Big Brother Over The Top: YAY!

by Lisa Marie Bowman on November 3, 2016

Hi y’all!

I missed last night’s episode of Big Brother Over The Top but I’m happy to hear that 1) Scott was voted out and 2) SHELBY IS THE NEW HOH!

YAY!

As for how the voting went:

As HoH, Danielle was not eligible to vote.

As nominees, Morgan, Scott, and Shebly were not eligible to vote.

Shelby used her care package power to make Justin, Jason, and Kryssie ineligible to vote.

Alex and Whitney both voted to evict Scott and so, Scott was evicted.  And I’m sure that was heart-breaking for Scott, who took being nominated by America pretty personally.  But, honestly, Scott always gave me the creeps so I’m not sorry to see him go.  As well, after Big Brother 18, it’s fun to see the girls totally dominating Big Brother Over The Top.

Anyway, the other big news from this week was that Whitney is attempting to play both sides of the house.  However, since Whitney absolutely sucks at being sneaky, everyone knows what she’s doing.  As well, Danielle used the veto on Whitney and that again gives the other Ball-smashers reason to be skeptical of her.  Whitney’s days may be numbered.

Anyway, here’s your top 8:

Ball-Smashers:

Alex

Shelby

Morgan

Late Night Jamboree:

Jason

Justin

Kryssie

Danielle

Ball-Smasher and Late Night Jamboree:

Whitney

(And, of course, the 9th houseguest … AMERICA!)

Anyway, here’s a new page for everyone to comment under.  Thank you to all of our commenters, for helping to keep us all updated with what’s happening inside the house!

Big Brother Over The Top: The Diary Room Is Now Open!

by Lisa Marie Bowman on November 1, 2016

Hi y’all!

I swear, these Wednesday evictions always sneak up on me and I’m always late opening up the diary room.

Well, let’s get to it.  Who do you vote to evict this week?

Do you vote for

MORGAN, who shouldn’t have to leave before revealing that Alex is her sister

SHELBY, who I would totally hang out with in real life

or

SCOTT, the creepy little jerk from Maine?

Okay, can you guess how I’m voting?

Anyway, cast your vote in the comments or over on the poll on the right side of the page!  And come tomorrow night, watch as someone is voted out and someone new becomes HoH!

Happy voting!

Big Brother Over The Top: Danielle’s Nominees

by Lisa Marie Bowman on October 30, 2016

Hi everyone!

Judging from the comments, all of you already know this but let’s just make it official:

Dani is the HoH.

Shelby won the care package, which gives her the ability to eliminate three votes.

Danielle made her nominations and she nominated:

Whitney, no surprise there

and

SHELBY!?

I’m not sure what Danielle’s logic is.  Shelby can eliminated anyone who might want to vote against her so why waste a nomination on her?  Danielle’s really not that smart.  She should have nominated Morgan because, right now, I’m seriously thinking that Alex and Morgan might be the first two sisters to ever make it to the final two.

Anyway, tomorrow, we’ll have the veto and we’ll discover who America’s nominee is!  Misfit fans on twitter are trying to get everyone to vote for Scott.  Fans of the Ballsmashers are voting for Kryssie.

I just voted for Kryssie.  I think she’s done all she can do in the game and I’m sick of seeing her sitting around, looking all glum and angry all the time.

We’ll see what happens!

Big Brother Over The Top: What Happened Last Night…

by Lisa Marie Bowman on October 27, 2016

Hi, y’all!

If you saw Big Brother Over The Top last night, you witnessed some drama!  It’s hard for me to think of another time when the house was as evenly and bitterly divided as it’s been this season.  This is like season 6 all over again.

Personally, there are people that I like on both sides of the house.  Personally, like a lot of the commenters on this site, I tend to side with the Ballsmashers over the Misfits.  In fact, there’s next to nobody on the Misfits that I like.  That said, I’m also really tired of looking at Scott and I wouldn’t mind if he got sent home this week.

And it could happen!

Okay, just to recap:

Last night, the house voted.  The three nominees for eviction were Scott, Neeley, and Whitney.  Kryssie, the HoH, was targeting Scott and was convinced that she had gotten Morgan to vote to evict him but Morgan decided to stick with her alliance and vote to evict Neeley.  With America also voting to evict Neeley, the final vote was 4-3 in favor of evicting Neeley.

And so Neeley left.  Buh bye.

Kryssie, of course, reacted to this by standing around with a glum expression on her face and refusing to speak.  And then she cried, again.  When Justin comforted her, Kryssie told him, “America doesn’t love us anymore.”  Uhmm…Kryssie, America never loved you.  During the first two weeks of the game, Jason’s fans used you to keep him safe but otherwise, they’re pretty indifferent to you.

Before she left, Neeley accused Scott of “terrorizing” Danielle.  This led to a long argument between Scott and Jason.  Jason accused Scott of being a bully.  Scott said he wasn’t.  (Jason was also upset that Scott clapped both during the veto and when Neeley was evicted.)  For me, it was strange to watch this conversation because, in many ways, I found myself agreeing with Jason.  Don’t get me wrong — I can’t stand Jason and I think it’s a bit hypocritical of him to criticize anyone for being a petty bully.  Jason pretty much defines pettiness.  But Scott is starting to get on my nerves.  He’s not the great player that he thinks he is and he doesn’t seem to realize that the Ball-smashers are going to cut him loose as soon as they no longer need his vote.  I don’t know if I’d quite call him a bully but he’s definitely a creep.

Anyway, Danielle heard Scott claiming that bullying is just a strategy so she came running into the kitchen and started screaming at Scott about how she’s been bullied all her life and how people commit suicide as a result of bullying and again, I would be on Danielle’s side if not for the fact that she and Shane spent an entire week trying to bully Scott into giving him their vote.

Anyway, just when things were getting good, the feeds cut out and, when we came back, it was time for the HoH competition.  Danielle won the competition but it really doesn’t matter.  America’s got so much power this week that it really doesn’t matter who the HoH is.

Whoever gets the care package will be allowed to eliminate the votes of three houseguests.  If a Ball-smasher gets the care package, she can eliminated every Misfit from voting.  If America nominates Kryssie for eviction, that’s it for her.

We’ll see what happens!

Big Brother Over The Top: The Diary Room Is Now Open!!!!

by Lisa Marie Bowman on October 25, 2016

Hi y’all!

Well, they had the veto ceremony today.  Morgan, who won the veto on Monday, used it and took herself off the block.  Kryssie replaced her with Whitney.  Meanwhile, Neeley has been nominated by America!

So, with all that in mind, it’s time to open up the diary room!

Do you vote to evict:

NEELEY, America’s choice

SCOTT, Kryssie’s choice

or

WHITNEY, Kentucky’s choice?

Vote in the poll over on the right side of the page or in the comments below!

Happy voting!

Lisa Marie

(I vote for Neeley because I think Kryssie needs to be taken down a peg or three.)

Big Brother Over The Top: Kryssie’s Nominations

by Lisa Marie Bowman on October 23, 2016

Hey, y’all!

Is everyone ready for a new page?  Well, here it is.  I have to admit that I’m a little bit torn up right now over The Walking Dead but I can still find the strength to let you know who has been nominated in the Big Brother House!

Kryssie is HoH.

The care package went Alex and, as a result, she is safe this week.  Assuming that I read the rule correct, Alex cannot even be put up as a replacement nominee.  She’s having to be a servant for this week but the important thing is that she’s safe and, judging from twitter, it appears that she has won over a lot of viewers.

Kryssie made her nominations today.  She nominated Morgan and Scott.  (Morgan is Alex’s sister but no one in the house knows that, though Jason suspects.  Seriously, Morgan and Alex might as well be twins.)  Kryssie told Scott that “It’s just a game, it’s nothing personal,” which was the same thing that Scott said to her after he evicted Shane.

Veto is tomorrow!  Also tomorrow, we’ll learn who America has nominated for eviction.  On twitter, the Misfit fans are demanding that everyone vote for Shelby.  Everyone else seems to be planning on voting for Neeley.

Personally, I voted for Neeley.  I don’t have anything against Neeley but, to be honest, Neeley is boring.  At least Shelby’s funny.

We’ll see what happens!

Big Brother Over The Top: Shane’s Gone and Kryssie is HoH

by Lisa Marie Bowman on October 20, 2016

Hi, everyone!

Here’s just a quick update of what happened last night:

Shane was evicted!  Yay!  It was a tie vote.  Four houseguests — Morgan, Alex, Shelby, and Whitney voted to evict Shane.  Three houseguests — Jason, Justin, and Kryssie — voted to evict Danielle.  Jason said, “It’s a sad night for the Late Night Jamboree” before casting his vote.  Boo hoo, Jason, boo hoo.

America, however, voted to evict Danielle!  That led to a tie vote.  So, Scott was allowed to break the vote.  As he started to explain why he was voting to evict Shane, Shane actually tried to interrupt him.  The funny thing about that is that, if Shane hadn’t spent the whole 2nd week being a bully and threatening Scott, he probably wouldn’t have been voted out.

But no, Shane is clueless.  And, as a result, Scott got to send him packing!  Yay!

Now, Danielle seemed to take Shane’s eviction a lot better than I thought she would.  She did attempt a few tears but you could tell that it required some effort on her part.  Kryssie, meanwhile, turned into a blubbering mess and started yelling about how unfair it was and how upset she was.

“Shut up, Kryssie!” I yelled at the computer.

But then Kryssie went on to win HoH so I guess I’ll have to listen to her for the rest of the week.

So, that’s where were at right now.  Shane is gone and Kryssie is HoH.

Bleh!

Sorry, everyone, I totally forgot to open up the diary room earlier.  These Wednesday evictions always sneak up on me!

Anyway, though it may be late, the Diary Room is now open!  Earlier today, Justin used his veto and he saved Kryssie.  Scott nominated Shane in her place.

So, who do you vote to evict!?

Do you vote to evict

DANIELLE, America’s target

SHANE, America’s ex-boyfriend

or

NEELEY, America’s forgotten houseguest?

Cast your votes in the comments below or in the poll over on the right side of the page!  And we’ll see what happens on Wednesday night when the votes are cast and someone else is evicted from the Big Brother House!

Big Brother Over The Top: Heh heh…

by Lisa Marie Bowman on October 17, 2016

Hi y’all!

Well, what can I say?  GOD BLESS AMERICA!

After spending the past three weeks begging America to save her and bragging about how loved she is, Danielle got a wake up call today.  Actually, to be honest, she got that wake up call this weekend when she first learned that she was now a have not.  But, just in case she missed that she is not America’s favorite, she learned today that the viewers had nominated her for eviction!

As you can imagine, Danielle did not take it well.  Tears were shed.  Curses were uttered.  America and twitter were blamed.

Then it was time for the veto comp!  And guess who won?  Alex and Justin!  Now, Alex is planning on using the veto so that Shane can be backdoored.  Personally, I think it would be smarter to target Danielle but Scott seems to really want Shane out.

Danielle did not react well to losing that veto.  She pulled a Rachel and broke down into tears.  Why, she demanded, didn’t Justin throw the competition so that she could win!?

Why, Danielle?  Maybe because the world doesn’t revolve around you.  Both Danielle and Kryssie have been begging Justin to use the veto on them but I don’t see Justin doing that.  Justin has to know that, with Shane already destined to be nominated when Alex uses her veto, using his veto would mean that his biggest ally, Jason, would be nominated.

So, the Backyard Jamboree or the LNC or whatever it is they call themselves — they are going to lose a member this week.

That’s good new to come home to!

Lisa Marie
