (Untrusworthy nah more like he can only have his strings pulled by the who ever is in the hoh room he cannot help it that he is a puppet)
Frank says that if you tell Dan you are on board with the four of us then it will really lock him down. (when u wish upon a star makes no difference who u r)
Jenn says that she thinks its hilarious that Joe thinks I have a deal with Dan and that’s why he wants me up (rofl again with jess vs joe, does she not hear a word frank is saying more like she does not care, after all survival of the fittest in the bb house )
Frank says its funny all these motherf***ers wanted me out and now they vote for me to stay. (errr frankie the cat pay attetnion here do not count your ducks until they r hatched)
They vote out a guy that has won nothing over me who has won everything. Frank says keep the cool kids in if you want to, we will gut you like pigs when we want to.(I “do not believe he is so sure of himself hey frankie the cat anne boylen thought the same way and looked what happened to her when her head was chopped off it started singing i have no body)
Frank says can you imagine Britney’s face when Joe walks into the jury house and says he was on the block against Frank and he stayed with a 4-0 vote. (I am starting to wonder if frankie the cat found some of ashleys stash of happy pills)

Frank says can you imagine Britney’s face when Joe walks into the jury house and says he was on the block against Frank and he stayed with a 4-0 vote. Frank asks Jenn who she would put up if she won HOH. Jenn says Ian and Shane, but that she would make it clear to him that she wants Ian out. Frank wonders if it would be better to put up Ian and Dan. Jenn says Ian’s time here is up. Frank agrees. Dan joins them to work on the flag some more. Jenn heads inside.

GRAPEVINE UPDATE ON DANIS UNMENTIONABLES

Dan comes out into the backyard with Danielle. He wrapped up her panties and frozen them. (OMG someone please tell me they were not in the hg food freezer)
He throws them in the pool and tells her he told her he would get her back for messing up his pool game earlier. (Now my question is which pool game the one in the backyard or his pocket pool)
Danielle says he found my pantie drawer and froze my panties (wow chalk one up for dan he did not even have to buy a clue on where to find them i am impressed)
Jenn grabs them and hands them to Danielle to throw them in the hot tub.
(does anyone really think jenn was going to pass up this golden opportunity to touch danis panties frozen or not)
(And i bet prod staff ran to buy out the local walmart or leslie pool for all the chlorine they could buy)

Jenn tells her to ask BB to turn on the hot tub. Danielle says will you please turn on the hot tub so that I can unfreeze my panties?(say what???)
BB doesn’t do it. (surprise surprise)
Danielle is sitting there defrosting them. She says it is just frozen around the crotch area, if I wore them I would just get freezer burn. (nah dani if wait and try to wear them when shane smiles at you they will defrost in the blink of an eye)

Darn back in ’69 Gramdmom made all my cereal with sliced banana, and then when the cereal was gone, loaded the remaining milk with more banana!

From what I’ve read, and heard, yeah, joe is replacement, and Wednesday night we will not be surprised. Thursday, Joe goes home.
Quack pack and 2nd silent pack finally comes head to head!
My guess is that Ian, Frank and Dan make the next call.
I suspect they bring in Shane, and find a way to take Danni out.
Lord knows she was hot and into Dhane, but that just makes her weaker than Jennifer!
From this point, all bets are off.
Thursday will be a one hack of a prelude o. What happens next!

Ian starts building up Joe.. Says that Joe is a contender to win this game.

1) He’s survived the block 4 times (can it be he was the pawn??)

2) He gives it a honest effort which is more than Jenn does (well yes he is awake more then she is it takes time to kiss a$$ of each and every hoh, lets be honest that takes time)

3) He won a teddy bear the first competition “That was a good litmus test”
(I say we contact guiness book of records this has got to be recorded)

4) The first 2 weeks he was instrumental in flipping the house (the only thing he flipped was pancakes with his dirty hands)

Joe: “Jenn doesn’t play the game.. she walks around and sleeps”(now lets be fair she does stay awake to be at the comps)

Ian: ‘She sleeps the entire time.. I’m going to make sure I get rid of her.. the only thing she’s done is put herself on slop for no reason.

Ian laughs that Jenn was walking around like she’s king Sh!t( should it be Queen sh**)

What I read…..
Last night Joe and Ian were talking by the hammock. Joe was complaining to Ian about how Frank was trying to steal his thing by cooking for everyone. Joe said that he’s not happy about that! They were talking about wanting to evict Frank. Ian said that he wished he could get the blood on his hands & send Frank home. Joe was saying how many people have tried to evict Frank unsuccessfully. Joe said that when he walks out of the house Thursday he will s**t himself! 😆 Ian and Joe watched Frank cleaning up inside the kitchen and said that he is trying to do everything he can to stay in this house. They started to laugh about sending Frank to the jury house! Ian said that this would be for Britney! Joe said that Britney will be very happy to see Frank walk into Jury as they all would be very happy to see him walking out of the BB house……………

GRAPEVINE UPDATED MID MORNING CALIF TIME

Frank says that he might have to offer up his first born child to these motherf***ers, I got nothing to offer them, I don’t got no smokes. I could tell them I will in the veto next week to keep them safe. I couldn’t do it this week.
(frank does not seem to be as sure today as he was yesterday about saying)
Joe says nope, Dan got it and put us in this situation. Frank says the one thing I can say to Dan is that if you vote me out, Jenn won’t work with you. If it wasn’t for Jenn and me, he would have gone home.(I want to shake frank wake up dude his word is worth as much as what 25 cents can buy u in gas) Frank starts talking about Britney and how she wanted him out.

Frank here because he is a bigger target. Frank says maybe I got two votes. Joe says and that f**king fact that you can’t play in this HOH. Joe says that he needs to get Jenn. Frank says it ain’t going to happen I’ve been taking Beano before bed. Joe says that he needs to work on Dan too.(i really think no one can get to dan)
He says he just needs to bring out that hatred deep inside him. Frank says you’re forgetting I helped him last week. (errr frank that was forgotten the minute the eviction ceremony was done, i cannot believe how these hgs are so under dans spell and knowing how he won the year he played.)
Frank heads inside. Joe says to himself, Frank is one cocky mo-fo. I have got to get the votes and prove him wrong! Joe heads inside. Frank heads back outside. ……………………………..

Frank tells him that it’s obvious that he has Shane and Jenn’s vote they just need to get Dans (there u go again frank counting your ducks before they r hatched)

AYFKM?????lol She was in HOG heaven last nite as Dan kept teasing her about Shane and Shane finally got around to talking about what he would so if she visited him.(All the while she grinned like a horny cheshire cat!!LOL) Then she got *drunk* on 2 glasses of wine??? PUHHHLEASSSEE!!!! It was the worst acting job EVER and all of it to make sure ALL the attention stayed on her all nite!! BLEAH! There are only 3 people left who are actually playing this game – Frank, Dan and Ian – all of the others are just hanging on and following what those 3 are telling them and hoping that they’ll somehow be dragged along. I don’t understand why some people come on this show only to be a boost for someone else to win the money. If you do make it to the end as a follower, no one is going to vote for you against another person who’s been winning challenges and making big moves. I mean, Joe, Jenn and Danielle and even Shane now who’s gone into the background need to be pairing up against the 3 who are dominating the game – but then too, they have to win and not be told what to do by someone else.

@thekhan wow could have not said it better, u hit the nail on the head for awhile it was that shane was rite up there with franks, then he just stopped trying and slid into the background, why bother when others r going to carry you. I still think frank has played the hardest he had to fight tooth and nail to get thru each week, i really think he should have won using past tense because he will be the one evicted this coming thurs no doubt about it. shane has turned out to be a big disappointment he came out with both guns blasting and he is now down to a fizzled out wet firecracker. ian is finally getting a chance to play the game and now a lot of his decisions are personal (per britney) i do not think he will make it to the end, danielle will be used until they r ready to send her packing to the jury house, both shane and dan have a good ally in her but i now think it is going to be shane and dan in the final two,.(memo to danielle bros before hos)
jenn surfaced what about half way thru the game??? joe is just the major puppett, he has the same spiel who ever is hoh he says the exact same thing “whatever you want me to do, however u want me to vote i have your back” yadda yadda yadda. dan dan dan what can i say i did not like the coaches coming back this year and i still don’t. i will really be bummed if he wins.

Shane says he’s avoiding Drama there is no reason for Frank to know until Thursday. (ah ha i knew it)
Ian asks them if Frnak really thinks he’s staying. Joe says he does he’s made it very clear to them that he’s got the votes, Danielle, Shane, Jenn and Dan.. Shane: “He thinks it’s 4-0” (frank would have to pull some really huge magic trick to get himself out of this one, where is david copperfield when u need him?)
Joe and Shane saying that Jenn is pissed at them now because Frank told her that they were going to vote Jenn out if the nominations had stayed the same.
So it seems more and more clear frank will be meeting jules this thur nite and i have no idea who will be happier ian in the bb house or britney in the jury house and she is going to be so happy to tell frank I TOLD YOU SO NOT TO TRUST DAN (ah hindsight u gotta love it)

I am so behind!!!! I’ll do my best to catch up but if I miss something that was said to me, please forgive me. Doesn’t take much to get me confused.
@mm Except that I really wish Ian was in the f2, I love the way you played it out and I agree. I am really excited to know Jenn is pissed because she really irritated me with all the boasting about ‘the BIG move she made’. I’m sure she’ll say that move is what got her voted out because she wants to say she made a big move as often as possible Why does Frank keep opening his mouth and spilling info? When he told Dan it had crossed his mind to put Dan up (way back), that’s when Dan sprang into action. Now he’s tellin Jenn stuff…maybe to get her staunchly on his side? So now Shane is avoiding Drama aaaannnnddd Danielle. Not much left in the house to avoid. I like Frank just fine – except for all his adoration of Boogie – but really. almost all of his game play has been winning comps. Dan has played the best “game”, and in so doing made himself the best wretched player.

@tomi ooooh. When Dani asked what movie star she looked like I would have had to go with one of those gorillas in Gorillas in the Mist. Clyde is good too! @PK I do remember Shane saying something about not being allowed to bring his NASA hat into BB. I didn’t know he was so career and fitness advanced. Impressive.

I remember the last BB how determined Rachel was to get out the floaters. This group of hg don’t seem to care. I remember watching f4 playing cards with tea bags. Now they have some kind of cards that the magic nail polish has converted into playing cards. So why won’t BB just give them some dang playing cards to begin with????
Last week Ian told Frank he should get a haircut, that no one wears their hair like that anymore. Frank said he liked his hair and said, “Ian, you’ve got to admit I rock it!” Ian said yes, you rock it. Guess Ian didn’t want to get beaten up! : )

You know BBAD is dull when my mind is wandering back to last season and things that were said in the house weeks ago.
@Bloggergal I think your next snyopsis of the goings on in the BB house will be the shortest one yet. Maybe 2 lines will sum the whole 24 hours up. : ) Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe I missed a lot of action. Please tell! : )

Get out the Tums. Danielle is ranting and raving about Frank telling her he deserves to win more than anyone else in the house. But what really made her mad is Frank watching her work out and commenting on her rock hard legs. She tells her he’ll get Captain America out, you know, so he can get with her. She has repeated the story 3, going on 4, times. She is also telling all she gave up so she could be on BB. Frank told her she had a pretty face and great body. This girl can take a well-meaning compliment and turn it into sexual harrassment. She finally steered the conversation with Shane around until he says she’s gorgeous. Mission accomplished.

Good Morning everyone. @David, Joe or Jenn should win this thing??? Please refesh my memory as to what they have done aside from major floating and riding on the coat tails of everyone else??? Major, major floaters. Has a floater ever won the BB coveted title??? Not to my knowledge. Jenn and her BIG MOVE, if I hear it one more time, I’m gonna toss my cookies. I missed the part Frank was basically hitting on Danielle. Thats all a rue, attempting to get her vote. For once I think Dani gets it and will vote Frank out. After Frank goes they need to get rid of Jenn or Joe. Dan is almost untouchable. Would love to see Dani get the boot but dont think that will happen yet. Get rid of Jenn b4 Joe since Joe hasnt a clue and will side with whoever has the power. They can afford to keep him another week or so. Watching Frank yesterday, he had a look of fear on his face. Think he finally realizes his game is up. When in the next HOH??? Confused cuz things they r a changin!!! Anyone think there’s a DE coming up?

Tambo, I think you got confused about the POV because it will be AIRED tonight and not played tonight. It has already been done. People have just not seen it on regular TV. It was played a couple of days ago and taped to be shown on regular TV tonight. Jenn and Frank were on the block. Dan won POV and he removed Jenn from the block. Ian replaced Jenn with Joe. The plan is for Frank to end up being evicted on Thursday. The vote is planned to be 2 and 2 with Ian being the tie breaker and sending Frank home himself. Of course plans don’t always go the way they are expected.

There were several comments that I wanted to reply to but, they’ve all run together and I forgot who said what. 🙄 Just know that if you said something funny, I laughed. EXCEPT Jane’s – “She should just eat Make-up so she can be pretty on the inside.” I really lol’d. 😀 Also, the bit about Dani asking what movie star she looks like, really???? I mean, did she really ask that?? Poor thing, she’s in for a rude awakening and life lesson.

@Bobo, sooo happy to hear you have meds that work! That’s a good thing. Keep feeling better. As for eviction, I believe that’s Thursday and it’s a double eviction and, I think, HOH too. Tonight is POV which Dan wins and he takes Jenn off the block because she saved him so he’s reciprocating. He’s also stacking the jury house in his favor. He’s no dummie. When Frank goes, (it’s looking like he will) and reading above says Dan votes to keep Frank safe. It will be a 2 to 2 tie and Ian will be the ‘bad’ guy and send Frank packing. That keeps Dan’s hands clean and he’s hoping a vote from Frank in the jury house. I hope Dan doesn’t get that far though. I’m still kinda rooting for Shane & Ian.

Now, to be clear, I got all that info by reading all the posts from our wonderful bloggers. Thank God for you guys. If I goofed, please clarify,

I have a major pet peeve regarding Joe, and he should know this being an “executive chef”. I watched him wash dishes, wipe counters, then was the butcher block with the same filthy disgusting sponge. After which, he then wiped the butcher block with his arms.
I thought every1 knew that u never re-use a sponge on anything else or other surface without first disinfecting it. Bleach is good, but tends to destroy sponge rather rapidly. Best way to disinfect a sponge u plan on re-using is to microwave it on high. They claim for 10 seconds. I do mine for 1 minute!!!! It remains in tact and is good as new, or clean as when you bought it.
I would never eat anything Joe serves!!!!

@Tambo, u got that right. I was a restaurant manager for 11 years with an A rating and he would have been fired for not washing his hand above all. People like him make me sick. This is y I have such a phobia for going out to eat. Try to find out who the owner and or chef is of a restaurant and try to get them to show me their place in the kitchen area..it tells alot. And the first thing I do is check out the restrooms. If the restroom is dirty I leave.

@Tomi, I know exactly what ur sayin. Dont know if it’s an age thing, but I am very leary of going to out to anymore. God knows what goes on in the kitchen, not to mention with the chef’s. Buffet’s are big no no for me. People breathing all over the food, see kids pick stuff up and put it back, etc. GROSS!!!!
I’ll stick to my own food and my own cooking!!! 🙂

@starfish 2 says hello! You are so sweet to pick up on that. Really warmed my heart as you so often do! I think what you said was spot on. It’s easy to get confused when we are seeing and hearing things before they air. If they would have BB on at least twice a week instead of once, I think the viewing audience would be happer…plus keeping things straight would be easier for those with lf and bbad. I didn’t get how Ian was agreeable to letting Dan used his veto on Jenn. If Frank and Jenn both stayed up there was a guarantee of one going home.

I watched BBAD last night and Danielle went off on Frank to Dan, Shane and Joe. I don’t have the live feeds and would like to know if Frank really said these things she was talking about at the hot tub. I am a fan of Frank’s, but if he is boosting that much to others, then he deserves to leave tomorrow! Hopefully Ian, Shane and Danielle will follow shortly! Dan has simply amazed me with his play; however I wonder what the big wigs are thinking at the Catholic school where he teaches. Swearing on the Bible might not be just a little white lie to them and it does make one think that he might be out of a job when he leaves the BB house!

I think frank has a mean streek, yo. I also think he’s slow to burn but when he gets to a certain point he can be explosive. For instance after Ashley, who let him kiss her and goodness knows what else) was evicted. If he isn’t evicted Thurs., then he deserves to win as the rest of the hg are totally idiotic forletting him talk himself out of this one. Do you think Dan is grooming (someone should) jenn as a replacement for one of the Quack Pack (possibly Ian) later on?
@tambo It takes a village to help keep us up to date, doesn’t it? Or in my case, it takes a village idiot! : ) I get confused so easily. Soometimes it’s just hard for me to process some things. I need all the help I can get, and I’m sure idiot has been put next to my name in the BBBlog roll call! : ) At a DE there is a live eviction, then immediately a comp for HOH. Whoever wins HOH immediately puts up 2 on the block. then they play for POV. Winner has to declare immediately if he’ll use it or not, then there’s another live vote to evict. Usually the next comp is physical and starts just as the show is ending so the outcome won’t be known until BBad comes on and we figure it out. Brit was so good to help us catch up. Miss her.
@macy I’ll bet somehow Dani will blame what Dan did to her for her zit outbreak, and maybe make some medical sounding yet false reasons for these to start now. She doesn’t let go of things…ever…and keeps bringing up how bad Dan hurt her. Rashes and zits are only part of her suffering. gaggaggaggaggag
@starfish I usually wring out my sponge and then pour Hydrogen Peroxide on it. I know it works at least some because it will bubble up. HP is really cheap, but I think I like the idea of zapping germs better! I used to run it through the dishwasher but the bleach in the detergent would destroy a sponge pretty quickly. So microwave for one minute is the way to go.

Thanks Macy1231231 – I don’t think Frank has a chance, but I bet Ian will be kicking himself for not making an alliance with Frank and Jenn – hopefully to include Joe (if he can get out of Shane’s a$$). Ian will probably never admit it, but he blew it when he did not take Frank up on his offer. Can’t wait to see Ian’s face when he is nominated on Thursday. Time will tell, as the house guests are dwindling down. Just hope that Danielle is not in the final three!

GRAPEVINE UPDATE FROM BB HOUSE ABOUT MID AFTERNOON BB TIME

Jenn tells Danielle that she had a talk with Frank and how she told him to have a talk with Danielle and to treat her delicately.(the only thing delicate about danielle is her pea brain)
Jenn laughs and says I’m horrible. (not sure what to make of this remark, is she horrible for giving frank false hope or is she just terrible at the game?)
Danielle starts talking about how she figures production has already gone to her and Shane’s hometown to ask their parents about them. (insert here cinderella & prince charming music i wonder who is going to pay for her thepary when she gets out? perhaps dr phil and or dr drew will have her on their shows. she is so pathetic it is sad she is going to crash and it is not going to be funny)
Jenn says that she hasn’t even thought about that. Jenn figures Danielle is getting a lot of air time because of it. (and this could be yet another reason for her antics I wonder who she is going to blame when this fantasy blows up in her face)

@betty Saw what you did on bbad and wondered the same thing. did it really happen that way or at all? Maybe Frank was just giving her an offhand compliment since even Pinball Wizard could tell she wants them incessently.
A lot of people think swearing on the bible doesn’t c0unt, and with other people that may be so. but there’s a greater power who takes swearing on the bible seriously The school probably won’t do anything. they prolly won’t waste time on a liar. I remember being taught sin little and sin big. Meaning if you give in to little sins, then eventually you’ll give in to a bigger sin. Doesn’t seem to have stopped Dan.

I guess I would rather see Dan win than anyone else, as he really has been a master of this game and like I said before, he just might be out of a job when he leaves the BB house so he will need the money. 😆

Ian – loved him, but what comes around goes around, bad game!! That is all I have to say about him!

@All: I think tonight’s BB was average. And BBAD the last couple of nights (Rummy, Corn Hole) has been unbearable. I sometimes wonder why I’m still watching this crap and this has been the first season I’ll just erase BBAD episodes without watching or FFwing them. Next season better redeem us all or I may cancel Showtime and just watch the prime time crap. Seems much on TV (I used to like) is now unwatchable as it is all too formulaic.

when is ur bday??? Well, dont fret, I gotta couple years on ya!!! Sure as hell don’t feel my age. Our only child, a daughter 16, was killed a few years ago. Since then I feel like I look older. Doctors put me on a ton of meds, anti-depressants, etc. The anti-depresseant i was on was called Effexor. Worked really well, however it put a whopping 75 pounds on me. Did research and found there are thousands of ppl that also suffered humungous weight gain. Very, very difficult to lose is one of the things I read about. So now Im depressed over my weight. Really sux. My girl was killed in a most horrendous way, she was ran over by a speedboat, operated by her intoxicated friend. You can only imagine the unspeakable injuries my girl endured. Too grusome to write about. Thank God I wasn’t there to see it. She had went camping with her friend and family. I have no idea why I just told you that. I’m sorry. 🙁

@K11 I was totally impressed with your article. I really like stuff like that. You must have spent a lot of hours in research, but you wrote in such a cute sing-songy way that I was interested start to finish. One thing…as an animal lover I was confused by the billy goat reference and the mention of blood. I’m sure it’s a sports related thing and not to be taken literally. Right? Evidently, you have status in the sports writing field, and though I am late to the game (pun intended) I’m almost at groupie level. : ) I appreciate good writing and an interesting story. Thanks for the link. My mind was appropriately boggled! : )
@tomi I was raised Catholic also and know how easy it is to rely on confession to “make things right”. Dan is going to have to spend a day or two in the confessional to even things up.
@sylvie I hope Brit does shave Frank’s head in the jury house! I wondered why he had his hair tied up in a bandana until the comp started and I saw the reason. When that hair gets wet it hangs down in his face all drippy and would interfere with his ability to see. Remember the avacado bath and the chum baths? I was amazed at how much better he looked with the hair hidden.
On BBAD Dani is still trying to rope in Shane. In the bedroom she told him to lay his head on her chest while she was rubbing his back and he said he had a heavy head. He even said he knew he didn’t have a chance with her against Captain America upon entering the game. Don’t you know she ate that up, but even Dani knows he’s just smoozing for her vote. Poor deluded Frank. After he goes thurs. I would love for Jenn and Dan to quickly follow.

@K11 Well now I’m depressed and I’m not sure why. In my last post I mentioned how literally I take things and I don’t understand wht the bluebird stands for. Again, animal lover, I spent most of the poem feeling sorry and scared for the little bluebird. I shouldn’t be allowed near literature! : )

@Patricia: Thank you for the B/R compliment (loved the stats and facts within that article) and don’t be depressed about Bukowski’s bluebird, just be happy he even has one! That’s what the bluebird stands for–a happiness within and a joyful outlook of the world despite the facade of negativity he puts out and which the world sees. Don’t take too much literally sister: the BB House is collection of 14 nimords culled from Facebook and past shows and neglects most of the people who go through the screening process they advertise. They just want stereotypes to fit their phony, formulaic mold and many who have watch forever (like myself) see through the crap….

And art is whatever people want it to be but it is important to remember that the shark in Jaws was a mechanical beast and is not in your suburban swimming pool, Linda Blair (The Exorcist) was not really possessed and Walter White (Breaking Bad) has never killed a single human being or manufactured blue methamphetamine. Art should simple be inspiration. And I’m not sure I would count Big Brother as art.

Here’s episode 21 of Big Brother Australia if anyone wants to give it a look. Have never seen it but after watching for 3 minutes, it looks like they have their own little ‘Ian’ Down Under…

@K11 bluebird of happiness. duh! I wish you had been one of my teacher’s in college. I was called on to say what this one poet was saying, and all I could do was tell it literally and ask why poets don’t just say what they mean and not make people work to understand it. got lots of blank looks. Anyway, what you said about art was great and I’ll save it to a word doc for the next time I don’t understand anything but the literal trans. : ) Thanks for the inspiration and the help! : ) Yeah. Walter White has never killed a human being, but he looks like he could! : )
Ian was talking on BBAD about meeting someone in NO and talking about the UK version of BB. Different and not too interesting.
@aggie27 Wow. You know Sean Penn! For how long? I never even heard of CB until just a couple of days ago and now he’s all over the place. Yea!

@Kev11…..got the point of the poem right off…..I love that kind of free association poetry. I used to write poetry alot like that. Back before life and bills got in the way..lol Ever heard of Mason Williams?? He was hot in the 70’s i think but once I found his I bought all his books. I think he and you would be a good fit!!!;)

@Tomi, you live in Lake Tahoe??? I have been going there since a child every summer. Carried on the tradition with our daughter Lindsey since she was 2. We stayed in North Shore in Agate Bay or Carnielian Bay, forget which one. My uncle had a cabin we used on Sahara Drive. As Lindsey got older, we spent our days on the beach swimming, parasailing, riding the rapids on the Truckee, So awesome. My girl shared the same passion as me for Tahoe, we both thought it was one of, if not the most beautiful spots on earth. Some people are ocean people, I’m a mountain mama!!! I haven’t been able to go back since she was killed. Scared I’ll be thrown right back into grief mode. I really miss it, but it can never be the same.
I heard about the accident in the lake the other day, thankfully no one was seriously hurt but pretty scary.
My daughter was killed at Lake Berryessa. People warned me not to let her go there, that it was krazy dangerous. If only I had listened. She had been going there for a couple years. We were frenz with the family that took her since the kids were in grade school. Marisa’s (killer!) parents alwaz promised Marisa wud never take the boat without her dad being on board. Well she did and my Lindsey’s death was the end result. Lindsey was literally cut in half.
As far as the weight, I have been trying for 2 years. Jenny Craig, HCG diet, diet pills, etc. Nothing works. Need to get off my ass and start working out again!!!! When I was notified by coroner about Lindsey, I was thrown into menopause, so I think that has alot to do with it. Oh well perhaps if I somehow jumpstart my metabolism that would help. Hard to get motivated when I’m so depressed, plus I have rhuemtatiod arthritis. I was a work-out freak b4 linz was killed, then i just didnt care. Now i gotta somehow get back to doing it. Wish me luck, and lemme know where in Tahoe you live, curious!!! Take care sugar. 🙂

Ok, let me get this straight – tammy and tambo are the same person and tomi is her own person. Anyway, I lost one pound a week since April and I’m doing it by cutting my calories and a walking plus a little exercise. I’m not over exerting myself as you can see by only 1 pound a week but slowly it works. Grief is a funny thing and works differently for each of us but menopause, well, that’s the kicker, it helps us all to rolly polly land if we aren’t careful. 😀

@K11, great poem, got it. I have a happy bird too but sometimes he sleeps for days.
@Star, yes I remember, you mentioned Dr. Drew rehab first! They liked it so used it too.
@Aggie & K11, Sean Penn and his mother lived down the street from my parents. His mom is a really nice person, him, not so much! Arrogant is the word I would use but he’s helped a lot in Haiti so he’s got a lot of good too. One of the best actors though for sure!
@Patricia, you take things so literally is hilarious. Me too occasionally, and it gets me in a world of trouble. LOL
