I don’t look at Dani as anything but an excellent competitor and fantastic player. We all need to remember that she just turned 21, pretty young for this kind of pressure cooker. She is a bit on the immature/whiny side, but she hasn’t gotten this far on her good looks. Watch her. She is ALWAYS thinking GAME. (Harpy…that was funny!) And she and Zach have become closer friends in the last few weeks, before he got HOH. The house needs to evict Jameka before she has the opportunity to compete in the HOH. Jessica is a major threat to anyone sitting next to her in the final 2, she needs to go. Eric will find himself in a hell of a pickle in the following weeks, and hopefully Dick can hold his temper. They all have to lie and make all kinds of deals to save themselves and get to the end.=^^=

Lisa, double eviction means 2 “different” blocks, though it’s possible that whoever doesn’t get voted off in round one can be nominated AGAIN and voted out in round two.

Hmm. This is disappointing. I was hoping the house would rally behind evicting the Donato Alliance this week. If Eric, Jameka or Jess are evicted, I’ll be peeved. I probably won’t care who wins if Eric is evicted. Since you know, he’s the only way we have any say in this game.

Hopefully Eric wins Veto, saves Jessica. Then Zach is forced to put Dick or Daniele up. Then Jessica and Eric(with America’s help hopefully) evict Daniele 2-1. The double-eviction will be interesting. I have this guess that we’ll see 1 Donato and 1 J&E Alliance leaving though… I hope not.

You are right, this is the first season I have watched, and definitely will be the last. Enough is enough! Once through this mess is about all I really care to watch. Seeing the worst side of human nature and behavior is not what I signed up for when I got involved with it this summer. And yes, I really do not, and have not since Week 1 liked D and D. I find nothing redeeming in either of them.

Im thinking there will be an eviction today or tomorrow for sunday night show, with new HOH and second eviction on thursdays show. Atleast I hope so because I really cant stand dani kissing Zach’s a$$ much longer. Just a thought………

Jameka win POV? You are kidding. Eric or Jessica is going to win. Jessica will be saved. Eric will be put up, Jameka will go home. No matter who wins HOH, Zach will be the biggest target – he’s going home and the Alliances will battle it out. Danielle will throw Dad under the train to save herself, Eric will sacrifice himself to save Jessica (they’re getting married right?). Jessica will get the votes to win because she’s managed not to piss anyone off, and Eric’s power of persuasion will guarantee it. Will ED be a good spokesman for his daughter, who the hell even likes him? And I can seriously guarantee that Danielle has no plans to share any money with dad. She’ll blow him off as fast as her boyfriend got dumped.

Will they play the HoH competition and then be told that’s a double eviction week or will they be told and then play? It would be funny if someone threw the HoH competition (say, like Daniele) thinking she really wanted to play in the competition the week after that, only to find out after she threw it that it was a double eviction week. That would suck to be her. But very karmic.

Angel in the past, they played the HOH game and then right afterwards, the winner was told to go inside and was then told to go to the HOH room and make the nominations and then comes out and says who the nominations are and then the vote happens right then for the effects of everyone being stunned

I really want for D&D to stick their word with Jess and Eric for the simple fact that the feeds for the rest of the time would be so boring…a real snooze fest, do you really want to watch Jam and Zach, I mean really think about it.

This is what I would like to happen, Dani uses veto on Jam with the intention of Zach putting Eric up, but oh by God he puts up Dick would be a good strategic move for Zach, because you have Eric , Jam and Dani voting.(are we gonna have a say in the vote this week, I dont think so) So you have Dick and Jess on the block, Eric and Jam vote out Dick. Then you have Jess, Eric and Dani playing for HoH, if Jess wins you have Zach and Dani up, if Eric wins you have Zach and Dani up, if Dani wins you have Zach and Jam up, so the consensus would be Zach to go for he has now pi$$ed off everyone in the house. I agree Vivian, and I am personally SHOCKED Eric has made it this far, seeing how ‘erratic’ his behavior would seem to those not in on the twist (though America has been pretty easy on him when it comes to personal tasks. As much as we like having a say, I think it is time that we begin to prepare for a F4 WITHOUT Eric, and therefore without our input. What a waste of a bag of popcorn… No Plot, No Acting, No Flow to the story… No Suspense… and at the height of the action and violance, I found myself giggleing at just how stupid this is…

I recall several times Zach talking to others saying that D&D were too powerful a force and needed to be split up. Him being a “numbers man” I can’t believe he is going with emotion and not common sense. He seems like such an analytical guy but here is basing it on his emotions.

I agree with all who think that Dani would throw her dad under the bus. She would do it in a minute and not give her dad a penny of her money. Don’t like Dick as a person, but I know he would share his money with her, no doubt!

I just wonder, are they going to wait until Thursday, like they said they were, to start the double eviction or are the rumors right about it happening sooner. I doubt it will, but wouldn’t it be fun?!?

In reference to the producers and ratings, I have a few thoughts.

1) I think we can all agree the producers have been too involved this season, and haven’t let the houseguests play the game. From various Diary Room persuasions, and blank feeds, we all know they have taken an active role in the game when it isnt entirely necessary to do so. They need to let BB9 run it’s course like past seasons, and not interfere!

2) I would completely expect BB8 viewing to be down the crapper. All-Stars did poorly, but BB8 seems about where they left of with ‘Summer of Secrets’ on BB6. As an avid BB fan, I have almost lost it with this season, and if work needs me on the 22nd of September…oops…I’ll watch it online in the morning. I am not on the edge of my seat to see who wins like past seasons. The reason I don’t care to see who wins isnt clear to me…maybe some of you can help…

There are several distinct personalities in the house: Dick, Jen, Eric, and Amber to name a few…but for some reason their interactions aren’t satisfying.
There has been no Janelle, James, or Dr. Will. No dominant player.
The twist(s) is(are) horrible. Enemies was basically worked out by Week 2, with Carol and Joe being evicted, and Dick and Dani reconciling. America’s Player is a good concept, but poorly executed…

If from the feeds, the POV happens today, then it is likely that an eviction night will be before next thursday and it does smell like if there is something early then they will pull a Kaiser thing again and return one of the HG’s, because it will be really boring having to listen to Dani whine about herself, Dick spit and cough, Zack show his stupidity even more, Jameka pray and Jess sleep all day long for 2 more weeks! At least with Eric there weezel as he is, he does manage to get some things going! Or send Jen back in and we can be entertained by Dick’s ignorant antics again, just seeing his face if she returned would be priceless!

Kevin, as for the AP, it is a sham, I doubt the majority voted for Eric to kiss Jess, lay odds it was for him to kiss Dick but that was shelved by CBS or at least the producers!
Only good part of the AP was our ability to pick someone to be nominated and someone working for us to do it although lame the past few weeks, as they were pretty boring nominees picked!

I dont think Jen went to sequestor house, I saw that she had an online interview, how did she do that? and then not showing her go to sequestor is strange also,
I think it is a ploy to get america involved as a vote.

me, I agree, plus I don’t think there is ANY way we voted Jen out. She and Dick were the only entertainment left. If Eric HAD cast a vote for Jameka last week, that would have made it too obvious who the one vote was, and so the Producers shelved it…

at least, that is my ‘logical’ explination!

Kevin, thanks for the info on the movies. I have heard the Bourne movie was good. Will probably see it. Also, I do think it is weird they haven’t shown any clips of the SH. I definitely remember them doing that the other seasons. I remember showing each week the one before coming into the house. I remember the look on Jen’s face when Julie said something about her going to the SH after she left there. It didn’t look like she was planning to. At least now, Dustin and Whamber can have a tearful reunion!!!! I don’t really think they will evict someone before Thursday either. They have never done that before. I wish they would though. They have shown SH videos, because I remember James flipping Rachel & Jen off when he walked in on BB6, and last season Danielle came in, and about 20 minutes later Janelle entered in a tiara.

I’m pretty sure (now that I think about it) that Jen wouldn’t go to sequestor. Why would she? Not enough tv time. She has more irons in the fire (in her mind anyway). The jury house stipend wouldn’t be enough to keep her – remember she didn’t do this for the money. She just wanted the attention. And, when Jen does not get her way – she becomes the rebel and doesn’t give two hoots. And, none of the HGs would ever think it would be down to the final 3 for the vote. So their strategies would be all messed up. We’d have a field day watching them all squirm, once the announcement was made. I wonder who the final 3 would be………….

I don’t know what the BB contract looks like, but something about last 7 evicted house guests MUST go to sequester has to be on there…but it wouldn’t shock me to hear Jen didn’t give a hoot.

I know I tend to look at some of the people differently but IF Jen did not go she has more reasons then the self absorbed reasons listed like verbal abuse and buuling with out any back up from BB or the other houseguests. Or the fact that she went to BB and they did not back her on that or when she went to BB and asked about the cig’s yet did not back her again that I know of. I see both sides of these people and still take into account they ar playing a game and they are in a bad situation surrounded by people they can not trust but Ed crossed a line that in the past I think (MHO) would not have had been allowed. Jen may have ACTED like it was all good but it never is good to have that for men or women. Jen may or may not continue the game but there are many reasons. For the record I think she should finish the game but then I thought she should have taken a stand against some of these things at the time.

By the way Angel your idea of America voting if Jen walked is a great idea. Although so far AC has been messed up.

Brian, Jen didn’t have to go to the SH, as BB was in violation of their part when Dick provoked and assaulted her! And boy I doubt BB would want to take Jen to court, then everything is public and Dick’s arrest and convictions become public, then the shoe would change real fast in jen’s favour being put into a place with Dick, who more than likely did get arrested for assault and the producers knew it, Jen would win more than a few hundred thousand dollars!

I too always have enjoyed the SH as much if not more then the BB house and have been waiting to see the footage. They will probably show it all at once but I still want to see it now. I never have been good with patience.

As for the same week the kiss happening, well it certainly was far better than Dani who did it with Nick after only a few days meanwhile having a boyfriend at home watching it on live feeds, that is real trashy and sleezy!

As for the rest between Jess and Eric, have to give credit where it is due and he has been as honest as he can without screwing up the game and more importantly, he has been honorable, not like your two favorites who’s words are worth much at all, expecially Dani, who happens to be the best competitor in the game, granted, but also the worst player!
As in any game one thing you have to have is a conscience, and her not even answering when asked about if it was reversed and she won POV the week her and Dick were up would she of used it on Dick and her answer was obvious even though she refused to say it, she would of thrown him under the bus without any hesitation! Not to mention her and Nick while being in a relationship outside the place and her kissing everyones butt to get her way shows one thing above all else, she is simply another Jen, only she is worse because at least Jen has the guts to say what she is, Dani is a back stabbing tramp, plain and simple!

There is no problem in disagreeing, and I don’t really care for Eric either, as for Dani, definately a dislike for someone like her, to root for someone who has the morals and the integrity of a streetwalker just isn’t my cup of tea! As for Dick, I really didn’t care for him in the begining, but I have some respect for him now even though he is a gross human being, he showed alot of himself the week he saved Dani’s butt with the POV and since then to some degree, but if he goes against his word on the alliance he made when the bargain was kept and actually would have made for a great final 4 match up instead of letting floaters into the fold, that would change my views of him towards being the low life again, and show the reasoning beyond any doubt as to why his kid is as she is, since apples don’t fall far from the tree yet he keeps claiming his problems with Dani are not due to him and his parenting!

Maybe not Jess, but it all comes dowm to the Q&A at the end when they explain their actions… With the right speech he could get elected as a Idaho Senator…

Do people really want to watch a show 3 times per week all summer long with a bunch of HGs who are all nice, 100% truthful, never make deals, never backdoor anyone. The show would be cancelled the first week. I’m not cheering for someone who I’d want to be friends with. I’m cheering for people who play the game well. It’s not like I’d ever socialize with these folks. This is TV – entertainment. Not real life. I just can’t imagine watching this type of show if the HGs were all like Beaver Cleaver or Marcia Brady. I don’t think any of us expected wholesome exchanges and sweet interractions between these people when we first began watching this season. I just don’t get why folks are so upset cuz people are lying or sneeky or whatever.
Besides, once Survivor starts, I’ll probably forget most of the HGs anyway.

I miss Jen in the house.

I do find Dani to be very selfish and spoiled…..but she is only 21. And when I was 21 (that was 10 years ago..yikes!!) I was pretty spoiled and childish as well.

I don’t know…….this season kind of stinks. To be honest, it really makes no difference to me who wins.

If my “real” shows were on, like My Name is Earl and The Office, I wouldn’t even be watching this show.

Mc, just remember BB6 & 7, Janelle won all the comps, in fact record comps, and where did she end up both seasons, but in the jury house, why, comps are one thing, but game play is another and she isn’t a good game player just like Janelle was a terrible game player, if Dick wasn’t around, she’d been toast long ago!
Reality this year is this show is lacking ratings over prior years and thus the producers are twisting the rules, take that one who was ushered out the DR room and banned from the game for provoking harm, Dick did that twice and still remains, too bad Jen didn’t sucker punch him, she had cause to when he did his antics! And years past smokes were destroyed and not replace, things in the BB house this year are just too far gone from the game play to interference by BB for the ratings!
Hope if there is a BB9, they manage to get more entertaining Hgs like past years instead of another year of this sort of herd and let the game be the game and not the game be controlled by BB for the ratings!

I never claimed to be a “good” person, and No, I do not go to church. I am simply stating my opinion on these players, no more or no less than anyone else here. I still find Dick disgusting on many levels, and his daughter totally deceitful and self-centered. If you can’t handle that, than that is your problem. If these people are crazy enough to put themselves into a situation like this, than they actually become part of public opinion. Many people here have stated opinions daily in this arean of discussion. People don’t change their personalities just because they are on television. I am afraid what you see here is what you get, and most of these houseguests are not showing too much of anything.

Ronjj, I totally agree. I just Tivo the cbs shows just to look back to see how much butchering they did in the edit room. I did find the Whamber montage funny. but showtime and the live feeds really show these people for who they are. it cracks my up how they all get dressed up and do their hair right b4 the live show on Thursdays. like we didnt see them every morning or night on live feeds.

One of the feeds today, Dick said he was a finalist for BB6 but the Producers had concerns about him! Well duh!!
It wouldn’t suprise me one bit if Dick is more controlled by BB than Eric! And even though the AP thing is a joke for the most part, I can’t really see the Producers letting it go so far as their pick for AP not making it to the final 4 or 3 at least, that bugged me since the discussion Eric had with Dick in forming the alliance to the final 4 deal!
The exposure by Jen of the DR goings on really made things become different ever since! There always was a gut feeling about the controls of players and the game in the DR in the past, but after Jen exposed it for real, the game lost something and this year really lost the BB charms of competition! In past BB shows I don’t ever recall the number of broadcasts abot not discussing the DR conversations as this year, it is continual!

During the convo Dick was having about those who applied and such, this year if I recall right, 4 were from the casting calls and the others are all Producer installed! I might have the numbers slightly wrong, but it was something close to those!

And Donna, the best seasons were the Will and Boogy season, the Janelle season was a close second, and last season was fairly good, this season, not so good in fact sloppy really right down to Julie Chens performance being a total mess!

Donna, I saw that clip last night and that is why I think Dick is doing the keep noms the same and not use the veto by Dani and he will vote out Jameka, and send Dani into a talespin!

Thank you for your response. I do watch BBAD quite a bit. Gotta say – these people are a lot nicer to one another in “real” time. (like playing quarters & such). At least when they’re talking to one another face to face. But, they all are backstabbing and talking about other’s behind their backs. And, it’s absolutely all part of the game. Like I said, I wouldn’t think I’d befriend any of these particular houseguests. The 2 things I don’t like about watching Sho2 feeds…..1) It can get extremely BORING! 2) I have to adjust the volume on the tv at least 10 times per hour. There is no regulated volume control I guess with live feeds. Oh well, I watch it cause I enjoy the entertainment of it all. And, I can guarantee you – I don’t have the guts, the patience, or the fortitude to go on a show like this. I’m a big chicken & knowing my mouth the way I do, I’d be the first one evicted from this place. Thanks again.

WOW Ronjj, I watched the live feed, too. I think you and I were watching two different shows, LOL! Zach has been VERY smart playing this game, he’s confident and is in a great position right now. He is kissing NO ONE’s ass and takes no crap from anyone. I really like the guy a lot – he’s the only one in the house with ANY sense of decency and morals – keeping HIS intact – THAT is the ULTIMATE challenge of the game! AND, I think the guys would rather have NO friends in this place than the assholes that are there!!!

I did notice the spitting thing with Zach tonight. That does drive me a little nutso – from anyone. All the HGs seemed out of it or tired tonight. Not much fun to watch. Had some issues watching Eric with his fingers up his nose as well. Guess it’s past time for me to go to bed anyway. Night all.

Zack for all intense and purpose is a decent guy, but dumb as a wet sponge as well!
The real interesting thing to see coming is what Dick is going to do, after all, he never lies and told Jess the other night when she was nominated that she was safe. And remember, he is always true to his alliance which he always talks about being, so it will be interesting to see if he is just playing Zack or maybe Zack is playing him, and hopefully he is doing just that and will show himself to be the smartest player in the game by backdooring him if the veto is used! The expression on Dani’s face then would be as priceless as Dustins was!

So from what I read, Dani won POV. I can’t see her using it on one of the noms, cuz then Zach could possibly nominate her. She wouldn’t do that, that could make her a target. While they both were in the BB house and since there are live feeds, it’s not possible to catch and block out things most times. People heard it and it got around via the media of course. Here is a summary:

Wamber was yakking on and on about how cheap the Jews are and their wealth built on this, etc. etc. Instead of chastising her, Jameka (of all people) chimed in and participated in the convesation…not…I repeat NOT disagreeing at all with Wamber. There was more but, that’s the crux of it.

Yeah, I can’t believe Jameka would go along with the conversation. I’m shocked she didn’t at least end the convo if not stop the bs coming out of Whamber’s mouth. I’m so glad Whamber cannot win the money. I only hope her potential future employers know exactly how crass of a person she really is. And, totally without any tact or grace. Now – this is only MY opinion. But, as a parent I give selflessly to my child forever and always. I don’t ever expect anything in return. (Although respect in our house is a must). Yes, I’m sure it’s disappointing for Dick as a parent to hear his daughter act this way. I’m sure it hurts like heck.
If my son ever came into money or made it big – I would not EXPECT to be given a share. If he was to share – then great – but I brought him into this world. It wasn’t his choice. I just do what I do out of love and parental obligation. Again, it’s what “I” feel is my obligation. But mostly it’s just unconditional love.
I don’t pretend to know what part either D & D played in the demise of their relationship. However, sometimes it takes a bigger person to “let it go” and try to mend fences. And, speaking from experience, sometimes it also takes a little while to mature and have a child of your own to mend the fences with one’s own parents.

This is my first time commenting on the site so.. Hello all! I just have to ask… Am I the only person who likes Eric? Granted he’s had to do a few shady things to get as far as he has, but you also have to look at all the hoops that he’s had to jump through for the stupid America’s Player crap. I think Eric has done a commendable job, especially since he can’t even play his own game. I think he’s an outstanding player, and however much money he makes throughout the game should be doubled.

Which again IMHO will not better her or her life in the long run. I think some life lessons will helpher personally as well as socialally. So although it is not about the game play that I base this on as she kicked butt. I still want her not to win.

For those of you who want Dani or Dick to win trust me this is good news as I seldom get who I want to win plus do not faint but I wanted Jen to win. Yes, it is true. Ok, so Eric has been mimicing Dick and although it seemed quite childish at times, Eric is only doing the dirty work tha AP has to do in order to make more money. I think this task puts him at $40,000.

So noms stay the same and Dick has told Jameka that she will be the one going home this week. He and Dani discussed it, “and they wanted her to know”.

Jess fell for it, because she asked “does that mean I should pack this week even though I am staying?”.

Dick has pretty much run the show from the get go. He was in real danger only once.

You would think that anyone applying to be on BB would know that, at least, one of the HG’s strategy would be to be so obnoxious and horrid that everyone would want to be up against them in the F2.

And… Zach’s move to not put Dani and Dick up together and if one gets the PoV, then, replace with either Jess or Eric. ANYone…even from the snipits we get could see the two teams were working it.

Truly amazing that there are those (like Zach) who fall for the same tactics season after season.

Ahhhh well…. as long as Jameka is gone, I’ll enjoy watching the rest of this Season and will be happy with whoever wins.

Just read that the plan is still to evict Jessica and Dick is now in the process of reviewing the strategy with Zach. Ten minutes before the eviction Jameka will be given the deal that will allow her to stay if she agrees.

It explains a lot about why the sequestor house not being shown due to the hurricane issues. They’ve had a couple of bad ones that either hit mainland Mexico or came close. But, I’m still curious about the Jen thing. I wonder what she did……

I bet Jess is kicking herself for not backdooring D or D! I had a feeling this was going to bite her in the butt, but I really didn’t think Zach would do it. I know he was hurt because she nominated him but I thought he had forgiven her. I hate that she is leaving! I have a terrible feeling Dani is going to win this and I just cannot stand that!@!!

Next HOH throw it to Jess who is the best competitor that they fear, thus eliminates her from HOH in the week of 4 Hg’s and leaves Eric to compete, who is useless! Then boils down to the last POV to decide who is in the final 3!
Thus D/D keep their word and are in the final 3 and likely final 2 with Dick taking it all since the players can see from game show feeds that Dani has Dick do all the dirty work and her crying scene in the HOH that week was all a show, which it was and fooled only idiots!

Once again, TWO ARE going home on Thursday – according to Julie Chen – AND I read somewhere that Thursday is going to be a 2 hour show – NOT positive that is so – BUT, it IS for sure that TWO are going home on Thursday.

Lisa, it is a one hour show, and it happens real fast, not half the show in goings on and crap like usual, everything happens bang bang in the one hour show and they only find out after the HOH cerimony that it is second eviction night

Thanks for the 411 everybody. I would love (not that BB asked me) to see all about the SH and players there on Tuesday then all about the double eviction and such Thursday. As much as I know who I do and do not want to win, I am getting mentally prepared for what ever happens, happens. It is not like it effects me but I get caught up in the whole thing. Keepus posted on any thing that pans out or changes for those of you who have the live feedor get info before us on the east coast please.

I would assume they will hold the double eviction the same as always. However, always remember to expect the unexpected. 🙂
