Last night’s Big Brother show gave us the opportunity to watch the goings on during the double eviction. When Dan won the HOH, he immediately targeted Ian. Everyone was on board to get Ian out of the house, but as we know, Ian won the POV. Dan then wanted to evict Shane, but Shane’s stalker Danielle talked Dan out of it. Dan ended up replacing Ian with Danielle so that Joe would be voted out of the house.
So now this whole game comes down to what is Ian thinking. Ian knows that Dan put him on the block. I don’t think he was convinced he was on the block as a pawn. Ian also clearly saw that Dan protected Jenn by not putting her up against Joe.
I think we have all come to believe that Shane is just hanging out in the BB house with very little game play. That could be true, but even though he doesn’t seem to “love” Danielle, he still has her caught in his net. She saved him during the double eviction. Could this be his plan or is it just dumb luck?
Danielle will very soon have to choose which of her alliance she really trusts. Will she stick with Shane or will she follow behind Dan? From a non-game standpoint, who would you choose? Yep, you betcha…Shane.
Of all the house guests, Jenn seems to be the most clearheaded. She sees that Dan is manipulating the game. Of course, she’s helpless to fight against him.
What can I possibly say about Dan? He is the consummate BB player. Don’t forget that none of the HG’s that vote on jury will see how Dan manipulated everyone until after the game ends. He definitely would be on the “evil” team in a good versus evil show. When he threatened Ian before the vote that he would “rip his head off”, Ian should have heard alarms ringing in his head.
We were able to see the HOH competition on the TV show last night also. This competition involved knowing what day certain things happened. Yep, this was a no-brainer for our photographic memory man Ian, but there was a catch. Instead of writing the number down, the HG’s had to roll a ball into the correct slot. Fortunately for Ian, he was pretty good at this. The winner of the HOH came down to either Ian or Shane, with Ian winning. After watching the whole show, I would have rather seen Shane win this HOH. He definitely would have gone after his buddy Dan because Danielle told him that Dan wanted to target him during the double eviction.
As mentioned in my previous blog, Dan talks Ian out of putting him onto the block. Instead, Ian nominates Jenn and Shane. He tells them that the Veto will decide all, which is pretty much true.
We also know from the previous spoiler that Shane wins the POV and will pull himself off the block. This is Ian’s chance to get rid of his biggest competitor and backdoor Dan. If he doesn’t get that accomplished this week, I’m thinking that Dan is going to walk away with the money once again. I’m pretty sure that Shane would vote Dan out so even if Danielle doesn’t vote for Dan to be evicted, the final vote would be up to Ian. Ian will win Big Brother if he gets Dan out of the house on Thursday.
IMO, if Ian does not put Dan on the block, he doesn’t deserve to win Big Brother. It’s do or die Ian…please don’t let us down!

I hope Ian is pulling production’s leg in the diary room by saying he wants to protect dan so he can surprise everyone by getting dan out. The HG tell production too much and it gives them the opportunity to cater the comps to suite certain players. The HGs need to start keeping production in the dark for a fair game of BB

I think Dan against anyone in the end that person will win, Frank has probably turned the jury on Dan, I don’t think his chances of winning again are very good, even if Ian did take dan, he could probably beat him. Dan knows this, he doesn’t want to be next to Ian. I think all those people there now could beat Dan in the end, he has burned too many bridges.

Dan is definitely playing a good game. He has the whole house convinced he is with them and that is going to either take him to the end or get him kicked out. If everyone finds out all of his alliances, they will for sure try to get him out next. I missed the nomination ceremony last night, so this morning I made sure to watch it on my Hopper with the Auto Hop feature. It automatically skips the commercials for me, so I got ready for work while watching it. The Auto Hop feature saves me time, so I had a chance to grab coffee on my way to work at Dish. I personally love Dan and I think he is playing the game perfect. I hope he is in the final two and I know he will definitely take Danielle with him.

Hey The Mortgage Doctor, I believe there was some kind of luxury comp……spoiler alert. Shane won and took Dani to an event dealing with the U.S.A. Olympic Gymnastics team. The got to meet the Girls Team and chat for a few minutes. Dani just went on and on how the team was SO EXCITED to meet HER! Also the ENTIRE arena knew who she and Shane were and people were shouting their names! Dani gets under my skin. I liked her in the beginning, but now she just can’t get enough of herself. I would like to see her go, but I think Jen is next. She really has not done anything but be a floater! But, she is more worthy in my eyes then the southern belle PRINCESS DANI. All from Showtime afterdark!

I love Dan but agree he needs to go…I feel like Ian is letting his fan obsession get to him and I think he wants to be up against Dan in final two…Ian will win no matter who he is against in final 2 but if he doesn’t get Dan out he may not make it to final two. I cannot stand Ian. At first I thought he was just playing nervous to get to his competitors but now I am convinced that he has ADHD with underlying psychotic behavior. I thought when Frank was on the block that he should have gone to the Quack Pack and told them that Dan threw them under the bus which may have been the only chance he had to survive but he didn’t. He just trusted people too much. I can’t believe they are so stupid to not see what Dan is doing. He has a final 2 with everybody. Since Shane and Jenn are on the block with Jenn being the target, I expect to see Dan go to the end. The only way I think he will lose is if he is against Ian. And honestly I can’t stand that little twerp worse than I can’t stand Dan.

To hpr56: I totally agree with you regarding Ian. I am NOT an Ian fan at all!!! I would love to see what he would do if they removed the hammock & he couldn’t swing anymore. I do not think he should have even been on BB14 due to his condition and refusing to take medication to even his psycotic behavior. If he were a diabetic he would take meds, same thing. If I were in that house with him I would be a nervous wreck around him, even now whenever I see him swinging and rocking I fast forward, can’t stand to watch him. He is a dirty little twerp and his ego comes to the top every once in awhile. God forbid if he wins this thing you won’t be able to be around him for all the boasting he will be doing. we don’t know what’s going on w Ian medically, but all these reality show have medical releases and a set medic nearby it’s the law not only for the players but also for the production team.
I Ian was in danger production would have to interfere or thy would get sued later.

I don’t like the fact that they bring players back from previous seasons, but Dan is a great manipulator and I think he deserves to win. I think Shane and Jenn need to go, but even as floaters, they have made it this far. Danielle: the girl drives me crazy. She is sooo immature. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed seeing Rachel last night. Seeing poor Ian’s facial expressions had me rolling on the floor with laughter – especially when she told him he should “straddle-gize”. I thought the poor kid was going to get sick, but the look on his face was PRICELESS!
Whether you like Ian or not, you have to agree that he has made this season interesting. He is not my favorite to win, but he is does, I will be happy for him!

This is my first post of the season, I can’t believe it! LOL!! I wasn’t going to watch BB after I boycotted it last season when they brought back Rachel! However, I am a die hard fan and just can’t stay away. Although I didn’t start watching until the reset.

Bigbubba…I too have noticed how much Danielle is eating (Miss Piggy). I can’t believe she was ever anorexic! I too would like to see Ian put Danielle up and then see Dan and Ian vote her out, but I don’t believe that will happen. Dan needs Danielle in the final 2, if he wants to win. He might have a chance against Shane, but he won’t win against Ian.

Ian knows that he can’t play in the next HOH, so he is probably thinking that this was the best thing to do without upsetting the apple cart. I think he definitely feels that if he makes it to the final 2 with any of the remaining house guests, he will win and that is probably true. I am not sure, but don’t you think if Dan did go up Shane and Danielle would save him? I fell asleep during BBAD last night so I don’t know if Shane and Danielle are thinking about backstabbing Dan.

@hpr56 I just think unless you knoe someone’s diagnosis that is insensitive. My 5 1/2 year old son has alk the characteristics Ian has and he’s not psychotic by any means. He’s Autistic. It is so hard for our families ti get any respect in the typical world because people who know nothing abour neurological issues come up with their own diagnosis and label our kids because they are different. My nephew is Psychotic and that is not a label to toss lightly. Ian does not have psychotic traits. I don’t know Ian’s medical history but I do know many people who are afraid to get their kids diagnosed be because of this exact reason. I am not going to explain anything further I’d rather as this subject is way to personal for me to deal with on a blog

Jane, lighten up. Actually, I have worked with individuals with various mental issues and many of his behaviors could be placed in the psychotic realm. There is more than one type of psychosis. Watching BBAD back today it seemed Shane and Danielle were so quick to say the “Kellogg’s….” and almost hold the boxes up towards the camera. I wonder if some kind of deal was cut (product placement, name brand) where that was the done but we all know we’ll never know. Maybe I’m being overly paranoid but BBUK had a hair product line as a sponsor and would often do shots from the bathroom focusing and that’s sponsors products. After this BB14, I’m actually looking forward to Big Brother Canada (first season) but am prepared to be let down.
@aggie: Pink Floyd is the Pablo Picasso of music. Their music will still be relevant 100 years from now and I am constantly amazed at the artistic quality and underlying themes within. Hpr – Ok, my mother just passed away from Alzheimer’s so I mistyped. I don’t think there’s a term such as high functioning Alzheimers. I, of course, meant high functioning Autism. We remark about people all the time but Ian is a special needs case and doesn’t need ignorant comments without knowing the entire situation and then patti saying he wouldn’t take his meds like he was dangerous or something. They recommend meds and a lot of parents refuse them for their children and the children continue without them when they become adults, so go read a book about it. They don’t have to take them like a diabetic does Patti. The whole thing reeks of ignorance and would take a book to explain to you dolts the whys and wherefores of this disorder!
As I said before, you have already offended so many on this blog and then you jumped at Jane so rudely who has been on this blog forever with so many of us.

Joyce – I didn’t understand bringing up Dan already winning money before either. Dan obviously knows how to manipulate people. He lies with no remorse while swearing on the Bible, his dead Grandfather’s necklace and his wife that every lie is the truth. His morals and ethics are nowhere to be found. I know playing this game is being able to lie but I can only compare Dan with a thief. He’s the one that would borrow something with no intentions of returning it. Matt did it too when he said his wife had cancer or some deadly disease. That is just going way too far.
As for Ian, he probably has a better chance of winning against Dan. Jenn and Danielle are not disliked by anyone and the votes could go either way.

@SF….you mentioned me in comment #81. Wht did you leave up to me and who did I say you were being nasty to???? I think I am getting that all this is about Ian being Autistic and those with loved ones having it are being protective. Understandable. However…..despite what y’all may know about Autism and those with it you have expereienced, from Ian’s OWN lips to Dan..which I witnessed……he has only owned up to having ADHD. None of us on here are doctors and as we comment and speculate on all the HGs personalities , bad chocies bad tastes, sexual preferences,etc….all of this medical discussion is bascially no more or less than any other speculation of any other HG. And when it’s not a child or medical, we can be quite ruthless!!! I hope I in no way added to the fire and if I did I apologize!!! I actually really like Ian and hope he goes far and I was even thinking that if I was a girl his age and he asked me out, and I knew his persomality, I’d prolly go!!! I don’t think anything about him is off-putting!!! Seriously…..it’s a BLOG people!! It’s supposed to be a place of entertaimment, someplace to meet people with the same obsessions for BB and a place to share our opinion. I believe it’s 1 in 36 boys (that’s off the top of my head, I’d have to check my notes). That is the reason I am taking a break, I am an advocate and I have better things to do with my time than educate someone who has absolutely no compassion. Most people with a Special Needs background would have known SF meant Aspergers, not Alzheimers. I don’t have a problem with you mentioning certain things that may go to different diagnosis with Ian. I am a Peace Corps Brat… I love different opinions & different ideas. What I have a problem with is your blatent rudeness and disrespect. It begun several nights ago when you were harsh and sarcastic about Ians rocking on the hammock. So my reply was to comment back in a relateable way hopefully opening you up to seeing the reasoning behind it. I believe I told you about a comparable story of my son running in circles around me clicking his tongue. I also explained how he was a lot like Ian… etc. You’d think at that point you’d show some compassion to stop bashing Ian for situations beyond his control. Your rude. Period. I am taking a few days off not because I’m “weird” or not “regular”, it’s because I have a low tolerance for ignorance. In the meantime, since your into medically diagnosing people, swing by the doctor and see how you fit into these labels….Narcisstic & Sociopath. Goodbye.

1st, I want to say, I don’t want to offend anyone here. But I have close relitives with Aspergers and also with mental retardation and b4 anyone says that’s insenstive..its not..that’s what dr. Call it. While Ian may rock ALOT or walk on his toes is not a diagnoisis of Aspergers.it could well be just what he says ADHD. My daughter has this and WOW… she has alot of pent up energy. Remember Ians lack of social skills could be in the way he was raised and HE IS 21 YEARS OLD. Its a fact boys mature at a slower rate than girls. This is also why maybe he has hitched his wagon to Dan.

@Bobo: No, it was perfect (your post) man. I always love it when people reveal Truths about themselves here as it helps paint a better picture of who they/we are and what we’ve been through.
Most blogs and much of Twitter is full of young ruffians posing as something else, trashing others knowing they can hide behind their anonymity. When mysterious people trash others on sites or Twitter they’re called “trolls” and I have always believed it’s best to be responsible for one’s actions, be it here or in the real world. For me, the Truth is all that matters in the end.
As far as what you say about Ian, I agree. Nobody knows but him and I feel this experience will help him in the end and feel he has grown as a human. Can’t be easy going on a huge TV show admitting you’re socially awkward and a virgin but I like how the HGs have somewhat rallied around him. He thinks he’s mean on the inside but who really knows what he’s like in real Life? Just wish he would have the same sharp edge towards Dan as he did with Boogie but seems Dan’s “mist” has him brainwashed. If he somehow can win this, many here will absolutely love him for it and he may be a more deserving winner in the end than Rachel, Hayden, Jordan, Dan and Adam as he will have to overcome players who have played before (Coaches) as well as the horrible monthlong free pass the Coaches received. The competition (Kara, JoJo, Jenn, Joe and Danielle) may be worse than BB9-BB13 but winning as a smaller human being would be very admirable to me.
I’m still pulling for him and Shane and like some, feel Dan has no chance in the Jury unless it’s head-to-head against Dani. I feel like in that one season of Survivor when everyone voted against Russell Hantz for personal reasons, this Jury may be so anti-Dan that the guy have no chance after lying to so many of them straight to their face. I know it’s a part of the game (lying), but the way he did it so blatantly can’t be sitting well with Jurors like Frank, Britney, Joe and whoever else may end up there. The freakiest thing IMO, is if Dani beats Dan in the end and then we all wonder what to think about this crazy girl. Hope her “date” with Shane last night helps his cause but he (as well as her) need to do more talking about Dan’s relationship with them with each other.

I guess Ian is not as smart as he thinks he is, He knows so much about BB, I don’t understand why he wouldn’t want to backdoor Dan. I hope he can at least hang in there. Shane, Dani and followed by Jenn – how stupid can you three be? Shane and Dani, you’re trusting Dan who’s flipped from side to side to side through this whole game to take side with him agains Ian who has been totally loyal to your alliance since it formed. Shane, holy crap, dude, Dani told you Dan wanted to put you on the block – shake out all that saw dust from cutting down trees in Vermont and do some thinking! Jenn, you’ve seen Dan backstab Mike and Frank – you know you’re probably not going to make it to the end unless you pull of some big wins – freaking tell Ian and expose Dan for trying to get him out to save yourself for at least another week… and who knows, maybe Ian, after finding out Shane and Dani were going to try and backstab him with Dan, might side with you. This season has seen some of the greatest moves and some of the best players, but unfortunately, the floaters seem to be really, really, really, um, stupid.

Ian is smart, but he doesn’t have enough life experience to tell when someone is playing him. Too sad. It would have been better had he waited a few more years to play this game. Keep on hating Dan all you guys want. He’s doing whatever it takes to make it to the end. He’s got his “mist” in full effect. Even when he totally paints himself into a corner he somehow charms all his little puppets and pulls those strings. He’s got everyone figured out and knows just what to say or do to get what he wants done. Even Dr. Will and Evel Dick would be in awe of Dan this year. You may not care for his tactics, but its about winning. Its not real life.
As far as Ian goes, some of you need to lighten up a bit on him, too. He’s a good kid with what appears to be some mild Autistic tendencies. But to go along with those “ticks”, he is extremely intelligent and a pretty nice kid. He explained to Dan that he only feels comfortable when he’s moving, hence the swinging on the hammock or the continuous rocking in a chair. If that’s the kids downfalls, so what. He’s living his dream and enjoying every minute of it. Not many can say that in their entire life, much less at 21 years old. I’m happy for him and glad he made it this far.
Always been a Dan fan since BB10 so I’m still pulling for him to win. But if the puppets wise up and get him out, which doesn’t look like the case, I hope Ian takes it home.
Last thing…I’ve been an avid reader of this blog for at least a few years. I used to post much more in the past but I rarely do now. I always read to see the spoilers and what not. Lately there seem to be a lot fellow posters attacking each other (more than I remember anyway). We all have opinions. We all have our favorite players (or posters). But more important, we all LOVE BIG BROTHER. I’m just saying, lighten up a bit. The internet is full of hate. Does it have to be here too?

@Snakebit Sal: Thanks brother. No wonder I couldn’t find it in the story! Will edit it. I love the Steelers and the devotion their fans have to their team. Wherever they play on the road, like half the crowd is Steelers fans. Saw them play at Phoenix against the Cardinals a couple years back. Was crazy. Heard Big Ben has committed to being at the birth of his child if there’s a game when it’s born. Smart man. Not sure what to make of them after yesterday. Tough being in the same division as Ravens and one of sport’s best rivalries. Thanks for the compliment man. That story took a whole weekend (Memorial Day) and about 24 hours to put together. Much research and cross checking if they were REALLY Steelers fans as well as finding the photos as non-athlets aren’t in the B/R database.
One cool thing was that on the Scott Ferrall Show (slide #5 or so), the largest sports radio show in America (Sirius 101), Ferrall talked about it (my story) for 25 minutes, mentioned my name, the B/R website (first time I’ve ever hear it in media and the head B/R honcho, King Kaufmann, re-tweeted my story) and said how much he liked it. That was pretty cool. Loved that Sinatra and Elvis even had connections.
@Cynthia: I think that picture was from 2000 (many hairs, brain cells and years ago now) and I look more like this dude: ☺ Or maybe him: 🙂 The kids are my niece Anastasia (now graduated from Columbia) and nephew David and they grew up in Asuncion, Paraguay where their dad was once a musical star and their other uncle in politics. I don’t take many pictures (have never had a cellphone) but need to get one to capture all the freakiness in Las Vegas as well as get some pictures of my cat and muse, Saki’. She has truly saved my Life since injuring my spinal cord while writing a story about a girl on a Make-A-Wish ride in the desert in October or November 2008. Ruptured L3 and L4 but too tough (or dumb) to claim disability or get a lawyer. Use a cane sometimes at night and in the morning when it’s real bad. Honestly, this blog and the great people here have helped me much psychologically and I can’t tell you how much I missed it during BB12 and BB13. I could just hear you guys bashing Rachel. 😉 I owe much to this Blog and thank people like JT, mama margie, Star, starfish, princess, AC, Sal (luv2shoot), frannie and aggie, among others for helping me through it all.
All you guys, my best friend Eric (Steelers fan who gave me this computer), my Mom and my cat have helped me through an incredibly tough period but I feel it’s in the past (though still have pain issues) and will churn forward as I’m sure all of you would do. We’re a very tough and resilient bunch, us here as well as most Americans. George Washington is proof: surrounded, out-manned, starving and certainly doomed he found a way to win and that speaks volumes about our nature. We never give up and I certainly won’t.

I watch ED’s ‘Dick At Nite’ and he does have respect for Dan’s game and lauded that big “Fake Funeral” move but, like me, thinks it blows (and it’s not Dan’s fault) that the Coaches were given a month-long free pass and that us hardcore fans were “duped.” Love your “But more important, we all LOVE BIG BROTHER. Everyone has their own Life experiences and thinks their the be-all, end-all but in the end, we’re all talking about the same thing basically with different words and need to remember it’s just a TV reality show in a fake House in a studio in Los Angeles. Our own lives and problems are way more important than whether we love or hate Dan or Ian. People like Evel Dick and Dr. Will get that context and I echo your sentiments. There are things way more important than a TV show. Respect.

Also glad that you put the schedule down for the next few days as I had forgotten the order and tht the feeds would be off..and then tht daytime BBAD. That always SUCKS!!!! I also see things going down the samw way you do. The last 2 weeks are kind of like being at war or being a cop I think. Long periods of boredom followed by quick spurts of pure adrenelin!!

I’m so not good at catch up so I’ll just start here. Two days ago Danielle was talking to Jenn on the couch in the bathroom about how annoyed she was with Shane for following her around like a little puppy and how she just wanted to be friends with him and nothing else. She asked Jenn’s opinion and she said Dani should have started leading shane toward friendship earlier in the game. THEN…Shane and Dani go for an evening out. Dani tries to kiss him a couple of times (on the cheek), and when they got back and changed clothes and started drinking, shane mentioned he didn’t want to drink unless Dani was drinking. She said she didn’t know Shane was wanting to drink with her. All of a sudden, she’s back in love. Tonight on BBAD she said on the outing she felt like Shane was part of her real life and that she only feels secure when he’s laying next to her.
Birthday wishes and prayers and good thoughts wherever they apply. I mean it sincerely!

Suspicions have been raised. Frank’s interview with Jeff Schroeder is no longer on the Big Brother 14 web site and Big Brother fans far and wide have been trying to figure out the deeper meaning. Has Frank Left the game?

Okay – this is my first time posting on here. I must say I’m a little surprised at some hostility I’ve seen between posters. Ian is a strange person. I personally hope he is voted out ASAP. Starfish and Jane, you accused hpr56 of being mean and attacking but I’m sorry I saw it the other way around. You took personal feelings and turned them around at someone who was not attacking anyone nor blaming Ian for his behavior. His behavior is bad. It is almost scary. I’m sure his mother will not be happy with his language either. I think he deserved to be on BB because of his love of the game and he has done some good things but he is scary in some other ways. And you two, this has nothing to do with autism nor did Hpr say it did. Please quit being so ridiculous and picking on someone because you are touchy. And Starfish, I know for a fact from what I have seen that HPR has been on here for more than 2 years. I have gone back because I honestly was afraid to post on here in case someone didn’t like what I said. Dan is playing the game. Totally different from how he did before but still playing but in a new way. Those of you who don’t like the fact he swore on the bible, his wedding ring, etc., you need to chill. Everybody doesn’t take those swearings as serious as some of you do. For some people it’s like pinky promises. Some people do not believe in the bible at all. It’s a GAME. I question that the best person will win because I honestly don’t think there is one in there. It’s more like a matter of luck for the people who are left.

Along story on how this cat adopted our family! Her name is Patience. My Grand Daughter was a young girl & we had been watching her for the day, she said the cat followed her back to our house! RIGHT! She was holding her 😆
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WE told her maybe someone might be looking for her so we went around to all our neighbors, this cat walked right along with us, but no one calmed her! We put some food out side for her & told my son to keep an eye out for this stray …. We had a trip planned to go to my VFW week long convention in Wild Wood NJ, When we came back home this little cat was on our deck just sitting there waiting ❗ My wife opened the sliding door and she came right in and sat at my feet, So that is how she got her name ♥
The Vet told us she was young And a Main Coon Cat… Still with us after all these years……………… My Grand Daughter was only 5 at the time, she is going to be 16 this X-Mas eve!…………

Ad I see it outcome of the votes:
■Shane votes to EVICT: Jenn
■Dan votes to EVICT: Jenn
***As the Head of HouseHold IAN will break the tie should the votes be split. (Not likely)*** bye bye jenn
so guess my prediction: Ian, Dan, Danielle and Shane are the final 4 house guests.
Next the 4 remaining hgs will battle it out in the HOH competition.
This is an important HOH competition to win as it secures that house guest a spot in the final 3 and also allows that person to compete in the next HOH competition.
As hoh this person holds an huge advantage as they can choose who they want up on the block and who they want to go into the final 3 PART HOH competition.
This hoh also has a lot of bargaining power to influence the remaining house guests and the game to their benefit. (can u say dan)
All of the house guests then battle it out in the Power of Veto competition. Should one of the nominees win the Veto they will use it to take themselves off and the only other eligible house guest will be nominated by default.
Then the remaining house guest that is not HOH and not on the block will then cast the deciding vote to evict one of the nominees on the block.
This person holds an enormous amount of power as they ultimately decide who is in the final 3.
The nominations,
Power of Veto competition and
POV ceremony will all happen sometime before Thursdays episode.
On Thursday (September 13, 2012), the final POV winner will cast the deciding vote and the final 3 house guests will move on to the first of the 3 part hoh competition to determine the final Head of Household.
Typically the first part HOH is an endurance,( i see danielle winning this)
the second part HOH is a Skill, (if dan uses his skill as spraying his mist this one is his)
and the third part is a mental/Quiz HOH Competition. (guess my $ is on ian getting this one)
so at this point who knows?????
One week from tomorrow the FINALE Episode will air, where the winner of Big Brother 14 will be crowned!

@Bobo, the best pets r ones that choose us. What a great memory. My husband and I were married and he was stationed at Ft Stewart Ga. We were in guest housing and this pup with the biggest ears showed up on our doorstep while he was at work. I looked for the owners. I had him in the house and my husband walked in..the dog looked at him and pee’d all over the floor. He was a keeper. Turned out to be one of the best dogs. That was 27 years ago.

Thanks Tomi and mm. I agree that it is a crazy year and I would be surprised to see Shane but then who the heck knows this year. I’m just not impressed with the ones that are left. Dan has played soooo different than he did when he won it all. But he came in as a coach which made it a different type of game. It has been so confusing. I guess we will all see soon. They haven’t shown the houseguests in the jury house this year either. We usually see them entering and watching the video. Hmmmmm. Wonder if they will tell them that all but Boogie pushed the reset button. Have a good night and thanks for the insight and answers.

@bobo, hang in there. I too have health problem and today is a better day for me. So I can some what understand. I read u have fibro. Its a horriable problem I too have fibro among other things. Meds don’t work. So working isn’t an option for me. Joining this blog gives me something to look forward to.

@ mmMargie so guess my prediction: Ian, Dan, Danielle and Shane are the final 4 house guests.
Next the 4 remaining hgs will battle it out in the HOH competition.Only 3 play (Ian sits out)This is an important HOH competition to win as it secures that house guest a spot in the final 3 and also allows that person to compete in the next HOH competition.
As hoh this person holds an huge advantage as they can choose who they want up on the block and who they want to go into the final 3 PART HOH competition.
This hoh also has a lot of bargaining power to influence the remaining house guests and the game to their benefit. (can u say dan)
All of the house guests then battle it out in the Power of Veto competition. Should one of the nominees win the Veto they will use it to take themselves off and the only other eligible house guest will be nominated by default.
Then the remaining house guest that is not HOH and not on the block will then cast the deciding vote to evict one of the nominees on the block.
This person holds an enormous amount of power as they ultimately decide who is in the final 3.
The nominations,
Power of Veto competition and
POV ceremony will all happen sometime before Thursdays episode.
On Thursday (September 13, 2012), the final POV winner will cast the deciding vote and the final 3 house guests will move on to the first of the 3 part hoh competition to determine the final Head of Household.
Typically the first part HOH is an endurance,( i see danielle winning this)
the second part HOH is a Skill, (if dan uses his skill as spraying his mist this one is his)
and the third part is a mental/Quiz HOH Competition. (guess my $ is on ian getting this one)
so at this point who knows?????

I feel very strongly about this and people like you make me so happy! I have 3 rescues. In my town you are only allowed 4 dogs. I have a shepherd mix, pit bull mix and chocolate lab mix. I also have a 20 year old cat (foundling) who thinks the number of dogs one has should never exceed zero. He keeps the dogs in line. I just take what God sends me so I’m waiting for the next one. I have an acre so I can support more than 4 dogs so may have to slip one by on them! : )

I really like this blog to find out what’s going on on the LF and to hear everyone’s different strategies but some of you are really nasty. The name calling and making fun of characteristics is really unbecoming. Just say you don’t like them or they make you nervous or something general.
