Keith, The Milkman, Is First, Or Should I Say Second? Out The Door

Sorry I didn’t get the chance to write the blog yesterday. Just to let you know, in May, my husband was laid off from his job that he held for 34 years! He’s a distribution center manager (warehouses)…so if you here of anything, give me a holler. Why am I telling you this? Well, sometimes I just can’t get my act together to write the blog. That’s what happened last night.

I’m sure there’s no one out there that doesn’t know what happened at the Veto competition or after, but I’ll quickly summarize. The veto competition included Brendan and Rachel, Keith and Porsche and Jeff and Jordan. Keith and Porsche were both trying to throw the Veto because they both think the other would be voted off tonight. I’m not sure if Jeff and Jordan were trying their best to win, but frankly they sucked! That resulted in Brendan and Rachel winning the Veto competition easily. Rachel kept the nominations the same and so tonight (it’s only 6:39 p.m. in California) either Keith or Porsche will be the first to leave Big Brother.

To be continued after the show…Evel Dick was given the opportunity to talk to the HG’s during the live show. Danielle’s face was interesting, wasn’t it? I don’t really agree with people living their private lives on national TV, but it’s their choice. Julie backed Dani into a corner, but then backed off when Danielle was visibly uncomfortable.

Keith has the unfortunate distinction of being the first HG voted out of the house. The vote was 6 to 4. Kalia, Shelly and Adam voted with the veteran players leaving Dom, Cassie and Lawon hanging out to dry. When Julie interviewed Keith, he was very shocked that he was “played” by the house. The house guests goodbye messages to Keith were fun, especially Lawon and Porsche.

The HOH competition was mini-golf. Julie said that Rachel picked names for the order of the contestants and I (suppose?) that it worked out that all the newbies golfed before the veterans. At the end of the newbies turns, Dominic and Kalia were tied with a 6. Jordan was the first of the veterans to golf. She scored a 3. Jeff and Brendan promptly threw the competition to give Jordan the win. This makes the second week with the veterans clearly in charge and Dominic’s face spoke volumes. He and Cassie are especially in trouble this next week.

I very rarely watch Big Brother After Dark, but every now and then I’ll fast forward through parts of it. I happened to catch the part where the HG’s were playing “Big Booty”. They showed a minute or two of that on tonight’s live show. Brendan’s expressions while playing that game are priceless. He’s like a five-year-old at Disneyland. If you get a chance, check that out. You should definitely get a laugh or two out of it.

IDK about the feeds. Work and life in general are really harshin my BB time! 😮 I really have no clue what is going on from Sunday night til now. Like I said earlier though.. I did enjoy being somewhat surprised at a couple votes again.

I was thinking when Jordan won HOH that their best move would be to put up Adam & Dom…. looks like they are on the same page and discussing that now. I do think that is who they will nominate.

A couple things I missed watching tonight’s episode the first time.

Rachel picked the order that they went in the HOH comp. Usually it is random draw.. so i wasn’t listening to that. I have to say it was a smart order.. a bit of a no-brainer.. but still. Make Dom go first so he wouldn’t know what he had to get.. then let the other newbies go next.. and the 3 vets go last so they would know what they needed to win.

I also was surprised that Julie said she thought it was Jordan’s first HOH ever??? Huh? Jordan won HOH twice in BB11… and wouldn’t have even won if she hadn’t won final HOH.

Keith made some enemies for sure… and was WAY over-confident. But I thought he did a good job on his interview.. he admitted his mistakes and handled it well.

Dom is the key to keeping the newbies together. He could make it interesting. I don’t see Cassi, Adam, Lawon, and Kalia having much common ground…. Dom sorta links the whole group together.

If the vets can get rid of him… others may jump ship.

1st, since I wasn’t on ear;ier, let me give a big WOOHOO that Keith is O U T!! want an annoying player!! too much too soon and too whiney!! i do agree tht he was actually rather classy in talking to Julie…he could have been alot more biter and he rather surprised me that he wasn’t!!

I caught that too tht Julie said this was Jordo’s 1st HOH. Is she new here??lol Course ED sid he was the only former WINNER of BB in the house….Jordo is too nice and too quiet. She kinda fades into the background and everybody’s minds..lol

I said in my last post that Dom gets along with everybody. He’s a flirt , a lil bro and a guy’s guy..a real chamealeon! My 1st thought tonite was tht Dom and Adam will be the next to go up, but I think they will keep Dom cuz he IS so likeable and conversely, Adam is NOT!! And I’d like to see Dom stay too as I think he had alot of potential, but actually if they were smart, they woul;d get rid of him while they could!!

I didn’t like Porsche right off the bat but now I’m kind of reserving judgement. I really DON’T like Cassie at all and I’m not a guy so her suppose HOTNESS had no effect on my opinion..lol

BTW JT….emailed franks, trying to get the crew back together and he said he is having a problem gertting into BB this year. I think we can all relate a little!! Wasn’t even watching much BBAD…ditto!! But he would pop over eventually.

I also haven’t been keeping tabs as much as usual. Not sure i f I am not liking the HGs or if I’m just bored with the format!! But something feels less than exciting this year!

BBBlogger: Sorry to hear about your husband being laid off in May after working there for 34 years. I feel your pain. 🙁 I went through something similar about 24 years ago. It’s not easy, especially in todays financial climate. I hope he finds something soon.

For some reason I have a hard time getting into BB this year. I don’t know what the reason is, but something seems to be missing. Oh don’t get me wrong, I still watch the show, but I think I have only watched about 2 hours of BBAD.

Hi star. The vets were talking at the beginning of bbad about putting up Dom n Adam. And sending home Dom. But we know how quickly things change in the bb house. I do like Cassy sort of. She doesn’t irritate me like others do.

hey Stra! It’s not that I don’t like this season.. for me it’s just a lack of free time from Sunday through Thursday night… and that is where a lot of decisions are made that I miss. I wish I could watch as closely as last year.

I like seeing the past HGs and newbies… even though I haven’t found a newbie to root for.

I don’t not like it either……actually glad the vets are there tho or I might HATE it..lol Actually the new HGs aren’t all that bad. Keith was the only one that got on my nerves!!! I guess it is just that I am busier than last year too and just not making BB a priority. I watch the shows and blog when I have time and that is about all I am doing.

And I would hate to see Dom go home because he is the newbie i would probably root for.

Do we really need to listen to Brenchel argue about her boobs??? UGH!! They fight constantly!!! And as far as I can see, it’s usually Brendon. He is so petty and jealous and ALWAYS has to have control!! Rachel may be stronger in the game and life but she does give in to him alot. WUS!! Stand up to him. ahhhh…if you’re going to do a blog about BB13 maybe you would want to actually watch the show….Adam DID NOT vote with the vets but with the newbies and Rachel picked the order for HOH NOT a ramdom pick.

I heard Julie say that Rachel picked the order of the HOH, but being a “fair” type of person, I assumed that she meant from a hat or something. Yes, it does make sense that Rachel would put the house guests in that particular order and yes, I think BB producers are slanting this whole season towards the veterans.

Glad to see Keith gone!!! I don’t have much of a real feel for most of the newbies, but I don’t trust Dom or Adam. I believe these two will cause the most chaos in the house. I can’t put my finger on why I don’t like them, I just feel an uneasiness come over me when they talk. It would not be the first time that I am wrong about judging people on BB and may change my mind down the line.

Brendon took the academy award for making such a fool out of himself last night! I wish he would grow up and show everyone that he has a pair!!! OMG I had forgotten what a total wuss he is. I would like to see him gone before Rach-ho!! (Who said that? ME!! – 😆 )

I do like Shelly, Lawon makes me laugh and I think I am also going to like Kalie, but it is too soon to tell. I think Cassi will overplay her hand and I see her causing a lot of trouble in the BB house. Porche seems the type to ride on the coattails of others.

Sweet Jordan winning HOH was so good to see. She hasn’t a brain in her head, but you just can’t help liking her. Jeff throwing the HOH was typical, though it did make me wonder if he could have really beaten Jordan in that competition.

I am getting use to Danielle’s dark hair and I am liking it better. I still miss Dirty Dick and was so disappointed to hear that he will not be back.

First order of business, BB-Blogger: Have your husband go online and goggle FedEx Jobs as there are jobs openings for people with his background. Best of luck to you and your family.

On to BB – the best move for the veterans is to takeout Dom as he is the key to helping the newbies progress in the game. But if he is not voted out he then gets free pass and will be somewhat of a problem. However, he will not be able play for HOH or POV which would be a plus. Jeff is the strengh of the Vets.

On another note, Idisagree with many on this site as Porsche is hot and not as dumb as you think. As for Jordan, she is a sweetheart and hot.

Also, I was glad the Dick was off of BB, sorry not a fan…

Hi everyone! I dont know who Im rooting for yet. I was a rachel and brendan fan, but not so sure if I like them anymore. Jeff really is a smart one. I really hate Cassie. I liked Adam at first because he is a metalhead like me, but he is kind of annoying and it seems like everyone is playing the game way too hard in the first week. I have been watching BBAD every night. usually I wait until later in the season, But of course the veterans are on and much more interesting. I use to like to watch the budding romances on this show, not sure if I like the old “married” couples. Did you see on BBAD howJeff was forced to propose to Jordan during “big Booty” game? Jordan was so embarrassed. I thought they were already engaged for some reason.
Yes, they really need to get rid of Dom and Cassie. Shelly seems to be the most likeable.I am SAD Evel Dick is gone. I wonder if we will ever find out the real reason he left. It all seems so staged.It seems kind of unfair that danielle got the key for doing nothing.I really like danielle now tho.

Good morning…my sleep hours are adjusted due to watching live feed.. have to catch some zzz’s when HGs are asleep.
Sorry to see that the feeds aren’t doing so well this year. Contacted support and they said they would work on it. At times the feed repeats itself over and over. Other times it runs well.
Anyone else tired of listening to Kalia? Sometimes she’s speaking and there is no one around. Does she just like to hear the sound of her own voice?
Hoping the newbies get more interesting…there are some good moments that are intertaining..but other times it just drags.
We get more “theme music” today since they’ll be doing the food challenge. Wish they could come up with some new notes for it.
Oh….btw….Hoosier here…to my neighboring Michiganders.

Bloggergal, I am sorry to hear about the lay off!

Hey y’all I wont be posting much for a few days. I am in San Francisco Bay Area on a mini-vacay. Totally needed it! So, unfortunately I haven’t seen Big Brother since last week and I am going stir crazy. trying to figure out how to use my new Smartphone so I can bookmark this page and live feeds. Thank gawd for this blog!! I really couldn’t stomach Keith. I am so glad he’s gone. Everytime I felt bad for him because of his social awkwardness he’d do something to make that feeling quickly go away. However, I did want him to stick around long enough to get caught under the covers with Lawon.

Porsche drives me freaking crazy. She is the type of chick that thinks way to much of herself. She looks way younger than her age and reminds me of the girls at my sons Middle School. Preteen looks and personality is not attractive. I want to make her go out to the yard and find a switch so I can give her the butt whooping her parents never gave her. All that eye rolling and smack talking mixed with the pre-pubescent looks…. lets just say she has a lot of growing up to do… physically and mentally.

Brenchel… I missed the fights… good! They gross me out. Please don’t let them Procreate.

Cassie… I like her. However, what show did she watch last summer… obviously not BB12 or she have learned from Kristin’s outcome that she can be as cool as she wants to with the guys but if she’s gotta play game with the women too or these jealous chicks are gonna eat her up and spit her out.

I like Shelly and thats who I am rooting for. I can see how people would think Dom is annoying but he’s got some good qualities underneath that Mama’s Boy exterior… I think he just needs to grow up. Adam bugs me, however at this stage of the game he has shown to be the only loyal newbie. He saw through all the vets including Dick from day one. He may look and sound like a Neandra-TAL but if he toned it down and had the right new crew to work with I could’ve seen him possibly winning.

BBAD this year has been my sleeping aid. I seriously have a lot of sleep issues and its been quite effective at curing insomnia. Turn on the tube and I am asleep in minutes.

Rachel-n-Porsche are 2 peas in a pod, they both were VIP waitresses!! Of course they would take a liking to each other. Porsche is following Rachel around to pick up pointers on how to be a real good Ho…..
Watch Brendon, he keeps looking at Dani & hanging around her. Got a feeling that he has the Hots for her, look out Rachel, you are about to lose your man right under your nose, becuz you are not paying attention. Rachel just wants to play, drink and have a good time (freedom)! I think the engagement has stipulations attached & Rachel forgot them!

haha, he doesn’t really eat much. i just stopped walking him when it got hot and i won’t walk him when it gets real cold so our walks aren’t often. he sleeps, plays catch in a tiny house and we tug of war with old sox so i’m sure we both need to go get more exercise. Will do when fall gets here.

BTW I just read sum of Matt Hoff’s stuff. Not worth using my one brain cell to read it all but why does he keep saying crap about Julie? He did last time and again this time. Making fun of the clothes she wears….the way she looks.

I haven’t had much time to actually blog, but I have been able to read here and there to keep up. Time for a Dok rant on what I think so far.

The newbies are a mess and they better find someone to win the next HOH or it’s going to be like shooting fish in a barrel. Ministers are supposed to have the gift of gab and be dynamic personalities. Keith, from the little I actually viewed of him had neither of these. He fancies himself some sort of ladies man which generally means you can’t get laid with a fistful of pardons in a ladies prison. He had absolutely no concept of how to socially interact in the BB house to survive. Porsche (her parents named her after a car that speaks volumes on its own) is going to try and tag along with the drunken stripper. That’s a fatal plan for anyone’s game, especially hers, since now you will have two emotional train wrecks getting all butt hurt because someone in the house wants to nominate them for eviction. Kalia has stated she just wants to lay low and not ruffle any feathers. That only gets you so far and she has shown me nothing to think she can actually flip the switch and have any game when she needs it. If Cassie can last beyond the first evictions and still have enough newbies along with her could be a potential threat. She wasn’t willing to sell out and just bow to the vets. Lawon can be funny at times, but I’m still not sure he has the balls to make any of his own moves to advance in the game. Shelly seems to be extremely level headed (we will see once she gets nominated for the first time how that holds up), but helping to eliminate your numbers advantage and willingly work with the vets only gets you so far. Adam is still trying to figure out how to go from super fan to strategic player. He at least has enough sense to know they need to keep the core of stronger newbies together. Dom has the potential to be the most dangerous of the newbies. He has the personality to mesh with everyone and knows that to have any chance they need to be smart and keep the strongest when only having the option of voting out one of their own.

Now for the vets. The drunken stripper hasn’t changed a bit, as much as she proclaimed early on she wasn’t going to be emotional about things this year. She went off on a rant when someone told her that Cassie wanted her out. It’s a game and usually the names that come out of your mouth as possible targets find out and then you become their target. She will never figure that out and think it’s always personal, because of course, according to her anyway, everyone loves her. Her stating that Evel Dick’s fans lover her may be the most comical thing I’ve heard so far this season. Mr Personality is the same socially inept fool that he was last season. I certainly hope he gets a lab job once he’s out of school because he certainly doesn’t need to do anything where he has to deal with the public. Danielle is showing a much more social game and interacting with just about everyone so far. Much better tactic than hiding in the hammock or bed, as she did with Nick. I think if she sticks with J and J and they keep tossing around the solid strategy plans it spells major trouble for everyone else. Jeff has been the voice of reason and seems to be the main strategist along with Danielle for the vets. The pity part they were throwing in the HOH room after Evel Dick left was enough to make you want to smack the hell out of the ones whining. Jordan just plays her part and is friendly with everyone. Ask the others from season 11 how well that worked for her.

Now onto what I think Jordan needs to do this week. What would be best for the vets would be to nominate Dom and Adam and work on getting Dom out. He is the one person that can rally the newbies and explain to them coherently why they need to stick together and not be killing themselves off. It might be bad for the show overall, but I feel it’s the best move for them.

Request for production: please less camera time for the drunken stripper. I’m wearing out my fwd and mute buttons. I can’t find one quality about her that makes me want to see or listen to her on my tv. Thanks in advance 😀

I have to say the way the newbies are playing the game GUTLESS, they’re literally destroying themselves. Jeff RUNS THE HOUSE and doesn’t even have to play the game, he’s at the top instructing his minions. Dom is the only one that had the game right VOTE OUT JEFF AND YOU STAY IN THE GAME LONGER

They have already lost Daniele from competing.. don’t think they want to eliminate another ally in the next HOH (Shelly).

Dom & Cassi are talking in the have-not room… trying to figure a way out of this pickle. So far, Dom’s best strategy to deal with being nominated has been to talk to his therapist (the corner camera in the have-not room… Dom named him “Greg”) 🙄 …Greg has been very unresponsive.. and even a bit disrespectful of his patient… while Dom was telling Greg his feelings, Greg panned over to get a look at Cassi! 😆 …can’t say I blame him.

As of now, the newbies believe Adam screwed them over. Cassi is making comments about Adam voting to evict Keith.. and Jordan is telling her otherwise! 😯 Careful Jordan, right now Shelly is not a suspect, but if you keep eliminating other suspects.. it won’t be long til the solution of 2+2 is found.

I have a bad feeling that Dom might be going. And altho I know it is stratigic for the Vets, it means there will be NO real competition from the newbies and what fun is that?? Plus he IS the only eye candy(except jeff, of course)in the house and I like the way he is flirting with both cassie and dani and getting away weith it!! He is SO much more entertaining than Adam! I’m sorry but I think Adam is a wuss, socially inept, extremly unattractive(well, do u disagree??)lol and I cannot STAND his big old loud gravely ROCKER voice!! It make my skin crawl!!! 😯

Dom will go most likely if they don’t win the veto. Cassi says she will use the veto on them if they play and win… I’m sure Shelly wouldn’t agree.

It is best for the vets to get Dom out. It is best for the newbies to keep him. I agree with you about Adam. I have to disagree about the eye candy problem if Dom leaves… there will still be Cassi, Dani, Porsche, and Jordan! 😛

..but I think Dani was telling Rachel that she was having thoughts of leaving the game… then Rachel told Brendon.. and he had a talk with her. I couldn’t hear much.. I was just trying to piece things together from the conversations after the whispering was done.

If that was the case, She will prolly work through it and continue.. at least I hope so.

Bloggergal I hope your hubby finds something soon. This economy isn’t the best for finding work but I hope he finds something quick. Been there myself and it’s tough emotionally not to mention financially.

It’s great to see so many on the board today. Couldn’t read every single post but it was great to see you all on. You all covered everything and I agree with most so won’t repeat. I don’t like Adam but Dom is the one to get out of the house and yes, it will get boring after that. “picking them off one by one” is the name of the game after that. Cassi is great eye candy for you male types but on the wrong side. Lawon is what exactly? Neither he or Kalia have the stones to make a move on their own.

JT thanks for the Jordan & Cassi update. I hope she doesn’t give away the farm. Brendon is truly a passive aggressive and Rachelle falls for his baby act every single time. She’s smarter than that but that’s their gig it seems. Sickening that she’s fallen into that mess because he’ll make her life miserable. She’s smart and he’s… well he’s a lump. Yep, a research lab is where he should be.

So far, that’s all I’ve got. 😀

I am having trouble hearing the LFs this year too..ecen with my sound on high!! I have had to use an earpiece and it’s still not clear!!!

What is it with people quitting this year?? I know dani is frustrated because she can’t compete but these are the same rules for everyone and she could be working on her social game and getting newbies over to the vets side. She didn’t seem so gung ho on playing in her season…just let her dad do it all while she played kiss and grab with Nick!! Alot of peole go on BB looking to get rich and famous but don’t want to put in the work…..which is WHY they weren’r rich and famous in RL!!!lol

Hi starfish, “picking them off one by one” is the name of the game. I have a feeling that will change though. Seems like every time one group has the whole game going their way, something happens and the other side gets on a roll.

BB11… “picked off one by one”… JJs group was decimated. Then.. BOOM!! Coup d’etat!! Then JJ’s group had a clear run to the finals… then, “the late night lie”. Now Kev & Gnat were home free for final 2.. but they hadn’t counted on Jordan taking them both out in the final HOH comp.

Most seasons the momentum shifts many times from one side to the other… I’m guessing this season will be the same.

I remember season 11 better than other seasons… because that’s when I found this blog!.. and reading/posting comments for the first time ever really got me into the show.. even though other seasons were better (8), I was never more into it than that year… I have all the people here (past & present) to thank for that.

What’s with you crazy women (ducking so “guy on restroom door” takes the slap and not me) thinking the drunken stripper deserves better? I simply find nothing redeeming or attractive about her in any shape or form. In fact if the human race was relying on her and I to reproduce to survive, then sorry folks but humans will be going the way of the dinosaur because I’m not getting anywhere near that.

I am rooting for the vets too… at least at this point. I do want some competition (drama) for them though. Dom is good for that.. I think Cassi is too.

At least the vote wasn’t 10-0 which would have been typical of other years. I think this vote will be close too (if the nominations stay the same). They key will be Shelly. 4 vets vote to evict Dom… 4 newbies vote to evict Adam… then Shelly decides it. She claims to be playing both sides.. so what would she do? Personally, I think she would stick with JJ if for no other reason that it would be obvious she went against them when the vote count came out. The newbies don’t suspect her yet, so she could get away with voting against them again.

The late night lie was when Kevin & Natalie couldn’t think of any other way to avoid eviction… so they “tode” Jeff that Russell was plotting against him with Michelle… Jeff bought it (because there was some truth to it) …Jeff won the veto and pulled Kevin off the block.. and Russell was named replacemenet.. and voted out.

That was when the big fight in the backyard happened! (round 2) 😯

LOL Good ole K11!! Doubt we will ever see him again. Ever wonder what he is up to?? He wasn’t a late-nighter usualy but i miss God too…’member him??
And we had alot of nights like that in BB11. Gallons of giggles on tons of different topics..not just BB! until the WEE morning hours!!! Seems like alot of nites it was after 4:00 for me when we finally shut down……ahhh…..the good old days….lol 😎
