Big Brother 21 — Cliff Knows

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 15, 2019

Hi y’all!

Well, Jackson swore to Holly that he was planning on keeping quiet about his plan to vote out Cliff and go to the final three with her and Nicole. Apparently, Cliff had some sort of “health scare” in the house and Jackson didn’t want to say anything to him until they were sure that he was healthy enough to handle it. I’m not really sure what the health scare was (and the feeds either break way or go to fish whenever the anyone starts to talk about it) but it sounds like maybe it had something to do with Cliff’s heart because Jackson seemed to be really concerned that getting Cliff would upset would make it worse.

But, for some reason, Jackson did decide to let Nicole know. This afternoon, he told Nicole that he was going to use the veto on himself and then vote out Cliff. Nicole got upset so she went and told Cliff and then Cliff confronted Jackson.

And Jackson told him the truth. Jackson told him that there was no way he was going to vote Holly out of the house and that, on eviction night, Cliff will be going to the jury house. Cliff took the news surprisingly well. He said that he was upset but he understood why Jackson was doing what he was doing and that he wouldn’t hold it against him.

Cliff then went to Nicole and told her that he didn’t see any way that they could possibly change Jackson’s mind and it would now all be on Nicole to win the final HoH.

So, there will be no blindsides this week. Cliff knows that he’s going and he’s promised Nicole that he’s not going to start any fights or try to make things awkward during his final days in the House. He’s going to enjoy the time he has left.

The veto meeting’s tomorrow! We all know what’s going to happen.

Big Brother 21 — Week 12 Veto Winner

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 14, 2019

Hi y’all!

So, the feeds were down for about five hours today for the veto comp but they finally came back and the veto winner is….

JACKSON.

Yep, Jackson won yet another veto. When Jackson uses the veto on himself, that means that Cliff will go up on the block. Cliff may think that he has a deal with Jackson but Jackson has already made clear (at least to Holly) that there’s no way he’s going to vote to evict her. Since Jackson won the veto, he’ll be the only person eligible to vote. So, goodbye Cliff.

This means that our final three will be Nicole, Holly, and Jackson. If Nicole wants to make it to the final two, she’s going to have to beat the biggest challenge beast in the House. She’s done it in the past so we’ll see if she can do it a second time.

We’ll see what happens,

Lisa Marie

Big Brother 21 — Week 12 Nominations

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 13, 2019

Hi y’all!

Okay, so this will come as a shock to no one but Nicole has nominated Jackson and Holly for eviction. I know, I know. Big surprise, right?

What’s been more interesting is trying to piece together the details of the deal that Jackson and Holly made with Cliff and Nicole on Thursday in order to keep Holly in the game. Since the feeds were down for most of the day, everything we know about the deal comes from the cryptic conversations between the final four. Here’s what it sounds like:

So, we all know that Holly agreed to throw the HoH comp. However, it now sounds like Cliff and Nicole also asked Holly to agree to throw the next veto comp. It also sounds like they got Jackson to agree to vote out Holly if he did somehow win the veto. So, basically, it sounds like the deal was: “We’ll give you two one more week to be together in the House but Holly has to go next.”

Jackson has already told Holly that he has no intention of honoring that part of the deal. If he wins the veto and Cliff goes up on the block, it sounds like Jackson is fully planning on sending Cliff to the jury house. From the conversation that Cliff and Nicole had before the nomination ceremony, it sounds like they don’t fully trust Jackson to keep his word. As well, Nicole is feeling guilty about Holly having to throw the veto comp and even suggested that they should cancel that part of the deal.

Cliff, for his part, seems to think that he’s got a deal with both Holly and Jackson to keep him in the House, no matter what. Again, I just don’t see either Jackson or Holly evicting each other. I think if Cliff or Nicole doesn’t win the veto, Cliff is going.

The veto comp is tomorrow so we’ll see what happens!

Big Brother 21 — About Tonight

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 12, 2019

Hi y’all!

Was that weird or what?

So, Tommy basically had talked Cliff and Nicole into voting out Holly but, within the course of eventually a few hours, that plan totally fell apart. After Jackson overheard Cliff, Nicole, and Tommy talking, he spoke to Cliff and told a big lie. He claimed that Tommy had told him that he was planning to lie to Nicole and Cliff about throwing the HoH. Now, Tommy may have very well been lying about that but he certainly never told Jackson about it.

So, as a result, Nicole and Cliff decided that they couldn’t trust Tommy. Holly also said that she would throw the HoH comp if they kept her over Tommy. Apparently, during the show itself, the houseguests were still arguing with each other and having a house meeting. Since the feeds were down, we won’t get to see that until Sunday but, from the clips that they showed during tonight’s show, it would appear that things got very heated and emotional.

Anyway, the end result is that Cliff and Nicole both voted to evict Tommy so the final four are now: Cliff, Nicole, Jackson, and Holly. The HoH comp was an endurance comp where they had to hold onto a rope while being spun around in circles. Holly kept her promise and, after Cliff was down, she throw the comp to Nicole.

So, Nicole is now HoH!

This probably means that Jackson and Holly will be going on the block but, with only four people in the house, it depends on who wins the veto. Basically, if Nicole and Cliff win the veto then the nominations remain the same and Cliff will pick who leaves. If Jackson or Holly wins the veto then Cliff will go up as the replacement and will probably leave the House.

That’s where we stand right now. Nicole’s nominations will be tomorrow!

Hi y’all!

It’s that time again!

It’s time to open up the diary room! We have two worthy nominees sitting on the block and, as of right now, it appears that we’re going to have a blindside on Thursday. Tommy’s made a convincing case to Nicole and Cliff for why they should keep him. Holly, meanwhile, is more concerned with trying to keep Jackson happy and, as a result, she has barely campaigned.

So, who do you want to see go on Thursday night? Do you vote for….

HOLLY, Jackson’s future ex-wife

or

TINY TIM …. wait, sorry, I mean TOMMY

Cast you vote in the comments below or over in the poll that we’ve got going in the Big Brother Blog Facebook Group! And then be sure to watch on Thursday to see who will be the next member of the jury!

Happy voting,

Lisa

Big Brother 21 — The Blindside Continue To Brew

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 10, 2019

Hi y’all!

So, when last I checked, Cliff was still telling the feedsters that he was officially undecided on whether or not to blindside Holly but, just from listening to him and Nicole talk, it sounds pretty obvious that he’s going to do it. Cliff, probably more than any other recent guest, likes to play to the camera. He’s been a fan of the show for a long time and he’s fond of trying to drag out the suspense of how he’s going to vote. Just because Cliff says he doesn’t know how he’s going to vote doesn’t mean that’s true.

Last night, Tommy offered Nicole and Cliff a pretty big deal. Basically, he told them that, if they blindside Holly, he’ll throw the next HoH comp and then allow either Cliff or Nicole to put him on the block next to Jackson. Cliff seemed to be very intrigued by the deal but how does he know that Tommy’s telling the truth? If Tommy does stay and wins HoH, he could just as easily team up with Jackson and then take out either Cliff or Nicole. Just last night, Tommy was telling Nicole that he feels it would be impossible to defeat her in a final two situation. Of course, if Holly stays, she’ll definitely team up with Jackson to take out Cliff and Nicole.

Here’s why I think Tommy might go ahead and throw the HoH comp. If he does and then Jackson’s nominated and evicted by either Cliff or Nicole, Tommy won’t have to worry about Jackson getting angry and refusing to vote for him in the finale. Instead, Jackson will be angry at whoever’s sitting next to Tommy. Tommy’s entire game has basically been about getting other people to do the dirty work while he sits back and pretends to be everyone’s friend. Considering that Holly is already going to angry with Cliff and Nicole and that Christie is on the jury, that would mean that, if Tommy makes it to the final two, he would probably already have three people on the jury planning to vote for him.

If I was in Nicole’s shoes, I’m not sure that I would trust Tommy but, at the same time, I would also know that Jackson has got to go. He’s too good at comps and. if he’s competing in the final HoH comp, there’s a good chance he’ll win it. And if Jackson makes it to the final two, he would be a strong contender to win. I think Cliff and Nicole’s mistake was not making a big move earlier because now they’re in a position where they have to beat two strong competitors, one after another.

Anyway, as of right now, the HGs are doing an Easter egg hunt and everyone appears to be in a pretty good mood. So, I’m going to guess that Holly still doesn’t know that she’s going to be blindsided on Thursday.

We’ll see what happens!

Big Brother 21 — Week 11 Veto Meeting Results

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 9, 2019

Hi y’all!

So, this won’t come as a shock to anyone but Nicole used the veto today and took Cliff off the block. Jackson nominated Holly as a replacement. There was literally no one else in the house who could be nominated.

And, even though Jackson thinks that Cliff and Nicole are going to vote out Tommy, that’s probably not going to happen. As of right now, Cliff and Nicole have decided that they’re going to vote out Holly and it really doesn’t seem like anything is going to change their mind. Along with feeling that Jackson would be difficult to beat in a final two solution, they’ve also figured out that Jackson and Holly are probably not popular with the viewers at home. (This is due to Zingbot calling Jackson a pompous douchebag and Bayleigh apparently saying something during the HoH comp.) Cliff, in particular, has always had his eye on winning America’s Favorite Player and he feels that America will love him and Nicole if they’re responsible for getting out Holly and Jackson.

So, as of right now, it looks like Holly is going to go out on Jackson’s HoH. Jackson won’t be eligible to compete in the next HoH which means that whoever wins it — Cliff, Nicole, or Tommy — will then probably put him on the block. Nicole and Cliff have decided that Holly will probably be bitter but Jackson will “respect the game move.”

Yeah …. I don’t think so. I see Jackson getting pretty mad about it, actually. But, we’ll see what happens!

Big Brother 21 — A Blindside is Brewing

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 8, 2019

Hi y’all!

So, the game might almost be over for the summer but it looks like we might get at least one more blindside out of the season.

As we know, Jackson is the current HoH. Sitting on the block are Tommy and Cliff. Nicole has won the veto and she has already let everyone know that she’s going to be using the veto to take Cliff off the block.

With Cliff safe and Nicole holding the veto, there’s only going to be one other houseguest eligible to be nominated. That’s Holly.

So, on Jackson’s HoH, Holly is finally going to go on the block.

Now, here’s the thing. Jackson has made it clear that, no matter what, Tommy is his target. And both Cliff and Nicole have told him that they’ll vote Tommy out, regardless of who is sitting next to him.

However, it appears that Nicole and Cliff have finally figured out what everyone watching the show figured out a long time ago. Jackson is a huge threat. If both he and Holly are allowed to stay in the house, they could easily win the remaining few HoHs and basically control the whole final two weeks of the game.

So, at this point, it seems that Holly and Jackson are going to be blindsided on Thursday and Holly is going to go to the jury house. If Holly is voted out, Jackson will lose his strongest ally. As well, Jackson won’t be able to play for HoH on Thursday. By making sure that Holly is no longer in the House, Cliff, Nicole, and Tommy can guarantee that — regardless of who wins the next HoH — Jackson will be nominated. After Jackson’s put on the block, it’ll just be a matter of keeping him from winning the veto. Assuming Jackson stays on the block the entire week, they’ll then be able to evict him and then the final three will be Nicole, Cliff, and Tommy.

So, right now, that appears to be the plan. It’ll be interesting to see if Jackson and Holly manage to figure out what’s going on.

The veto meeting is tomorrow!

Big Brother 21 — Week 11 Veto Winner

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 7, 2019

Hi y’all!

Okay, just a quick little post to let you know that the veto has been won by….

NICOLE!

That’s right. It may be late in the game but Nicole is winning the comps that she needs to win. Now that Nicole has the veto that means two things:

  1. She doesn’t have to worry about being put up as a replacement nominee this week.

and

2. If she chooses to, she can use the veto to save one of the nominees, which would force Jackson to put Holly up on the block.

Now, seriously, just imagine this. Other than when Nicole won it during the double eviction, the HoH has pretty much gone back-and-forth between Jackson and Holly for the past few weeks. As long as one of them had the HoH, that meant that the other was safe.

But now, if Nicole uses the veto, there will be a chance of Holly getting evicted while her boyfriend is HoH.

Of course, I think that even if Nicole uses the veto, Tommy will still probably be the next one to go to the jury. And that’s probably a good idea. Tommy is still probably a bigger threat to win the game if he makes it to the final two than Holly is.

Speaking of Tommy — earlier today, Tommy told Jackson and Holly that he and Christie did know each other outside of the House. I’m not sure why he confessed that but he did. After Tommy left the room, Jackson and Holly were talking and Holly said that she knew Kat outside the house as well. However, from what they were saying, it appears that Kat told the entire house that she had met Holly outside the house before the feeds went live.

Anyway, the veto meeting is on Monday so we’ll see Nicole decides to do!

Big Brother 21 — Week 11 Nominations

by Lisa Marie Bowman on September 6, 2019

Hi, everyone!

Well, we’re in the home stretch now. We’re down to five remaining houseguests. Jackson and Holly are a team. Nicole and Cliff are a team. And Tommy is pretty much on his own. And we are almost finished with this season.

The feeds were down for much of today because there’s been a lot going on. First off, they were down for the HoH comp. It was hosted by Bayleigh and Swaggy and apparently, Bayleigh said something during the comp that revealed to Jackson that he’s not very popular outside the House. I’m not sure what was said but the HGs have all been talking about how they now know that Jackson is apparently not liked by the feedsters.

Well, regardless of how people may feel about him, Jackson won HoH. This is his third HoH victory.

The feeds were then down again for the nomination ceremony and, to nobody’s shock, Jackson nominated Tommy and Cliff for eviction. As of right now, Tommy is the target but it really depends on who wins the veto. If Tommy wins the veto and takes himself down, Nicole is going up. I imagine if Tommy saves himself than Cliff will become the target because neither Holly nor Jackson feels that they can beat Cliff in a final two situation.

The veto comp is tomorrow! We’ll see what happens!
